really friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the kitchen. amazing hygiene and delicious breakfast. unfortunately the location is in a really small developed town with a few shops. it was a great stay on the way to Milan though.

Everything is good, the only problem is the blow dryer is broken, the food in the breakfast is the same everyday, they should change it every day, the location is weird because it is like in the middle of the residential area but the staffs are good and they are cleaning everyday. Please bring your own socket if you are from other countries hotel is not providing. All in all our stay is good. Train station 10mins walk and easy going to the center.

It was ok for the price, very minimalist, the walls need an update they were all dirty and peeling and stained . The bed and cushions were very comfortable, good breakfast. No extra cushions or blankets

comfortable stay and convenient location, 5-10mins to metro station. small breakfast area but there are plenty of options for the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended and would come back if i am visiting Milano again :))

We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

Great hotel, I missed it when I moved to a different hotel for the holiday. Nice transport links with it being close to the metro and the surrounding area near the park is good. Bunch of shops and restaurants on the main road near the hotel with some staying open until late. Breakfast was pretty good, could be improved with more choice. Room was nice, only improvements would be a bigger fridge (inside of it was small), bigger shower area and potentially better air con but it worked fine. Bed was great size for a single bed. Great service and staff members too, always were nice and positive. Well lit room, ability to open shutters too. The hotel being eco-friendly was a nice bonus.

La posizione non è male, appena vicino l'autostrada. Il check-in è stato veloce anche se non mi hanno spiegato che se avevo bagagli grandi era meglio entrare dall'entrata principale e non da dietro dove si parcheggia l'auto, infatti ho dovuto fare un piano con 20 kg di valigie per braccio. Purtroppo non ho dormito perché la temperatura della camera era eccessivamente calda senza possibilità di regolarla, questo è pericoloso sia per le mucose degli occhi che del naso per tutti. Peccato.

The location of the hotel is great, and the service was great. We had an issue with a safe in the room, which was fixed immediately. The front desk team was wonderful! In general, it's a very clean and nice hotel from the lobby to the rooms. We stayed from Sept 26, 2025, to Oct 1, 2025. I rated facilities as 4 and not 5 stars due to a few reasons: - It was extremely cold in the room, especially in the mornings. Shivering in the morning was extremely uncomfortable when you get out of the shower and wish there was a heat source close by because you are shivering. - One night, we returned from a theatre and ordered two grilled sandwiches in the bar, 14 euros per one. The sandwich was two semi-cold pieces of white bread, one piece of cold cut meat (no idea what kind) and one piece of semi-cold cheese. - The hotel has no food in the rooms policy. Since the use of the late-night ”bar” is definitely not recommended, keep in mind that you will have to eat something outside before returning late. We didn't try their restaurant, but considering the experience with the late-night ”bar”, I would be cautious. If you are prepared to overlook the minor things stated above, we recommend staying in this hotel.
