Amazing Hotel:
Large pool well suited for swimming (about 20m), Whirlpool, Sauna, Steambath & Gym. All sparkling clean, modern, nice atmosphere to chill at the pool.
Delicious breakfast with huge variety of dishes, all sorts of eggs, omelet prepared fresh.
Spacious, clean, modern great rooms, good aircon.
Overall: perfect stay

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

The location is just super convenient, bridged with mall. Walking distance to Alfromart & Indomart, opposite Novotel which was full that we resorted to Fox Harris. But no regret. There was surprise fox performance during breakfast, and free cake decorating for kids during breakfast too.

NNovi Indria DThe hotel itself is lovely, but the rooms absolutely reek. Literally. An unpleasant odor lingers in the hallway, presumably due to the carpets needing replacement. The food and breakfast, however, were delicious and certainly a highlight. Overall, it was just okay.

Service was efficient—staff members were attentive and quick to assist with any request. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to access nearby attractions and dining options. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.
As the hotel is connected with Pekanbaru Exchange, its offer a good place to wrap your night with some movie time in cinema and going back to hotel for rest

Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.

Hhanisah_aisyahThe hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

SSafety LoverPerhaps improvements are needed regarding vehicle parking. It would be better if the parking attendants were to guide the vehicle so that it would be more comfortable and could accommodate more people because there are so many guests who come for various events, and parking is also paid for guests who are not staying overnight.
