Hotel Dengan Spa di Hokkaido, Japan

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Fresh Air! We recently stayed here for a quick one-night stopover. It's a great mid-range option for those who prioritize location and comfort. The Highlights: Room Layout: Spacious enough for 2 people. The seperate bathroom zones and vanity/make up desk are convinience. Fresh Air: Our favorite feature! The windows can be opened slightly, which is perfect in winter to enjoy natural ventilation instead of the AC which will be too hot for us to sleep during the night. Facilities: The lounge and restaurant feel very airy and clean. Convenience: Located right near great food and walking streets. On-site parking is available (extra fee), which is a huge plus for us. Things to Consider: Water Policy: No water is provided in the room. Members have to pick up at the Front Desk. Booking Assistance: We tried to get help with a restaurant reservation, but the hotel required a deposite paid through them to do so. This was a bit restrictive for those using e-SIMs. Verdict: Perfect if you value a clean room and a breeze.

A great overnight luxury transit hotel within 7 - 8 mins walking distance from JR Hakodate. Good service rendered by friendly highly trained staff. Worth a stay to experience Another 10 mins walking distance to the Red Brick House 🏠 for awesome retail shopping spree 🛒🛍️ to buy the local 🇯🇵 Hokkaido delights & savour local cuisine. The Hakodate Morning Market is right across the street with succulent fresh king crab affair feast awaiting 👑 🦀. A must visit destination for all in Sapporo not to be missed 🐙🦀🪼🦞🐠🦐🐳

Lobi hotel sangat cantik dengan suasana hotel yang asli, dan kakitangannya ramah secara keseluruhan. Oleh kerana lokasinya, ia berbaloi untuk berjalan ke Stesen Susukino atau Stesen Sapporo, tetapi pemandangan luar tidak begitu cantik. Namun, memandangkan Taman Nakajima, tempat yang bagus untuk mengambil gambar, berada di hadapan, saya tidak fikir ia adalah satu kelemahan. Ia adalah pengalaman yang sangat memuaskan, dan saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini.

The room layout is good with shower booth and toilet in separate areas for convenience. The room was spotless, and the sleep quality was exceptional. The bed was plush and supportive, ensuring a truly restful night. My only real grievance was the daily housekeeping procedure, which felt disorganized. I followed the instructions by leaving my trash and used towels outside the door before the stipulated time, yet they were not replaced with a new set. I ultimately had to go down to the lobby to request fresh supplies myself. Note that there are limited on-site parking spots with partner discount which I appreciate very much. Despite the minor hiccups, the physical room and sleep quality are top-tier.

Location is superb, close to Sapporo Station and Odori Park. Breakfast was delicious, but didn’t change at all between days - which isn’t a big issue. Room is small like typical in Japan, but clean and comfortable. Lastly, the rooftop area has an incredible view of clock tower in odori park that you can enjoy together with a cold beer from the vending machine there. Onsen is also on top floor and is top notch. Would stay again when in Sapporo, safe choice.

Location: Within the airport international terminal. Short indoor walk from Arrivals. Very convenient. Atmosphere: Calm, quiet and friendly. Warm welcome. Full of artistic features. Rooms: Well appointed, spotlessly clean. Spacious. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Amenities: Library. Tea House and Onsen Breakfast: Lovely breakfast spread. Delicious ramen. We would love to be back.

A huge hotel without any personal attention. No hello when you enter the shop of the hotel, this is the first time for my experience in Japan. Cleaning service is not optimal, still some plastics left behind on the desk between the guide. No tea bags in the room when we want to have a cup of tea, go to reception to get the tea bags and the first thing the staff asks is which room number, after that then I get the tea bags, no any apologies for no tea bags available in the room. The hot spring is huge but also a lot of people, very crowded, no space and no time to enjoy the hotspots spring. One very good thing, you can get an icecream after the hot spring.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They kindly instructed us into the designated parking space before we checked in. Not only was the hotel near to the Sapporo Station, one of the biggest transport hub in Hokkaido, but also a near proximity to many stores and restaurants, like Donki. The room was decent and clean, and for this price, the space is adequate for two person to stay comfortably. Overall would try again.

This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Check in is strict as with all hotels in Japan at 3pm. The best part is the view. I got the room at level 34 facing north side of Sapporo and it was breathtaking. I booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to accomodate my request for the rooms to be nearby. We got rooms next to each other. It was initially full booked and once I saw rooms available at the last minute, I took it. No regrets. The rooms are spacious too. Amenities are complete with both body and skincare products too. Breakfast was add on and we chose western cuisine. There were varieties but not that amazing. But the 360 view at the 35th floor restaurant is worth checking out.

Absolutely stunning view with calm and peaceful environment!!  Since it becoming low season. not crowded. However for checking in we feel like not much welcoming. i mean we arrived with no staff coming to welcome until 2 pm. Everything start on time, professional, well manage. i fall in love since first saw the view from huge transparent wall.. their public onsen is breath-taken view. i went there before dinner&early morning. it switch side (gent&ladies) and you could enjoy both  I didnt take pictures for dinner cause it absolutely worth money!!!! everything is soooooooooooo nice, great taste~ omg all are over my expecetation. I love vibe here. even in room that you could seee it a bit old but clean and well maintained. This is the perfect trip after Niseko for ski/activities. i really enjoy my stay and will come again if i have chance!!!  +point that they have illumination light nearby. 7-11&seico mart in front of the hotel. good and cheap meal for lunch. Yukata & pajama in room are so lovely. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
