The hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank. The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay. The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day. Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel. The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals. The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food. The staff is truly excellent and attentive. The breakfast is decent.

The place is a refreshing stay in Dubai. It is a situated in a quiet location and the room my family used is exquisite. The best part? We were able to cook in our place as travellers. ☺️

The XVA Art Hotel is just the best for travelers looking for respite from modern western-style hotels. Located in old Dubai, it has no street address. From the street, you walk in 200 yards, rolling your luggage. XVA is an old estate with 4 walls surrounding an open courtyard. Room doors are secured inside with a wooden slider. On the outside, doors are secured with padlocks. The chef and server offer up wonderful breakfasts and (I assume, lunch and dinner). Reception staff is customer-oriented. This was my second stay at XVA and I would do it again. (It's also fun to encourage Uber and taxi drivers who have never before dropped off riders at XVA. Location is near Dubai Creek and easy to get transportation to and from. Hospitality, cleanliness, service, food, ambience - it's the best!

My royal hotel in Dubai is very close to the subway station and the transportation is very convenient. The surrounding golden fork restaurants are also good. There is no breakfast, but there is a supermarket selling pork nearby, and life is very convenient.

The location is perfect, and Haroon is a very professional and friendly manager! We stayed here for a week, and he took great care of us, even adjusting the cleaning times to our time zone.

Had a lovely stay at Hatta Village Lodges! 🏔️🤍 The place was clean, cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful views. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended! ✨
