A Localização é excelente! A recepção também, foram muito gentis . As instalações deixam um pouco a desejar , o banheiro estava mofado nas paredes superiores mas sem cheiro forte , e da pra ver que tem sujeira acumulada no banheiro. Mas o custo benefício foi bom . Café da manhã é uma delícia!

Hermoso hotel!! Las habitaciones muy cómodas, Lo único que le falta son cajones para la ropa u otra cosa que uno quiera guardar. También el pkacard tiene pocos estantes La vista desde las habitaciones es buenísima. La atención del personal es muy amable. El spa es muy bueno,la pileta descubierta está muy bien. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Gente, esse foi o melhor hotel que fiquei nos últimos 5 anos. Estrutura ótimo. Instalações novíssimas. O espaço conta com piscina no térreo e um terraço muito bonito com academia e jacuzzi mediante agendamento. O pessoal da recepção todos muito cordiais e um café da manhã excelente, o melhor café da manhã que comi no Uruguai. O croissant foi o melhor que comi no Uruguai. As opções do café não são muitas, porém deliciosas. A localização é excelente, nosso quarto tinha vista parcial pra praia, e dá pra resolver tudo andando com uma caminhada leve. Eu indico a todo mundo pois esse hotel é maravilhoso! Que baita experiência... o chuveiro me fez tomar 4 banhos em um só dia.

I was in Punta del Este for a conference and chose this hotel on the recommendation of colleagues from the region. There are only four rooms on each floor and so you are treated to a fantastic view of Punta del Este through the glass windows that surround your room. For an even better view, drop by the gym on the 17th floor. Rooms are spacious and designed minimalistically. In case you plan to eat in, note that there are no utensils, cups or plates that you can use, although there is a small refrigerator where you can store some supplies. The hotel is located very near a supermarket and some nice restaurants. Service is friendly and efficient. Breakfast does not start until 8 am, but they were flexible enough to start breakfast an hour earlier during our conference. I appreciated their effort to add something different to the lovely breakfast spread every morning, and to make sure that there was a balance between healthy fare and the tempting but not too healthy desserts.

Excelente ubicación, frente a la playa. El hotel es muy funcional , a mi criterio necesitaría un poco más de modernización en el mobiliario de habitaciones , que son muy pequeñas, y baños. El desayuno, es bueno en la calidad de productos, pero carece de variedad del mismo. Es un hotel silencioso donde se puede descansar bien. La atención del personal es buena. En la zona hay hoteles por el mismo precio o similares, no frente a la playa, que ofrecen mayores comodidades.

Todo muy bien, excelente, un detalle muy importante la piscina climatizada estaba muy fría, no logramos meternos de lo fría que estaba y como nosotros muchos huéspedes. Otros fueron y dejaron sus quejas por este motivo. Y la respuesta del conserje del Spa, no quiero colocarla aquí porque no es apropiada. Pero deben solucionar ese tema. Independientemente del día y fecha del año. Gracias
