The accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

We stayed at Hampton By Hilton, Tianjin Hedong for 6 nights. The location of the hotel was excellent. There are many shopping malls in the vicinity and it is convinence for tourist like us. The hotel's rooms are clean and service are up to my expectation. Breakfast are good and it is included. I will definately stay there if I happen to visit Tianjin again.

Hotel yang sangat menyenangkan. Walaupun kemudahannya tidak terbaik di China dan kawasan biliknya tidak terbesar, tetapi setiap detail dan perkhidmatannya hebat, dari koridor ke bilik sangat indah, di mana-mana penuh dengan unsur-unsur Cina, pemandangan biliknya sangat bagus, boleh jelas melihat Haihe. Peralatan mandiannya adalah dari L'Occitane, pelembap sangat berguna, dan perkhidmatan bilik sangat teliti. Selepas saya minum sebotol buku, saya kembali dan mendapati bahawa saya memberikan dua botol lagi. Pada waktu petang, saya akan menolong anda meletakkan tikar dan meletakkan kad kecil di atasnya. Rasa ritual. Lokasi hotel dan reka bentuk bangunan sangat bagus, mudah dikenal pasti, hanya di tepi Sungai Haihe, pemandangannya bagus. Meja penyambut tetamu hotel: Tiba di hotel pada sebelah petang. Hanya terdapat 2 kakitangan penerimaan tetamu di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Sikap layanan tidak ada masalah, tetapi masa menunggu lama. Saya secara khusus memberitahu kakitangan untuk meminta bilik dengan pemandangan tingkat tinggi. Setelah naik, tingkap menghadap ke sebuah bangunan secara langsung, tanpa suara, perubahan Bilik itu berterusan lebih dari 30 minit. Perkhidmatan pelanggan hotel: jawab telefon dengan segera, sikap layanan sangat baik, suaranya manis, dan perkhidmatan jenama mutlak. Perkhidmatan bilik: Kakak penjaga bilik ikhlas dan akan memohon maaf sekiranya barang dihantar lewat. Jika anda melihat tetamu di kawasan awam, mereka akan menyambut anda dengan tanda penuh. Bilik tetamu hotel: Ruang dalaman adalah munasabah, isyarat TV terlalu buruk, TV adalah SONY, sistem DND dan sistem bunyi adalah nama besar, tetapi ia tidak boleh digunakan, perabot! Bilik mandi hotel: Reka bentuk kaunter tidak munasabah, terlalu tinggi, dan kelebaran menghalang tetamu daripada menggunakan besen seperti biasa, melainkan mereka orang asing, orangnya terlalu besar! Air panas di bilik mandi perlahan dan perlu disesuaikan. Penilaian komprehensif: Bangunan lima bintang, peralatan perkakasan berjenama, dan kemudahan bilik dan pengurusan peralatan harus diperkukuhkan. Kakitangan perkhidmatan pelanggan dan atendan bilik menyukainya, yang menambah banyak mata kepada hotel. Kakitangan perkhidmatan hotel tidak mudah bekerja, 5 mata pujian galakan!

We checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out). Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house. Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated. Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you. Our suite was exceptionally well equipped. A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery. (Everything you need, for a long or short stay). The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends. We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised. There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk. The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination. We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it. The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style). The facilities are on international standard. Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay. Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals. We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

This hotel was excellent. Very close to the metro, Sam’s Club and the Aeon mall. The restaurant, gym and service were excellent. There are a few good food options nearby if you choose not to eat at the hotel. The breakfast was complete with many options. A great star to the day. Coffee and tea available. The executive floors are with the upgrade, with a full bath for relaxing and warming up in the winter. Space for two! Very good equipment with treadmill in the gym. I did not use the pool. Staff in all locations were excellent. Special mention to Tina, who checked us in and inquired if we have any special needs during our stay. Truly professional. Parking was free. We took a taxi to downtown Tianjin to see the sights and drive back along the river. Beautiful. Worth not staying in city center(downtown).

I really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.

We checked into the Tuanbo Lake Hotspring Resort & Spa for one night, as we wanted to see if it's suitable for future visits. We enjoyed our stay so much, and decided to extended our stay with another night. The Resort is devided into two sections, with the Villa Style Hotspring Rooms on one end, and the Private Hotspring in Room ”House Soup”, on the other end. We stayed at the ”House Soup” section, during this visit, as we wanted to enjoy our own private Hotspring in room. Service received from all staff members were good, and they were all very courteous and efficient. They were courtesy enough, to show us the Villa's as well. The room was well prepared upon our arrive, and our room was decorated (Romantic Theme), as requested. The Resort is a short drive out of the City, and it's advisable to allow ample time during your stay. I will not recommend staying here, for one night only, but rather for a few nights if possible. We will most definitely return, and spend more time here during longer holidays or time of work. I can recommend this establishment to all future guests, foreign or domestic.
