The hotel is located right in the heart of Furong Town, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up at the train station, helping with our luggage all the way to the room, and even escorting us and our luggage to the taxi/Didi area during check-out, their service was excellent from start to finish. The view from the room was also beautiful. Definitely highly recommended for anyone visiting Furong Town!

The best hotel in Zhangjiajie ! The room and bathroom are perfectly clean, the room I stayed in was also beautiful. The location is super convenient, 5-min walk to Tianmen mountain depart station, 10-min walk from Zhangjiajie railway station and a direct bus from Zhangjiajie West Station. The receptionist answered all of my questions regarding the bus to come, the Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen Mountain. She was able to book all the tickets a a discounted price for me and gave me lots of information regarding the possible itineraries. When I left for Wulingyuan, she explained to me how to get there and where exactly was the bus stop. She always answered within the next 5 minutes. I had a really good time there and would definitely stay here again if I come back on Zhangjiajie.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience special. What stood out the most was how they went above and beyond our expectations—whether it was accommodating our needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, or simply ensuring we were comfortable at all times. Their hospitality made a real difference and added a personal touch that you don’t often find. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, memorable stay. We would gladly return in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming—they even kindly picked us up from the train station, which made the journey so much easier. Tian was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came to organising our tickets to enter the village. The hotel itself is perfectly located, just a short and pleasant walk from the Furongzhen scenic area. After a peaceful night’s sleep, we woke up to a delicious Chinese breakfast, which was a lovely way to immerse ourselves in the local culture. It was a truly special experience for both me and my mum—we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

Ini adalah tempat yang paling mengagumkan yang kami telah tinggal semasa perjalanan kami. Ia baharu, reka bentuk hebat dengan banyak butiran untuk digabungkan dalam ***a Cina, iaitu reka bentuk pili air, hamparan katil dan kusyen. Pemiliknya sangat ramah dan menempah tiket untuk kami pada harga diskaun. Mereka juga menyediakan satu perjalanan percuma untuk mengambil atau menghantar dari stesen bas. Lif menjadikannya sangat mudah dengan bagasi. Satu-satunya kelemahan jika saya perlu memilih satu ialah lokasi. Ia tidak terletak di sebelah pusat bandar utama, dan ia mengambil masa kira-kira 25 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke pintu Timur, tetapi harganya juga lebih rendah. Nilai hebat untuk wang. Satu perkara yang patut disebut ialah kedai-kedai kecil di sekitar boleh mahal, pastinya berbaloi untuk berjalan ke pusat bandar untuk beberapa kedai dengan harga yang berpatutan. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal, nilai untuk wang dan sangat disyorkan.

Location is close by to local eats and only a quick 10min drive to the east gate. The front desk staff are available to help book tickets for all the nearby attractions and offer a small discount for those tickets as well. Highly recommend going to the romance show in the evening. We bought our tickets same day from the hotel staff and they got us front of the section tickets which was really helpful considering the venue was completely full by the showing time. Drive from Zhangjiajie was about half an hour, so just keep that in mind of you wanted this as a home base. Also knocked one point off cleanliness only because it was raining on the day we arrived and the windows in the room were open from prior, there were at least a dozen fat flies zooming around the room which we needed to dispatch of ourselves. Would definitely come here again if I wanted to book a longer stay in Wulingyuan

On arrival at Fenghuang, hotel send car for free transfer to hotel. Instructions are to go to the right of about 80m from exit to car parking. I sent a photo to hotel owner prior. The driver recognised us and took us to the hotel. Room is clean and bed was comfortable for the price we paid for 1 night. Hotel is very close to the scenic sights. Owner very helpful and gave us tea when we came back to the hotel after sightseeing. There were bowls of mandarins to eat as well. Arranged for pick up the next morning to return to train station at a cost of 20yuan. Can get cheaper via DiDi. We needed a bigger car for all our luggages so more convenient for this arrangement. Yes, if u r not too fuss and not expecting a 5 stars arrangement, this can be a good place to stay for a night. Get the owner to arrange for entry tickets to the town.

Hotel ini terletak di kawasan yang sangat indah dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan dari bilik yang pastinya merupakan kemuncak penginapan. Perlu diingatkan bahawa anda masih perlu membayar yuran masuk tambahan (90 yuan) untuk memasuki kawasan ini, walaupun pihak hotel membantu membelinya dengan harga yang sedikit lebih murah. Bilik itu sendiri agak kecil, dan pada waktu malam ia boleh menjadi sedikit bising kerana aktiviti menyanyi berdekatan. Jalan dari pintu masuk ke hotel juga tidak begitu lancar, terutamanya jika anda membawa bagasi, tetapi anda boleh meminta bantuan kakitangan hotel dan mereka sangat membantu. Secara keseluruhan, disyorkan jika anda terutamanya mencari penginapan dengan pemandangan yang indah dan pemandangan yang indah.

We had such a wonderful stay here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. 1. We requested an early check‑in at 10:30 AM, and the staff kindly prepared the room in time. 2. When we needed a paper printed, they helped us immediately without hesitation. 3. They provided us with a map and explained the show timings clearly, which made exploring the town much easier. 4. Our room had a beautiful and peaceful riverside view—truly relaxing. 5. Both receptionists were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. 6. Even before our arrival, the hotel kept following up and responded promptly to all my questions via Trip.com. Everything about this stay—from the thoughtful service to the serene view—made our Furong visit memorable.
