I love this hotel and have been there many times throughout the years. It still have the same charm despite the fact that is getting old, however a lot of updates and improvements have been done to keep it up to date.
On personal note I will suggest to open the interior pool early. As the opening time it's 10 am. I personally love to swim first thing in the morning, before breakfast and since there is no one from staff in there , they just need to open the door. I ask at the reception but was told it was impossible to do that. So I live the suggestion for the future!

A beautiful resort where one can truly relax in peace & quiet. the facilities are brand new and offer everything one needs including several pools, a state of the art gym and a fantastic kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

▪️ Vers comfy hotel. The staff is very friendly. There’s a large choice of food for breakfast.
▪️ Just be aware that the parking space is really tight. If you have a SUV, this might get difficult for you to park there.
▪️ The location of the hotel is … ok. A bit far from the nearest beach and from the restaurants we were interesting.

The hotel was amazing! The room as very clean and with great space! Breakfast was good but not amazing as well as the spa area. The only bad thing was the bathroom as every time we had a shower, it would create a pool inside the bathroom! We had to put the towels on the floor to avoid the water to spread to the room and we had to call the housekeeping 3 times to clean all the water.

De uma forma global, tudo estava bem. Queria destacar duas situações que para mim foram excepcionais;
- O Atendimento/Recepção, fui de facto muitíssimo bem atendido das várias as vezes que tive de me socorrer e foram sempre de uma elegância, educação, muito, muito bem.
- Almocei e Jantei no vosso restaurante, e todos os pratos tinham muito boa apresentação, excelente sabor e muita qualidade.

Hotel de excelente qualidade, muito confortável e limpo.
O espaço de piscina exterior é maravilhoso para tempo de férias ou descanso. Os profissionais estão sempre disponíveis para ajudar e são muito simpáticos.
A localização é ótima pois fica perto da praia, restaurantes e cafés.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel was in a great location close to the costa de Caparica surf break (walking distance). The staff was lovely and rooms were comfortable.

GGuest UserWow, hotel check-in isn't until 4:00 PM. In our case, we were supposed to receive a message, but unfortunately, at 5:30 PM, still no message. To the front desk for the umpteenth time. Oh right, your room is ready. Received a coupon for a cocktail, but it was only for cola and coffee. The manager said he would get back to us about it. That still hasn't happened. But it remains a fantastic hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza Caparica. The hotel is modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or a trip to Lisbon.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and willing to go the extra mile. This hotel is highly recommended for families: the kids' club is fantastic! Our daughter felt completely at home thanks to the lovely and enthusiastic supervisors who organized activities with great care and dedication. The swimming pool and children's play area were also a big hit.
The breakfast was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of choices and fresh produce. It was a great start to the day every morning.
While the beach isn't directly within walking distance, a convenient shuttle bus runs from the hotel, making access easy and quick.
In short: a fantastic hotel where hospitality, comfort, and child-friendliness truly shine. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be returning to Crowne Plaza Caparica!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is easy to find. There are lots of free parking space outside the hotel. If you would like to park at the hotel, it is 5 euro per day.
The rooftop bar is closed on Mondays to Thursdays. When it is closed, the guests have no access to the rooftop. I think such arrangement should be improved by granting access to the rooftop even when the bar is closed.

GGuest UserThe hotel has sea views, but it's not first-line, located high up in the distance.
The staff were generally very friendly.
The superior room is small, as is the bathroom, but adequate. The minibar is super quiet; the toilet hose's pressure was a bit out of control. The sound insulation to the hallway and outside isn't the best, but it's not too bad either. I didn't hear any noise from the other rooms.
The spa and pool are tiny; they control capacity with advance reservations, and small children are only allowed in the morning.
The gym has a few machines, enough to work the major muscle groups.
Breakfast is varied; in my opinion, it lacks the typical Alentejo bread. On the first day, the scrambled eggs looked very dry, but by the second day, they were already good. I think it's rude for the staff to start rushing around 10 a.m., clearing tables, restricting access to only part of the buffet, and then starting cleaning and not restocking.
It was a pleasant stay.

MMarta MestreThe experience on the beach of Sal Resort was excellent. The hotel is a comfortable, modern and very pleasant environment, the Omaggio restaurant is perfect for enjoying a super pleasant meal for those who like a good mass and a good pizza with super reasonable values. The hotel service was a careful and sympathetic, they provided even WhatsApp for even closer service to customers, always providing and carefully with details.
The rooms are very cheerful and also super-friendly, and I also highlight the view and the surrounding space, which make this experience even more special. The spa also deserves a highlight, heated swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath are excellent for a relaxing day, and even if you prefer more relaxing, massage service makes your stay more relaxing. The breakfast is also an excellent point to mention, everything super well prepared and a super pleasant environment.This resort is undoubtedly an excellent for a couple's escape, an experience I recommend and will repeat again.

GGuest UserTryp is a very nice hotel located near the coast which allows you to go out for nice walks along the pathways by the beach. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice they had a large mirrors on the wardrobe doors thick were very aesthetic and the toilets were clean. The food they serve is also very nice and cooked well I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and it’s somewhere I plan on staying again.

GGuest UserRegarding this hotel, I loved the experience not only because of its location, but also because of the friendliness and kindness of the staff, explaining all the questions and services to us, a huge hug, this hotel is ideal for spending a weekend with the family , couple or friends, in relation to the excellent room it was spacious, friendly, I booked it with a balcony which was an extra for us, I recommend you visit one day. The buffet breakfast was very good to start the day off right.

GGuest UserHotel com boa localização e staff atencioso. A limpeza poderia ser melhorada e o quarto precisa de alguma remodelação/modernização.
Tratando-se de um quarto com kitchenette, estes deveriam estar equipados com máquina de café - quando questionado na recepção o porquê do nosso quarto não ter máquina de café (tendo em conta que já teríamos ficado neste hotel noutra altura), foi-nos dito que nem todas as tipologias de quarto têm acesso a máquina de café.

GGuest UserO hotel é, no geral, bastante bom, com boas instalações, mas peca por várias questões.
Por um lado, tem uma clara falta de manutenção: a banheira tinha ferrugem, duas portas do quarto não abriam, a temperatura da água da piscina interior não é tão quente quanto desejável, o jacuzzi não funciona, um dos elevadores de acesso aos quartos esteve, pelo menos, 24h sem funcionar, o que gerava grandes filas, e poderia continuar...
Por outro lado, ao nível de staff do check-in/check-out também houve várias situações pouco normais para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Quando se faz o check-in não dão quaisquer indicações dos serviços do hotel, temos de estar a ”puxar” pelo funcionário, duas colaboradoras estavam a fazer tranças a outra (?), ouvi um comentário menos positivo em relação a outro hóspede, foi-nos cobrado 12€ por algo que não consumimos (e nem conseguiam explicar o que era) e só depois de várias insistência disseram que ”se calhar” foi um erro...
Pontos positivos: as piscinas exteriores são óptimas; a comida é bastante boa; o staff da zona de restauração também é impecável; a zona envolvente é incrível.
