Sebenarnya sudah langganan nginap disini, pelayanan yang ramah, breakfast variatif dan memuaskan, dekat masjid utk sholat, namun akhir-akhir ini kebersihan karpet ruangan agak kurang walau baru direnovasi mungkin karena kurang di vaccum saja, harapannya agar Supervisor rutin melakukan QC kebersihan ruangan terimakasih.

One of the best hotels i stayed in Dumai Indonesia. Friendly staffs and great facilities. Breakfast choice was wide in variety with Chicken Porridge that's delicious. They also have free shuttle service to the Ferry. Definitely the place of my choice. Highly recommended

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. Itâs actually my second time, and honestly, it didnât disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, itâs super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.

Sound proof is poor. You can hear sound from the corridor.
Maintenance needs to keep up.
The air-conditioner is leaking at the lobby area

NNovi Indria DThe hotel itself is lovely, but the rooms absolutely reek. Literally. An unpleasant odor lingers in the hallway, presumably due to the carpets needing replacement. The food and breakfast, however, were delicious and certainly a highlight. Overall, it was just okay.

MM Nizar SJust had a pleasant stay at Dafam Hotel in Pekanbaru, Indonesia for 6 days. One of the things I loved most was the spacious room; plenty of space to move around and relax. The wide window gave me a stunning view of the city, including a clear shot of the iconic bridge, with no tall buildings blocking the view. It felt open and peaceful.
The location is super convenient; just across the road thereâs an Indomaret for all your quick needs, and I found a few coffee shops nearby serving really good brews (yes, coffee lovers, youâll be happy here).
On top of that, the hotel staff were wonderful; always helpful and ready to assist with anything I needed during my stay.
Overall, Dafam Hotel offered a comfortable, scenic, and convenient stay. Would definitely come back to Dafam Pekanbaru

Hhanisah_aisyahThe hotel located less than 10 mins from Airport and they provided free airport shuttle as well. Not only that, there were many eateries around just next to the hotel such as Bakery shop, Indomaret. The room was clean, have a nice view (need to request higher floor), good water pressure for showering. The only downside were the AC was not cool enough during my stay and the room was a bit small. Hope the hotel can fix the AC. The breakfast buffet was decent and have a lot of variety. Overall, it was worth my penny and decent stay.

Service was efficientâstaff members were attentive and quick to assist with any request. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the hotelâs central location made it easy to access nearby attractions and dining options. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.
As the hotel is connected with Pekanbaru Exchange, its offer a good place to wrap your night with some movie time in cinema and going back to hotel for rest

Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

Hhanisah_aisyahThe hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

SSafety LoverPerhaps improvements are needed regarding vehicle parking. It would be better if the parking attendants were to guide the vehicle so that it would be more comfortable and could accommodate more people because there are so many guests who come for various events, and parking is also paid for guests who are not staying overnight.
