The hotel provided a pickup service from the train station. Since it is located within the ancient town, a staff member met us at the entrance gate and escorted us to the hotel. Visitors are required to purchase entrance tickets to access the ancient town. The room assigned to us had a charming old-world character and featured a balcony overlooking the waterfront, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality contributed greatly to our experience. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the unique setting and atmosphere of the hotel. We would gladly stay here again when visiting the area.

The best hotel in Zhangjiajie ! The room and bathroom are perfectly clean, the room I stayed in was also beautiful. The location is super convenient, 5-min walk to Tianmen mountain depart station, 10-min walk from Zhangjiajie railway station and a direct bus from Zhangjiajie West Station. The receptionist answered all of my questions regarding the bus to come, the Zhangjiajie National Park, Tianmen Mountain. She was able to book all the tickets a a discounted price for me and gave me lots of information regarding the possible itineraries. When I left for Wulingyuan, she explained to me how to get there and where exactly was the bus stop. She always answered within the next 5 minutes. I had a really good time there and would definitely stay here again if I come back on Zhangjiajie.

Wondeful stay experience in this hotel. Spectacular waterfall views from balcony. Booked Yuen Shan Xue but upgraded to Ming Yue Xin. The owner Xiao Lei is a very kind friendly person. Him and his team member are very approachable, professional, and care for their customer. From the moment we arrived at Furongzhen train station, he picked us up and helped us took care of our luggages, brought us to buy entrance ticket untill the arrival at the hotel, upgraded our room to better view, the service is next level excellent. Very prompt and responsive communication. I didn't expect to get such good service in China but he had given me an unforgettable impression and experience. Well done and thank you Xiao Lei and his team member. P.S. the breakfast they offer was very yummy (Chines style).

A beautiful hotel in traditional Chinese style with stunning views of the waterfalls. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with easier access, perfectly suited for our big suitcases. They also arranged convenient pick-up and drop-off services, provided a detailed map of the area, and highlighted the must-see shows nearby. The free breakfast was authentically Chinese, featuring boiled eggs, steamed buns, noodles, a leaf-wrapped sweet dish, and local tea. Overall, our experience here was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Room was very nice, facilities were all good. Location was a quick walk to the waterfall. The towels had holes in them, there were dead squished flies on the walls. We weren't aware when booking that the entry to the scenic area wasn't included so we paid another 90 yuan per person just to enter. The staff were generally helpful but she confused the paid performances with others. We were told we could watch each of the performances but then were refused to enter the area. But, they offered a free pick up from the railway station and offered to for a ride back. The room is right next to a bar with live music so isn't quiet at night.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff was incredibly attentive and took care of us 24 hours a day, making us feel truly welcomed and looked after from the very first moment. A very special thanks to Mr. Ren, who was absolutely outstanding. He handled everything for us with so much care and kindness, from upgrading our room so we could enjoy a better view, to being available at all times and always replying quickly to our messages about anything we needed. He guided us through the National Park, gave us clear directions, maps, tips, and recommendations, which made our whole experience smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located. On top of that, the dogs and all the animals around the hotel are incredibly cute and added such a warm, joyful atmosphere to our stay, we loved them! We are extremely happy that we chose this hotel and would 100% come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, genuine hospitality, and a memorable experience.

Wow, what a gem Banpoli is!! We loved being just a 5 min drive from the South Gate entrance to the national park. Free rides from the sisters were so convenient! Breakfast was great, the room was spacious, and a major highlight was sitting in the bathtub watching the fog roll over the mountains after a day of hiking. The sisters running the hotel were truly amazing - they provided dinner recommendations, helped us order takeout to our room when we were too tired to go out, made sure breakfast came quickly so we could get to the park early, and did 2 loads of laundry for us! When we informed them we changed some of our itinerary due to rain and would check out early, they urged us to contact Trip.com customer service so they could help approve a refund for the 1 night we weren't going to be there!!! We are so grateful to them! Banpoli was my favorite hotel in my 17 day China trip and I hope to visit again one day!

Amazing hotel for the price, and the staff are so lovely, kind and helpful! We arrived using the free transfer service, and were welcomed with an upgraded room looking down onto the ancient town - which was particularly amazing at night. The hotel is very conveniently located next to an entrance to the ancient town. Breakfast was nice, and the staff helped us with tickets to the ancient town. The rooms had a very nice atmosphere, and were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to any international tourists! Thank you!

Ini adalah tempat yang paling mengagumkan yang kami telah tinggal semasa perjalanan kami. Ia baharu, reka bentuk hebat dengan banyak butiran untuk digabungkan dalam ***a Cina, iaitu reka bentuk pili air, hamparan katil dan kusyen. Pemiliknya sangat ramah dan menempah tiket untuk kami pada harga diskaun. Mereka juga menyediakan satu perjalanan percuma untuk mengambil atau menghantar dari stesen bas. Lif menjadikannya sangat mudah dengan bagasi. Satu-satunya kelemahan jika saya perlu memilih satu ialah lokasi. Ia tidak terletak di sebelah pusat bandar utama, dan ia mengambil masa kira-kira 25 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke pintu Timur, tetapi harganya juga lebih rendah. Nilai hebat untuk wang. Satu perkara yang patut disebut ialah kedai-kedai kecil di sekitar boleh mahal, pastinya berbaloi untuk berjalan ke pusat bandar untuk beberapa kedai dengan harga yang berpatutan. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal, nilai untuk wang dan sangat disyorkan.
