An amazing experience! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Dolmabahçe Palace. You can walk to the seaside and it's very close to the pier, perfect for evening sightseeing cruises. The service was also excellent and comprehensive. On the hotel's L level, there are Michelin-starred restaurants, including Turkish, Italian, and Japanese options, which is very convenient. The hotel's views are also fantastic, with different room types offering various views, so you can choose according to your preference!

The hotel's location is superb, literally right in the scenic area. Famous attractions like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, and Hippodrome are all within a 5-minute walk. When we got tired, we'd just pop back to the hotel for a rest, or even to use the restroom, haha! Check-in was smooth. We arrived at 10 AM, and the front desk staff warmly helped us find a clean room. The hotel is huge, made up of 17 villas, and a bellboy drove us to our room in a golf cart. It was quite a trek, up and down, and our room was at the very back, facing the street with the tram. Surprisingly, the tram noise didn't disturb our sleep at all; we were just too exhausted. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but thankfully we were only staying for two nights. I wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant. The 150-year-old building itself is where breakfast is served, and during the day, tourists love to take photos outside. The vegetable salad was so sour it tasted like straight vinegar, and the steak was tough and overly salty. At 8000 lira, it was a disappointing meal.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere met the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property.

Mola İstanbul is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made our family feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and perfectly suited for families—whether you’re looking to relax, enjoy a meal, or simply unwind after exploring Istanbul’s bustling streets. What truly stood out was the staff. Polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. From offering thoughtful recommendations to accommodating our needs with a smile, their kindness added so much to our visit. I’m thrilled to have discovered Mola İstanbul—it’s a haven of comfort and joy in this vibrant city. If you’re looking for a place where quality service meets a family-friendly vibe, look no further. The location is absolutely unbeatable. All the main attractions in the historic European Old Town are within a 1km walk, and it's also very close to tram stops and ferry terminals, making it super convenient to get to the European New Town and the Asian side. The room facilities are standard but perfectly adequate, and the cleanliness, from what I could see, had no obvious issues. Breakfast is mostly 'white people food' – beyond bread and eggs, there wasn't much else to eat. The service was very warm; I didn't feel any discrimination, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room. Istanbul has so many cats, and they're all so adorable! I definitely want to come back next time!!!

We stayed from 31 December to 2 January, and it was a truly lovely experience. The staff were exceptional — every single person was warm, kind, and welcoming. The manager was especially wonderful, and even her two dogs added such a homely, comforting touch. We felt safe at all times, which meant a lot, especially over New Year’s Eve. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. We also enjoyed excellent wine during our stay. The location is fantastic — within walking distance of Galata, Galata Tower, and Karaköy, and on the 31st we were able to walk safely to the Karaköy waterfront to watch the fireworks.

The hotel seemed decent at first glance, but the price is significantly inflated. Our room was on the 14th floor, thanks to the reception. Upon entering, we found a broken mug and glass, which were only replaced on the third day. The staff tries very hard, to the point where it feels overbearing, almost like you're being watched. The bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was old and saggy, with two thick, mismatched mattress toppers piled on top, making it feel like sleeping on lumps. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the windows were filthy. The hygiene product bottles were old, with worn-off labels, indicating they're not replaced but simply refilled. This is unappealing, and it's unclear what they're refilling them with. The location is convenient. The staff is friendly, but getting information about where things are, like the cafe, pool, and sauna opening hours, was difficult. Breakfast for all 8 days was monotonous and very sparse. Common areas, however, were clean throughout.

The hotel is beautiful, and the restaurant is also fantastic! But the right side of the hotel is next to a nightclub, which is just awful. I chose a superior room, and everything was great! But the music blared until 5am! We arrived from another country late in the evening and couldn't sleep all night because of the nightclub's blaring music. Our balcony overlooked the nightclub.😂, and we could hear the music in our room as if we were on the dance floor ourselves.🕺🏽💃🏻 The next day, I asked to change to a quieter room. They gave us a standard room, which was smaller than the square meter and had no dressing room or bathroom, but we were complimented with Turkish sweets and fruit. (Remember, I paid for a superior room.) The hotel is very aromatic; there are aroma stations in the hallways, and by the second day, the smell was making me feel sick. The breakfasts are incredible. Novikov is Novikov, even in Africa ❤️🔥  The bar in the evening is superb! The restaurant staff are lovely and always smiling💓 Just don't take rooms on the right side of the hotel.

The location is very good, very close to the blue halal color, we can't find it at night, we have to get in. The staff was very welcoming, and we arrived in the early hours of the morning! However, there are not many English speakers. Give you a bag, help plan to go out to play, find rental and so on. feels good! However, the hotel is not big, the infrastructure is average! The 4th floor platform overlooks the sea, the Sophia church and the mosque. Seagulls are always visible. Recommended, recommended! ! !
