Hotel Hot Springs di Shaanxi, China

We booked for 2nights in April and it came with breakfast, first run of minibar, Single Tang Dynasty themed travel photography & Imperial Hot Spring Twelve Hours Experience. As our room has its own hot bath that fills up every night at 7.30pm to 12.30am, we did not go to the Imperial hot spring which is at located in another building. Hotel: It is located in the Hua Qing Palace scenic area and for hotel guests, you can enter and exit the scenic area freely. In the scenic area, there are other eateries like KFC and coffee joints but they operate only during scenic area opening hours. The Hua Qing Palace consists of many cultural sites like Tang Dynasty Imperial Hot Spring Relics Museum, Xi’an Incident site, Five Rooms Hall, Jiulonghu Lake and Furonghu Lake scenic spot, Tang Dynasty Pear Garden Relics Museum and many landmark buildings, such as Feishuang Hall Wanshou Hall, Longevity Hall, Huan Garden and Emperor Yu Palace. Service: The staff in the hotel are helpful to assist and answers all my questions in a clear manner. They came with buggy as soon as I dial for them and also assisted us to purchase the tickets for the show. Photography: I enjoyed the Tang Dynasty themed travel photography and I find that both make-up artist (Ms Dian Dian) and photographer (Mr Wang Jie) are very professional and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This photography is conducted by a third-party vendor that is stationed in the hotel. We went to the Hua Qing Palace for the photography. It is a convenient location to take photo with beautiful backgrounds. A day after the photo taking, we went online to choose the photos that I wanted to keep. Customer Service Ms Liang Yanping conducted a live session via a link in wechat, somewhat similar to zoom meeting to showcase all the photos that were taken. The complimentary digital photos given by the hotel are for 3 high quality digital photos and if one wants more than 3 pictures, there will be an extra charge for the purchase. Food: The restaurant is located in another building which is about 8minute walk away. Alternatively, we can call the buggy to send us there and back. The food is really yummy and I must say the Chang-an Roasted Whole Chicken is a must try. Also.... the desserts are so good too. With a love for sweet food, I tried the almond lotus paste and also the lychee and redberry cold dessert. They are both gooooood... Show: At night, there is a large-scale live-action historical dance drama “The Song of Everlasting Sorrow” that is created by Shaanxi Tourism Group Company. The theme of this dance drama is the love story between Emperor Xuanzong and Consort Yang. This is a must see as the performance is top notch. Separate tickets must be purchased for the show. Summary: For those who want to be in a historical site that offers a hot spa right in your bedroom, this is an ideal place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay here and will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who are visiting Xi-an and to use this as a last stop in Xi-an before heading to your next destination.

Perkhidmatan pelayan peribadi Tongtong sangat baik. Bilik tidak bersedia semasa saya pergi ke sana Bilik itu agak sejuk pada waktu malam dan menghantar pemanas udara. Terdapat terlalu ramai orang di kolam air panas, dan pengalamannya adalah biasa. Terdapat bayaran untuk syurga haiwan peliharaan yang comel. Terdapat caj tambahan sebanyak 138/2 untuk memberi makan, yang agak mahal. Terdapat juga kuda di hotel, dan kanak-kanak berseronok menunggangnya. Saya juga menonton rancangan itu Secara umumnya, saya mempunyai perjalanan yang menyenangkan dan anak-anak saya menyukainya

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking our tickets for the Song of Everlasting Sorrow show and foot massages. It’s conveniently located across the street from the Palace. It’s boutique style in that it only has a handful of rooms which we loved and on the second day they provided complimentary breakfast which we appreciated very much. We had the starry night room with 2 adults and 2 kids and it was plenty of space for the price.

We were in this hotel 2 days. Breakfast was very tasty, Chinese and European food and drinks. The staff is very friendly. They helped me with all the requests we had. We visited the hot springs and were very pleased, the temperature was from 30 to 50 degrees, with various additives inside: herbs, fruits and even wine. I also visited gym, its simple but functional. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit this city and enjoy good service.

端午節訂了兩天的酒店，非常驚喜，到了前台就給升級為套房，套房超級好，配備了浴缸，貼心的給了一次性的浴缸套，可以放心的在裏面泡澡，還給提供了泡腳桶和泡腳的葯包。套房超級大，而且非常驚喜的是在洗澡室內看到大雁塔的全景，非常漂亮。第2天才發現床是可以遙控的電動床，能調節最佳的姿勢直接看電視，總之非常的驚喜。這個價格享受這樣的套房，非常驚喜。在其他一線城市也住過1000元以上的房子，感覺都沒他好。來的兩天下雨，酒店還給提供了那傘，非常貼心，後面兩天本來想轉其他酒店，看到這麼好，直接果斷續訂兩天。贊贊贊，以後再來西安，還會在這裏訂房。 位置便利 : 酒店地理位置極為優越，離地鐵口超級近，出行非常方便。在窗口就能看見大雁塔、出門不遠就是大唐不夜城，離西安電影製片廠也超近。到秦始皇兵馬俑歷史博物館有車站點。酒店旁隔壁有便利店，魏家涼皮兒24小時營業，老李家biangbiang麪，老馬家泡饃，超方便。 房間設施與衞生 : 房間設施現代齊全，包括智能語音控制、乾濕分離的衞生間。。整體裝修風格現代簡約，細節處理得當。 性價比高 : 客服優質服務，性價比超高。尤其是在旅遊旺季，酒店依然保持着良好的服務水平和合理的價格，優質選擇。

這次出行這家酒店太值了，總體體驗遠超預期，維持特別便利，離商圈和交通樞紐都很近，出行打車逛街都很超方便酒店大堂乾淨明亮。中秋節有大喜，床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全且品質不錯，衞生間乾濕分離沒有異味，不到化工區打掃及時隔音效果超棒。有需求響應，特別快，下次出行還會選擇這家真心推薦給大家。

Very nice hotel, good for family trip. All hotel staff are very friendly and nice, they take care of my child and my parents. The room is very clean. Breakfast provides all kinds of food and dishes are delicious. Overall, this hotel is great, I would come back again.

Excellent hotel! Good quality in every respect. Great breakfast, too. Value for money. Enjoyed our stay. Good location - less than 10 minutes walk from subway station and Huaqing Palace. Excellent service. Special mention of the front office staff, Ms. Crystal who helped us to hail a DIDI ride using her handphne, advanced the fare and didn't mind that we could only reimburse her the next day. We would highly recommend the hotel to travellers to Lintong.
