A memorable experience at The Zuri. It's close to Pekanbaru's shopping malls. The swimming pool offers city views of Pekanbaru, and the breakfast was delicious.

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel together with my big family for wedding ocassion. The location is great although the hotel located at the main road where easily to have traffic jam most of the time, taking a grab is a choice and must! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too. For better improvement , the hotel need to upgrade and polish some hotel furniture or equipment hence can make hotel more attractive to the tourist.

location is strategic, close to shopping centers and renowned dining places. the room i stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. Over is very good, but the smoking area facilities for guests need the attention of the Management and Hotel Manager so that they can be improved, especially the restaurant area during breakfast and the corridors on the non-smoking room floors which smell of cigarette smoke.
