We had a very warm and beautiful stay at Baithe Wharf, which was far beyond our expectations, with incredibly welcoming hosts who explained everything about the town in detail, greeted us with a thoughtful plate of little oranges, provided amazing rooms equipped with luxury features including advanced toilets and a breathtaking waterfall view, arranged a delicious vegetarian breakfast for us the next day, and even organized seamless transport to and from the station, making the entire experience truly memorable and highly recommendable.

If you are planning a trip to Tianmen Mountains, this hotel is in the perfect location! The property was spotlessly clean, and the room was lovely. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating—they helped me check in early and even carried my bag to my room. The neighborhood really comes alive at night with plenty of great food options right nearby. I would absolutely stay here again!

Pay the extra for a River View Room with balcony, as it is well worth it! The room was a little small, but very functional with king bed and rustic China decor. It had a small balcony with amazing views of the Grand Waterfall. I did not have to eat overpriced tourist food just to get this view at other nearby locations. My package included pickup service at the railway which was on time with a very friendly driver and nice vehicle. They delivered a bottle of wine with dessert to my room, and I enjoyed an evening watching the light show and beautiful lights of Furong. There was a complaint about the heater not working from another guest, but the dial must be set to the SUN symbol. If it is set to the SNOWFLAKE it will always cool., no matter what you set the temperature at. My room was very comfortable all night long. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location as there are many restaurants nearby, and the view cannot be beat. The staff are very friendly, and with translator, there was no issues communicating. Chinese Breakfast was yummy and lots of it.

We enjoyed our stay at Hetianwan Inn a lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. We got free water everyday when we left or came back to the hotel. The staff was able to answer all our questions regarding how to get to the Nationalpark, the hikes etc. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were even guided to the restaurant by them.

Excellent location. the restaurant next to the hotel is pretty decent (not sure if there is better ones around, but since we stayed only 1N and has limited stomach capacity...) the view from the balcony at night is simply amazing. the hot water may be a bit weak (considering it is winter period now), otherwise everything is good. do contact the hotel to check for recommended transport arrangement from the furongzhen station (if you are taking hsr). otherwise the location at this hotel is pretty good. it is almost like the central spot with path linking to different parts of the town you want to visit.

Perfect homestay in Zhangjiajie National Park. The rooms are amazing, spacious and huge bath with great views. The owner is so kind and attentive, she drove us to the national park entrance (5 min drive). She helped us plan our excursion to the national park too. Breakfast on site or they will provide a packed lunch for early starts. It is around 30 mins in a DiDi to Zhangjiajie city but this was perfect for the kind of rural stay we wanted. Would highly recommend!

This room is absolutely amazing with the most amazing view! The staff helped us with everything, including picking us up and taking us to the airport! They were the friendliest hotel staff we've had in China!! The breakfast was brought at whatever time we would like, and the room has the best heating as it was aimed directly at the bed! The location was also perfect being right next to you the bridge and cafes!! Thank you

Ini adalah tempat yang paling mengagumkan yang kami telah tinggal semasa perjalanan kami. Ia baharu, reka bentuk hebat dengan banyak butiran untuk digabungkan dalam ***a Cina, iaitu reka bentuk pili air, hamparan katil dan kusyen. Pemiliknya sangat ramah dan menempah tiket untuk kami pada harga diskaun. Mereka juga menyediakan satu perjalanan percuma untuk mengambil atau menghantar dari stesen bas. Lif menjadikannya sangat mudah dengan bagasi. Satu-satunya kelemahan jika saya perlu memilih satu ialah lokasi. Ia tidak terletak di sebelah pusat bandar utama, dan ia mengambil masa kira-kira 25 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke pintu Timur, tetapi harganya juga lebih rendah. Nilai hebat untuk wang. Satu perkara yang patut disebut ialah kedai-kedai kecil di sekitar boleh mahal, pastinya berbaloi untuk berjalan ke pusat bandar untuk beberapa kedai dengan harga yang berpatutan. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal, nilai untuk wang dan sangat disyorkan.

The hotel was so convieniently located near the scenic area gate entrance. Shops right nearby and entrance to the whole area as well. View was of the first small waterfall but the town view was really good, especialloy at night when lit. Short walk to the main waterfall area. The owner was so helpful right from the time of booking, even before we landed in china, they were helping us plan our days through we chat, which one can get the number through trip.com customer care. Service was immaculate and room was so beuatiful and neat. We were a group of 8 and we got adjacent rooms with connecting doors to Baclony which was insane and pleasantly surprising. Free brerakfast was really good, prepared fresh in front of you. MUST BOOK if available. They arrange drivers for pick up drop off service as well. One way is free, other side is paid to the drive and is cheap.

It was an amazing stay. We had only 2 nights (3 days) and the hotel staff was so great with the help. They offered pickup from the train station, offered insights into planning the trips around Zhangjiajie and also helped book rides and tickets for the whole day. Breakfast is very traditional, don’t expect “international style”. It is very tasty and they offer a lot of food. The rooms are very big and the amenities are very nice. We had a big bathtub in the room and an amazing tea terrace with the best view! 10/10 would stay again here.
