I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the InterContinental Warsaw! My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with incredibly pleasant and professional service, and a lovely anniversary surprise was waiting for us in our room – a truly wonderful gesture from the hotel. Our room was exceptionally quiet and comfortable, and the view of the Palace of Culture and the Złota 44 skyscraper from it was absolutely breathtaking. Our mornings were made even better by the very rich, diverse, and top-notch breakfast spread. One of the hotel's big advantages is the entire recreational area. I really appreciated the unlimited access to the gym, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the palace while working out. Additionally, as part of our room reservation, we had the option to book an hour-long session at the pool, which was the perfect, hassle-free complement to our relaxation. All in all, it made for a perfect trip that we'll definitely cherish in our memories!

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. They readily held my luggage after check-out, and the ticket-based retrieval system gave me peace of mind. Water dispensers in the lobby and elevator halls on the guest floors were a great touch, allowing for free refills. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and there was plenty of seating, making for a relaxed meal.

All the major attractions are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Downstairs, you'll find a hub of various dining options, so everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right at your fingertips. The hotel itself is upscale and grand, with sophisticated and stylish decor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft, ensuring an excellent stay. It's perfect for both holiday getaways and leisure trips. Highly recommended!

The location is really good, close to the metro, bus stop, mall, parks and a lot of restaurants and stores. You can walk to the city center easily. For the football lovers, it is also close to the stadium. The rooftop is nice, drinks have good price. The pool, infortunately, is not heated so we could not use during our stay. Only the bed was not what we expected as we booked for a king bed and got two twin beds. Other than that, no complaints. Worth the money!

The location is fantastic and convenient. The train station, bus station, and tram stop are all nearby, and the famous Palace of Culture and Science is less than a 10-minute walk away. There's a shopping mall right across the street, covering all your needs for food, clothing, and daily necessities. I've stayed at this hotel four times already and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This is a really great hotel! The service is available 24/7, helping with any questions, and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are very spacious, and they clean the room twice a day. The breakfasts are wonderful, with lots of choices and delicious food! The location is convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in a double room with an extra bed and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a safe and blackout curtains that made sleeping easy. Housekeeping was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary water station, where guests could refill bottles with both still and sparkling water. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived very early, around 8:00 a.m., and were able to leave our luggage at reception while we went out to explore the city before check-in. The hotel also offers luggage storage after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is perfect. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and around 10 minutes to the U.S. Embassy, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting for a visa interview. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, including sparkling wine. Since we had an early flight on our departure day, the hotel kindly offered us breakfast boxes to take with us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.
