Hotel Dengan Bar di Bicol, Philippines

A great place to stay for visiting mayon volcano. Rooms with mayon view is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very convenient, near sm. Breakfast is not really nice though compare to other hotels with this price, also the swimming pool is small and has no view, its boring to swim there, and I booked the atv through hotel then I found out that klook is 50% cheaper than the hotel price, so booking atv there is not recommended. Overall, its a good hotel to stay, but not a good hotel if your expecting nice breakfast and activities.

The hotel is cozy and near commercial district of legaspi.

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

1. Poor internet connect 2. Walls are not noise-proof (you can hear other hotel guests in the adjacent rooms)  3. Lack of noise regulation for hotel guests despite strict visitation hours - the room next to us had blasting speakers and we could hear the guests drinking and doing karaoke even as late as 2AM

Service and amenities is excellent! Kaso may foul odor lang yung room namin and my leak sa CR pero Okay nman masarap din ang food nila kahit malayo ang location sa downtown basta may Grab app ka carry na din.

Good location. Disappointed for the service, a manager told us that it would not be possible to have a late check out without making efforts to find an alternative solution and barely looking at the PC.

the staffs are very accomodating. they will greet you once they see you walking around the hotel. the amenities are good they even give you what you requested. i really love the smell of their shampoo and body wash ☺️. the breakfast buffet is soo good! and it is included in the hotel fee. the pool is very clean and they allow us to get a mango from the tree beside the pool. my husband and i really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. we’ll sure be back soon! thank you from guards to hotel staff ❤️

This place is very cozy. Unique to its room size and cleanliness is superb. The food is giving..and it's location is along with the nearby fast food in the city.. I will definitely go back there for some future bookings especially spending nights before departure.
