Nada aconsejable. De hecho lo que recomiendo es no ir. La habitación se anuncia con aire acondicionado pero cuando vas resulta que no funciona y tienes un ventilador para 4 personas en una habitación de 30m2. Nos tuvimos que enfadar para que nos trajeran otro ventilador. Lo mismo con las toallas y productos de aseo que ni los vimos. No se cumplía ninguna condición de las anunciadas, ni siquiera la cercanía a la Plaza que estaba a 40 minutos caminando. Pero lo peor de todo es lo viejo que está todo, la suciedad y falta de higiene que había. Todos los días teníamos que pelear con las cucarachas del cuarto de baño. Condiciones insalubres. A otro húesped del hotel le ocurrió lo mismo, en su caso los inquilinos de la habitación le corrieron por encima mientras estaba en la cama. También indicar que la WIFI va cuando ellos quieren y la que ellos quieren. A esto sumar que el dueño no habla español, con lo que el poder comunicarnos con él era casi imposible. A la segunda noche de vivir en un infierno, y tras una fuerte discusión que incluso amenazamos con llamar a la policía, tuvimos que buscarnos otro Riad donde alojarnos y ahí ha sido cuando hemos podido disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones. Todo cambió. El Riad al que nos fuimos se llama Zaki y afortunadamente era todo lo contrario, trato, limpieza y servicio inmejorable, y mucho más cerca del centro.

Cosy clean and secure low budget accommodation Manager Ajoub is a fantastic host and arranged transfer from airport, met us outside and walked us the short distance to the Riad Ajoub gave us his number and great directions and information for exploring the souks and local sights. He even went as far as to look out for us returning as its very easy to lose your bearings. Breakfast was delicious, juice, fresh coffee, local pancakes, bread and jams. We wanted to do an excursion to the desert including a camel ride and quad biking and Ajoub arranged it for the day including transport and a traditional berber meal after sunset and amazing entertainment in the Agafey desert. It was FANTASTIC! And only around £40 each! Highly recommended and saves worrying about organising from tour operators elsewhere We cannot thank Ajoub enough for his warm hospitality and friendliness Five stars *****

We upgraded from a delux tent to an aironditioned room given the high temperatures and this was arranged well over email. The rooms are very basic (not really like the pics which were obviously dressed for the photoshoot). Aircon works well and was a godsend. The bathroom is terrible - contortion yourself around the basin and sit on the loo with your nose almost touching the wall. No soaps or shampoos provided. The pool is lovely, and there were enough sun loungers. The reception and cafe/restaurant only takes cash, and you need a taxi to get to the nearest ATM, 10 mins away by car. We sat for 3 hours one morning waiting for food because the staff member on duty did not offer us an alternative to the 1 traditional breakfast which was not an experience I wanted to repeat, and she said that was all that we could order. Despite this we saw plates of scrambled egg and toast going out to other diners. We were told that the kitchen opened at 11am for anything else so by that time we thought we'd just a little longer for what we wanted. By the time food arrived it was 12 noon, and I'd called the manager over twice to complain and apparently it was because she only spoke French and didn't understand, and everything was made fresh from scratch - we'd only ordered a pani and chips - hardly an hours worth of prep. In a site that does not allow you to bring food in, the choice of breakfast needs a serious overhaul. Had there been another option on the menu I could have pointed to it. Lunch menu's; we had 2 out of 4 meals that were good. The manager, Amenina, spoke English and French and she was very good. We called her at midnight one night to arrange a taxi for us from the main square since we wanted reassurance that we would get to our destination safely, and she made sure she sent someone reputable. So, it's a cheap stay - great if you have kids. Pity there is not much grass and just sand around the site, and no campsite shop. A few more conveniences would not go amiss.

This Hotel has so much potential to be amazing but I have a couple of comments to make. 1. The Hotel is run by very few staff. The few staff that run is are AMAZING but I can't help but feel they are over worked and they're there 24/7. I cannot fault them particularly the guys who are there from breakfast till the bar closes. Hats off to you for being polite, professional and so accommodating despite clearly there not being enough staff. Management I do feel this needs to be addressed. 2. Cleaning staff are amazing. Our room was spotless. Clean towels and bedding every day, so thank you too! Pool was looked after very morning. 3. The hotel grounds are stunning. It's like a little paradise and again spotless. 4. Food. They have the same menu every single day. I suspect due to lack of staff. It gets boring although very nice food, there needs to be some kind of rotation. We paid for all inclusive and had to spend more money to eat out as we needed a change! 5. We had a 2 bedroom family apartment which was huge, beautifully furnished and overlooking the pool. Cannot fault it. 6. Breakfast was disappointing out of all the meals. Very limited and like someone else has said a lot of flies. We ended up not bothering which again was annoying as we had committed to the all inclusive option. Overall this hotel is really lovely and definitely worth a visit and if the staff and menu issues were addressed I would happily give it a 5* review.
