The location of the premium room was very good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. I know Tropical Islands very well; this was my 18th visit. Despite prior written confirmation that we could leave our luggage and sports bags at reception, this wasn't possible on site. Instead, we had to store our luggage in lockers until we could access our room – at a cost of €2.50 per day for a total of three days. Despite repeatedly pointing out that I had specifically asked, I was simply told that only ”large pieces of luggage” would be accepted. In the future, promises should be clearly stated, or the dimensions should be requested directly. As a regular guest, this makes me feel cheated.

Pleasant stay. Online check-in is available at the self-service terminal or the front desk. Enjoyed a nice upgrade to an upper floor, a quiet room with no disturbances whatsoever. The room was excellent. Super-fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning capable of going down to 18 degrees (Berlin had temperatures up to 33 degrees Celsius on those days). The air conditioning was pleasantly quiet. A fridge, coffee, and tea bar were in the room. TV with many digital channels. Daily room cleaning was excellent and available upon request. The bathroom had everything one needs. Did not use breakfast this time. Public transport connections are absolutely good (max. 10 minutes walk to buses or the S-Bahn). The hotel can be unreservedly recommended.

A clean and comfortable choice for a layover/quick overnight stay. I spontaneously booked this hotel because I had to wait for my flight to Berlin and my train was delayed. It was basically a very short stay, just a few hours to sleep before heading out again. Even though my stay was brief, the overall experience was good: the facilities were very clean, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillow support was a bit lacking. If you're a traveler like me, with a layover or a tight schedule, I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is right next to Brandenburg Airport, with the bus stop conveniently located downstairs. It's a quick 2-minute walk from the bus station to the airport, and only 5 minutes to Terminals 1 and 2. Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent. It's very quiet at night once the windows are closed, and it didn't disturb my sleep at all. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. However, there were a couple of minor issues: the lid on the kettle was broken, and the sink drained very slowly. There's also some room for improvement regarding cleanliness.

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

Great value for a quick airport stay! The MOXY Berlin Airport is literally a 5-minute walk from the terminal – perfect for early flights or late arrivals. The vibe is young, fun, and modern with colorful decor, a cool bar/lounge area that’s open 24/7, and friendly staff who actually seem to enjoy their job. Rooms are compact (typical MOXY style) but super smart – comfy bed, powerful shower, fast Wi-Fi, big TV with casting options, and USB ports everywhere. Everything felt clean and new. Breakfast is decent for the price (continental style with good coffee), and they have grab-and-go options if you’re in a rush. Only small downside: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear neighbors if it’s a loud night, but earplugs are provided (nice touch!). For the price (often under €90 even in high season), it’s honestly one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Highly recommended if you want style, convenience, and don’t need a huge room. Will definitely come back

This is new hotel, conveniently located very close to the central train station in Potsdam. Take the exit to Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right and you already see the new nice looking building about 300 m away on the other side of the street ”Lange Brücke” (long bridge). The reception and breakfast area is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), well lighted with large windows. Everything looks new, nice and neat. (No worries, no smell at all from construction materials or new furniture, also not in the corridors or in my room). The standard room I booked is small with minimalistic furniture, but I like it simple anyway. The tiles in the bathroom are real cool and nice looking, so is the carpet and color arrangement in the floors. The staff was friendly, but you need to be a bit patient, as several if them are new and still being trained on the software to check in. 😊 No doubt, next trip to Potsdam I will chose the same hotel.

This resort and spa complex is much larger than it first appears. It features a network of tunnels that seamlessly connect the different buildings. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking to walk in nature and unwind in a relaxing spa. Accommodations are spread across several distinct buildings; while I can't speak for the other rooms, mine was perfectly fine. They also serve a truly excellent breakfast. The location is incredibly secure, quiet, and completely free from city noise and pollution. I will definitely stay here again the next time I pass through the area.

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

The layout of the room is reasonable, the apartment bathroom I live in is quite large, larger than my colleagues, so there will be surprises when choosing the room type and the appropriate high price.
