Hotel Dengan Bar di Lombardy, Italy

Everything was almost okay during my stay. However, I faced an issue with the charging port. I had come from London, and my plug was not compatible with the socket in the room. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue that same day, so I had some difficulty. The next day, the problem I sorted. I especially want to mention Leonardo, who truly tried his best to help at his level. John was also very supportive and kind. Overall, I left with a smile. Special thanks to both of them — especially Leonardo — for his amazing service and genuine effort to assist

Nice, modern airport hotel. Very conveniently located, easy to reach by foot from the airport and the train station. Hotel is big, with conference rooms, 24h gym, spa and pool. Rooms are modern, quite and well maintained

The place is far from the Centrale but very near the airport. The staff are accommodating. The food is great. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very big and little far from center and 15 minute walk from the Comasina yellow line metro station the breakfast was delicious it was beautiful hotel overall

the hotel is walking distance to the train station for Milan Central station and connected to the terminal 1 via free airport shuttle bus (big plus considering that most of the other hotels nearby will charge and a lot just for the shuttle service from and to the terminals despite the short distance). I find it an excellent alternative to the Shetaton - even if I fly from terminal 1 and Moxy is located at terminal 2 - as it is much more reasonably priced yet very clean and nicely decorated, with helpful staff and smooth operations. The only downside for me is that the power plugs are recessed so you need to make sure that your adapter is slim enough so to reach the plug and be able to work. I know that this kind of plugs is used for safety issues but still not being able to use your device because of this can be annoying (staff tried to help but unfortunately they didn’t have spare adapters available at that time). I will definitely stay again in future, just remember to bring the correct adapter with me (in the room there is usb plug anyway if you need it).

Hotel is in vicinity of the Malpensa airport. It was convenient to stay for an overnight before our flight. There is shuttle bus service to/from airport by the hotel at s small fee. A buffet style continental breakfast was included. Amenities not readily available in the room may be requested over the phone from reception. Room was clean and staff were helpful

The hostel is located 8 minutes walk from Milano Bovisa Politecnico train station. Direct train to and from Malpensa Airport T2 just takes 30 minutes. As far as getting around the city of Milano, there is a Tram-Bus stop (Bausan) just under 5 minutes walk from hostel (after the round about). The 4 bedded sharing room comes with en-suite bathroom with timed hot showers. Bath towel available for rent at 2€. Hostel-wide WiFi access available. The in-house bar-bistro offers good selection of Italian and international fairs. For weary travellers the in-house dinning option is most appreciated. During the day, the common area has a more co-working vibe. As the sun sets, the ambiance transitions to a buzzing vibrant bar-bistro.

Air traffic control went down in the region and we were forced to find a night at a local hotel. This is close to airport but does require a taxi to access. €20 for 4 of us for a short 10 min drive. This hotel does have a €5 shuttle service to the airport for check out. I booked this hotel whilst still on the plane, with internet struggles i made my booking through trip. Upon arrival, there had been 2 bookings made under my name. There were three night staff working. I was told categorically i needed to contact the booking site to cancel the additional room. The booking site advised me the hotel was capable of doing this. With a 3 way conversation and a helpful booking site the crisis was managed. Saying that, the hotel staff member was rude, shouted at me, blamed me and was aggressive, almost resorting me to tears. Another staff member asked her to step aside and he completed the check in with ease. The hotel was able to provide emergency toothbrushes but only delivered to half the party. There is a hair dryer available but my unfriendly lady told me there was one in the room - it was a steamer! Half the party had access to a hair dryer when requested to their room. Breakfast is €14 and is lovely. The facilities are good with a pool, gym, clean rooms, and comfy beds. Lovely place just totally let down by the lady who was just horrid. Clearly personable, polite, friendly and helpful service is not a requirement at this establishment.

Very well located in front of central station, it will be even more perfect if I can do early check in, and hope they can prepare the water boiler in the room in order to make the tea with hot water or cook some instant noodles when you don’t want to go out in the freezing night as I tried to dial 9 to bring the water boiler but no one is answering so the phone! And the cleaning lady forgot to clean away the towel of the previous customer ( maybe it’s because it was hanged behind the door) which never happened before

The stay in Holiday Inn Express Malpensa was very comfortable. From Malpensa airport, just take the airport bus in front of Sheraton hotel. In less than 5min, you’ll reach the bus stop near Holiday Inn Express. In a couple of minutes of walking, you’ll reach the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.
