Hotel Dengan Spa di Negara Basque, Sepanyol

Me encantó el establecimiento, el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones son excelentes. Mi único comentario negativo es por la ubicación ya que estaba más ”alejado” de lo que pensabamos de la zona céntrica y además nos dio la sensación de inseguridad. Dejando esto de lado, el resto estuvo todo bien.

Saltó la alarma de incendios del pasillo de la 6a planta dos veces durante la noche, sobre las 3 y la 6 de la madrugada,estando sonando la primera vez más de quince minutos y la segunda algo menos, sin que fuera posible contactar con recepción y cuando después de múltiples intentos cogieron el teléfono, contestaron “falsa alarma, ya va, ya va” continuando sonando durante 5 minutos más. Menuda nochecita! Al día siguiente, al dejar el hotel, ni una disculpa.

Hotel correcto para pasar una noche de paso a otro lugar. Las instalaciones correctas pero se ve que ya tiene mucho trote o mucho años. No es como otros B&B. La cama enorme y muy cómo. Otras cosas necesitan algo de mantenimiento, como la puerta del baño, la mampara, etc.

The location is close to the airport which is convenient if you have an early flight to catch. OK car rental is at the same location. The reason we stayed at this hotel was because we had a rental car to return and early flight to catch. The breakfast was included. It worked out perfect!

A nice clean and comfortable hotel in a great location within walking distance of old town Donostia/San Sebastián. Friendly staff were welcoming and helpful. The room layout (bed placed oddly at an angle), decor and emphasis on being ”heterofriendly” was a bit amusing. I was upgraded to a room with a pleasant balcony (mucho gracias!). Overall very good value for money in a great location!

✴︎Pros: - cozy and natural woody taste room which is definitely my type - water is free of charge if you ask the front - sunshade was smart enough to be controlled by buttons ✴︎Cons: - no place to get foods besides the restaurant located inside the hotel - ordering by an item is not available for at least the lunch time we went, had to order 2 items for each person including dessert - location is a bit far from the busy area of San Sebastian however taking taxi only took 12-13euros even at night, and taking a bus is easy on the way since going to the bus stop is really within a minute. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are easygoing to get around taking a taxi and a bus and rather sleep in a quiet area.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

酒店離古根海姆博物館幾步之遙，河邊散步去城裡市場和上山纜車都在步行可達距離內，很方便。自助早餐算比較好的，冷熱食都有。付費停車在地庫，也算方便。需要提前預訂。前台和餐廳服務員比較熱情。可以推薦的一家酒店。

Super great hotel with amazing views! Spacious room, comfortable mattress and convenient location! Thank you for the friendly staffs😊 I will choose it again if I come to San Sebastián again!

Excelente atención y servicio. Se desviven por hacer que la estadía sea lo más placentera posible. En la recepción nos asesoraron muy bien sobre que hacer en la ciudad, medios de transporte y recomendaciones en general. La ubicación es inmejorable Definitivamente volveríamos a repetir este hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Carlton. It’s my third time to stay there. The location is fantastic. The whole experience is special. The rooms are very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room are very much appreciated. The little bar is nice for a nightcap after a night out. I’ll certainly stay again

I thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel. When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section . Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned. Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa. It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it! Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

Good location as it is just next to train station and metro station. Located in the shopping region. With 5 star standard. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and big.

La verdad me pareció que muy incómodo tener que ir al otro edificio a registr****, además que podrían hacer hacer una entrada y no tener que dar una vuelta. No sé qué era pero había algo que hacia ruido, no sé si era el aire acondicionado (se supone que estaba apagado), además el no contar con persianas, se escuchaba el ruido de la falle. Las toallas pequeñas. El ascensor hacia mucho ruido cuando abría las puertas o paraba en el piso (por suerte yo estaba lejos del ascensor). La atención en la cafetería muy buena, incluso el camarero me ofreció una bandeja para no quemarme con lo que llevaba, ya que como he dicho tenía que ir hasta el otro edificio. La cama cómoda. La ducha bien, pero el cuarto donde se encontraba el retrete muy pequeño además de que no tenía ventilador para salida de olores.

盲選酒店，還不錯 服務：有禮貌，感覺到温暖 停車：沒有自己的停車場，可以在酒店卸下行李後停到附近的公共停車場，停到第二天大概20多歐、看起來應該也是當地酒店普遍的狀況；
