Overall was quite good, for this quality and price are really high cost performance, if you need to store the luggage, you need to pay 2 euro, which is acceptable too, recommend this place.

Everything is good, the only problem is the blow dryer is broken, the food in the breakfast is the same everyday, they should change it every day, the location is weird because it is like in the middle of the residential area but the staffs are good and they are cleaning everyday. Please bring your own socket if you are from other countries hotel is not providing. All in all our stay is good. Train station 10mins walk and easy going to the center.

WORK IN PROGRESS...la gestione è cambiata e qualcosa è stato migliorato, anche se la struttura ha decisamente bisogno di un restyling.
Soggiornato più volte per impegni sportivi, per la qualità/prezzo è sufficiente.
Camera pulita, ma migliorabile.
Colazione ok, da migliorare per scelta frutta fresca e macedonia.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Purtroppo manca una colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

From the exterior, the hotel and its rooms look decent, but for the price it is not. The (double) room lack of space, the AC was not functioning and the bathroom was poorly designed (there are no doors for the shower, only curtains that don't prevent the water from getting out). There is only a hairdryer.
Every day, the sheets and towels are cleaned, the mini fridge is refilled with soft drinks and same with the toilet products in the bathroom.
After a night, we had itching the next day on the legs and arms.
The location is ok, 5 minutes walk to the subway station.

Location excellent, really good breakfast options and the room was clean with all the amenities.
Only snag is that we had a hired car and the hotel was unable to contact us directly with regards to the parking which turned out OK, but would've been good to have known earlier to our arrival.
You park outside of the town walls in a special parking area and the hotel transfers you and you luggage to the hotel via golf cart. If you don't have luggage it's an easy walk from the parking area to the hotel. Parking quite expensive at 20 Euros per day.

Ich möchte besonders hervorheben: ＞den freundlichen Empfang＞die Prima Empfehlung eines Restaurant zum Abendessen (das Hotel-Restaurant war geschlossen) ＞die kostenlose Tiefgarage ＞das hervorragende Frühstück, an dem es absolut GARNICHTS zu bemängeln gibt und nicht zuletzt das ausnahmslos freundliche Personal. A paradise of peace and quiet in a relaxed atmosphere - camping with an adjoining holiday residence. It was built within the walls of a former monastery from the 14th century. The beautiful view extends to Lake Garda on one side and the Dolomites on the other. A spacious and lush garden offers plenty of space to linger and its green areas create a very special atmosphere. Enjoy direct access to the lake with its pebble beach, where loungers and parasols can be rented. You are very close to the lake promenade with the harbor and the picturesque old town of Toscolano Maderno. A picturesque footpath takes you directly to the town center with numerous restaurants and nice cafés in just a few minutes.

The location of the hotel is great, and the service was great. We had an issue with a safe in the room, which was fixed immediately. The front desk team was wonderful! In general, it's a very clean and nice hotel from the lobby to the rooms. We stayed from Sept 26, 2025, to Oct 1, 2025. I rated facilities as 4 and not 5 stars due to a few reasons:
- It was extremely cold in the room, especially in the mornings. Shivering in the morning was extremely uncomfortable when you get out of the shower and wish there was a heat source close by because you are shivering.
- One night, we returned from a theatre and ordered two grilled sandwiches in the bar, 14 euros per one. The sandwich was two semi-cold pieces of white bread, one piece of cold cut meat (no idea what kind) and one piece of semi-cold cheese.
- The hotel has no food in the rooms policy. Since the use of the late-night ”bar” is definitely not recommended, keep in mind that you will have to eat something outside before
returning late. We didn't try their restaurant, but considering the experience with the late-night ”bar”, I would be cautious.
If you are prepared to overlook the minor things stated above, we recommend staying in this hotel.

GGuest UserIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.

GGuest UserEverywhere was so crowded during the Milan Winter Olympics. This hotel is Chinese-owned, and a friendly lady at the front desk checked me in. The hotel is a bit old, with an old-fashioned elevator. However, its biggest advantage is its fantastic location. There's a Chinese restaurant downstairs, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the train and metro stations, and just 1 minute to the airport shuttle stop.

SSaravpStaff was amazing very welcoming, was given a voucher for a free drink loved it! Also very attentive to all our questions.
Location wasn’t too bad nearest train/metro was roughly a 10-15min walk not bad at all.
Views from room obviously just main roads.
Washroom was very clean as well maybe minor issues but overall very good.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, just over 100 meters from the subway, and all the attractions are within four stops. It's very quiet, and the neighborhood is also very safe. There is a pizza, pasta, and breakfast shop downstairs. Recommended

GGuest UserOstello Bello Grande is a clean and comfortable youth hostel. The capsule beds are exceptionally clean, spacious enough, and provide a secure night's sleep. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The location is generally good, about 3 kilometers from Milan Central Station, requiring a short bus ride, which makes getting around quite convenient. It offers good value for money, and I highly recommend it for solo travelers!

GGuest UserFor a hostel, the staff makes all the difference, and the team here is incredibly warm and friendly. You can use a lot of the common facilities, like luggage storage, restrooms, and the kitchen, both before you check in and after you check out. Plus, there's complimentary coffee and tea. There are at least two grocery stores close by, and getting around is super convenient, whether you're walking, taking the bus, or hopping on the subway.

AAlexanderWe booked 3 superior rooms, specifying king-size beds in our wishes. Upon check-in, one of the rooms turned out to have twin beds. After discussing it with the reception, this room was changed. Next, it turned out that all three rooms were intended for disabled people, the bathrooms in these rooms were different from the bathrooms shown both in the photo on trip.com and in the photo on the hotel website. After explaining the situation, the receptionist replied that in their system standard rooms and rooms for disabled people are not different, but in fact we did not receive the rooms we booked. The receptionist firstly changed one room to a standard one, and after several dozen minutes, changed another one. The third standard room was not available that day. As a result, the check-in procedure, which usually takes about 10 minutes, took us about an hour and a half, and during this time we were running around and moving our luggage from floor to floor. The receptionist promised to come up later with some kind of compensation but nothing was offered.
And then there's more. At the end of our stay, one of the rooms was being cleaned during breakfast. When we came to the door of the room there was a sign on it saying ”do not enter, cleaning in progress”. After the cleaning was completed, it turned out that about 1000 euros were missing from a bag lying next to the TV. We went to the reception and the hotel manager, Mr. Bernardo, came out to us. The manager promised to execute an investigation and about half an hour later we received a call from him that the investigation was complete. He explained that the inspection of the cleaning staff did not reveal anything, and only suggested contacting the police.
As a result, these two incidents seriously ruined our stay at the hotel, and the hotel did not provide any compensation. Non-transparent information about the conditions of check-in and, worst of all, theft in the rooms - so you should think and decide for yourself, are you ready to meet this or not.

GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

XXiaoyekudingThe room is large, with modern decoration style. The reception is full of handsome guys, and the service is warm and thoughtful! It is close to Milan Cathedral and shopping malls! There is a local gourmet restaurant opposite the hotel, and the breakfast is delicious!
