A converted palace in the middle of a bustling city a haven of tranquility. A delightful but difficult building to negotiate one’s way around. Splendid bedroom beautifully appointed a joy to be in. The staff from the wonderful general manager down were helpful, courteous and extremely patient. To pick out a single member of staff is difficult but my vote goes to Ravi in the dining room. The chef was incredibly helpful when sorting out my dietary problems and produced meals of the highest quality. Recommended you stay I leave you to make your own mind.

Possibly the best hotel in its price range I’ve stayed at in India. Arrived very late and very tired to a very warm welcome and an immediate check on whether I required anything to eat or drink. Beautiful room overlooking the pool with the added pleasure of the horse track below so I could wa5ch the horses being exercised in the morning. Used the excellent spa and frankly I don’t know where to begin with restaurants of which there are four on site. Caffechino is excellent for proper coffee and cake, Under the ***go Tree offers a wide menu with a barbecue theme and it’s goes on and on. Superb breakfast buffet with excellent Indian and western choices as well as pastries and excellent coffee and tea. Top marks all round!

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

We had an amazing 3 nights family stay at the park indore. This is truly one of the best 5 star stay i have experienced purely because of its hospitality and food. The food was mouth watering and delicious and the hotel staff is super welcoming. Our rooms were upgraded out of surprise and we were provided complimentary drink vouchers. It was also my daughter's (3yr old) birthday so they organized a nice cake and hand made card for her. Overall the experience was truly memorable. Special mention to mr. Dhiraj and ms. S and s (i am forgetting the names) who made the hand made card and made our experience worth every moment.

Great place! The outdoor terrace looks amazing with all the little lights and hanging plants, and it's warm even on a windy and grey day. They are pet friendly, that is a plus for me. They brought us water and a little treat for our puppy. The food was great, beautiful and delicious. You should try the Tuna in the appetizers

The best hotel in khajuraho. Best food, good location, polite staff. Everything is awesome . Easy to raech. Rooms/bathroom is clean. Service staff is cooperative. Food is far better than any restaurent ( including Badri seth) of Khajuraho. Must visit

I stayed recently at your hotel, Indore. I found following lacunas House keeping staff is lethargic. Simple things like stool, bucket, mug for a senior citizen like me were not given to me for two days. So also cleaning of our room was not done till 7.40 pm at night. We had to cajole them into doing it. Ultimately when I complained to the Manager Yaman, thing at least moved at snail’s pace. So also, in main dining hall the service was slow in the Chinese restaurant service was excellent. This was the only silver lining to the stay. Ar. Pramod Beri, Chairman, Beri Builtspace Designs Pvt. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the archeology museum and a very short distance to the vast temple complex of Khajuraho, so the location is impossible to beat. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the welcome is that of an honoured guest. The rooms are scrupulously clean and beautifully appointed. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and the food is really outstanding. They offer western and far eastern fare, but their local dishes are amazing -- delicately spiced and beautifully presented. The real highlight of the hotel, though, is the staff. They genuinely take pleasure in offering the best, most professional service. We've stayed in a lot of ”first class” hotels in a lot of places, the service here would be very difficult to equal.
