Hotel Dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Saxony-Anhalt, Jerman

Da ich beruflich viel in Hotels unterwegs bin, möchte ich nachstehend meine Wahrnehmungen im Hotel schildern. Rechts neben dem Eingang war ein deutlich sichtbarer „Teppich“ aus Vogelkot, den man mit einem Hochdruckreiniger sicherlich gut entfernen könnte. Der Empfang selbst war freundlich, das Zimmer selbst jedoch relativ klein und das Doppelbett mit einer Größe von - zumindest gefühlt - 140 x 200 cm ebenfalls, genau wie der Fernseher und das Bad, sehr klein. Wände und Teppichböden wiesen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf und auch die Deckenlampe war mit dem Aufkleber eines deutschen Fussballvereins beklebt. Dazu war die Badezimmertür beschädigt. Direkt am Empfang wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant am Tag unserer Anreise nicht geöffnet hat, da - lt. Aushang im Fahrstuhl - kein Personal zur Verfügung stand. Im Frühstücksraum waren am ersten Tag diverse Tische nicht abgeräumt, teilweise nicht neu eingedeckt oder nur partiell eingedeckt. Am zweiten Tag war dies besser. Abschließend sei angemerkt, dass die Lüftung im Frühstücksbereich eine Reinigung vertragen könnte. Gleiches gilt für die Heizkörper im Lichthof.

Wir haben eine Nacht hier geschlafen um auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt die Familie zu treffen. Dafür ist die Lage ideal. Etwas Bedenken hatte ich bei der Lage so nah am Riebeckplatz, und ich muss auch sagen, dass trotz geschlossenenlm Fenster noch etwas Verkehr gehört hat. Kein Problem für Städter aber für Landbewohner ggf. schon. Weiterhin war die Klimaanlage schon recht laut. Wir mussten sie nachts anmachen, da es im Zimmer warm wurde. Leider mussten wir sie nachts nochmal umkonfigurieren, da sie nicht im richtigen Modus lief. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmergröße war gut. Sogar Spiele lagen auf dem Zimmer aus. Die Bar haben wir dann spät abends auch noch genutzt und konnten den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

Gelungener Aufenthalt Im Intercity Hotel in Magdeburg Freundlicher und kompetenter Service an der Rezeption, leckeres Frühstücksbüfett.

I'm trying my best to be fair to this place, but it all boils down to this, I did not enjoy my experience.  So, here are the cold hard facts,  it is a 3 star hotel located in a convenient spot for us on our way to the Czech Republic, so we stayed there. We chose the family room, which comes with a double bed and two single bunk beds. The room was clean and sufficiently kitted out for the needs of a quick stay over. The bathroom was sufficient for our purpose and had sufficient space to change. The lights in the room were somewhat temperamental, but after fiddling with them for a while, we got them to work. The hotel has limited parking and as we arrived at 21:30 hrs, there was none left so we parked nearby on the street which is free from 20:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs. Here is where the drama started. We were ”greeted” by a gentleman at the front desk who possessed a ”matter of fact” disposition. He is the stereotypical German with whom I like to work but lacks social skills. He was not rude, but neither was he welcoming.  He was not unhelpful, but I did not feel particularly helped. It would appear that if you don't call the hotel to confirm your stay by 18:00 hrs, your room is cancelled.  He told us this in a manner that made us feel like we were unaware of the obvious while simultaneously telling us that he did not cancel the room on this occasion.  To cut a long story short, after a long day of driving, we did not need to feel as if we were about to be stranded in Magnaburge with nowhere to sleep. To sum this up, it's a stop over spot on our destination, and while it served its purpose, I would not stay here again.

Hotel located in the center of the city; offers a restaurant and free WiFi in the entire hotel. A 10-minute walk takes you to the railway station and town hall. Ideal for a business stay. Car parking available and not expansive. Receptionist kind and helpful. In the room, availbale free drinks from the mini bar. TV is very big anyhow with no so many channel. In-room safe available. Comfortable and large bed. Desk/table is large and useful to work in the room. Also furnitures are good. Anyhow the cleaning of the room is not so good: a lot of points against: broken curtain, dirty dust on carpet, glasses in the bathroom were dirty (!) and night by night no cleaning of the room. No air conditioning in the room. Small and poorly equipped gym. And no water is available, only towels. Excellent and plentiful breakfast: personnel very kind. 5 stars for the personnel. Quality/price just sufficient in relationship to my experience

Nice reception area. Only one member of staff in the kitchen for the evening meal so took a while although food was decent once it arrived. Gym / wellness center only opens between 3-9pm - apparently this is for cleaning. Not sure how it needs so much time to clean it since it appears to be a fairly small workout space. Most hotels offer much more generous opening times. The offering is not much use to us though as we were working from 3pm. A bit annoying really. The receptionist on duty at the time was not very helpful - had a take it or leave it kind of attitude. Area is pretty bleak although we did find a little Christmas cheer at the local festive market a short walk into the town. Bedroom good size and nice shower but overall a bit tired around the edges and one of the beds kept sliding away from the wall….We managed to improve this by wedging a bathroom floor mat under the leg of the bed. Overall the business plan for this hotel needs some rethinking….it could be a lot better with some updates and just a few tweaks.

The hotel is nicely and centrally located, basic needs are within reach of under 5 min walk. The room, however, is too poorly equipped - no telephone, no slippers, no safebox, etc. The staff's attitude was not so friendly also, I did not feel welcomed and would rather just check myself in with the machine they have near the front door. All in all, it was a nice stay but I still think they could do better even just for the cheapest rooms.

I really like 'classic' hotels: sweeping staircases, uniquely shaped rooms, vintage furniture, slightly creaky hallways etc. Dormero fits the bill. but.... Hospitality is key. I arrived at the hotel at 23:06. I was told I had no reservation. After insisting, I was told that my reservation was cancelled because I was too late, the desk closes at 23.00, and why did I not know that. I tried digging into my high school German to apologise, but was then confronted with the fact that I may not refer to the desk clerk as 'Du', but should use 'Sie' (I remember this, I should have used 'you' (Sie)) instead of 'you' (Du) as a matter of politeness). Then she complained I had a 'foreign' phone number so she couldn't contact me to check if I was coming (I am a global traveller, but have a phone from a neighbouring EU country. SMS/whatsapp/phone calls all work.) Anyway, it took at least 15 minutes for the clerk to 'retrieve' my reservation and get me the key. some background about my role in this. I looked up the hotel on the largest hotel website, but booked on the hotel's own site. Why give more money to the platform. So, you think the hotel would value my consideration. I received the email confirmation and just checked quickly that the date was correct. I was planning to check in to the hotel before my business dinner at 19.00, but my train arrived an hour late, so I had to run to dinner. This stuff happens, and you hope that accommodations can accommodate this. I have come across hotels with early desk closing. They always mail or text separately that this is the case, and then describe how to enter hotel of pick up key after hours (ever heard of a key-code entry system?). Anyway, next trip I may book the corporate box hotel and skip the quaint. A pity.

Nachdem uns das für die Händelfestspiele ursprünglich gebuchte Hotel realtiv kurzfristig ohne Angabe von Gründen die Reservierung storniert hat, habe ich zum Glück im Dorinth Hotel noch ein Zimmer bekommen und meine Wahl in keinster Weise bereut. Da wir mit der Bahn angereist sind, konnten wir es bequem vom Bahnhof aus zu Fuss erreichen und auch das Zentrum mit dem Marktplatz ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und obwohl wir zu früh eingetroffen sind, konnten wir unser Zimmer sofort beziehen. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren blitzsauber, die Betten gemütlich. Es stand auch eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln , sowie ein Flasche stilles Wasser parat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich den gebratenen Speck : Der war wirklich mal richtig knusprig- bekommt man selten. Man konnte sich an 2 Maschinen diverse Kaffeespezialitäten holen oder Filterkaffee bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht besucht, aber die beiden Abende an der Bar ausklingen lassen. Auch da war das Personal sehr freundlich, flink und aufmerksam. Leider macht sich wohl beim Reinigungspersonal der Personalmangel bemerkbar. Auf einem Hinweisblatt zum Hotel im Zimmer ist vermerkt, das die Zimmer Sonntags nicht gereinigt werden - stört uns aber nicht. Wer trotzdem etwas benötigt ( z.B. ein frisches Handtuch) bekommt das problemlos an der Rezeption. Wir kommen wieder und haben bei unserer Abreise direkt den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

I have stayed here a few times. When I had visited in the summer heat, the lack of air conditioning made it difficult. Now effort has been made to alleviate the situation. There was an air cooling box on the wall in the room I got on my latest visit and it helps. The hotel staff are always helpful and friendly in my experience. The location is very good as it is so close to the central railway station and trams. The rooms are comfortable and the Handel theme is nice.

For a one-night stay while crossing Germany, it must be said that we were not looking for anything fancy. The Atlas hotel, however, made us feel at home, and credit is primarily for the staff, especially considering the tougher times of the pandemic. So, in spite of few people hanging around, and a less than lively atmosphere, we felt welcome and this is very much appreciated. Not all the fixtures are the most modern you could expect, but that was still very acceptable in terms of overall ambience, and our 3-bed solution was incredibly spacious, too.

Eine Pension mit Charakter. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder aufsuchen. Die Anreise mit der Bahn war problemlos, da die Haltestelle der Tram in direkte Nähe ist. Keine Innenstadtlage aber wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann von dort alles wichtige ohne Probleme erreicht werden. Unsere ausgeliehenen Fahrräder waren gut und sicher untergebracht. Die Zimmer sind wie in der Eigenbeschreibung im Bauhausstil, also eher aufs wesentliche beschränkt, funktional aber wertig. Das Badezimmer ist schon ziemlich klein aber alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Leider ist der Abzug nicht einzeln zu steuern. Das Personal (incl. Empfang) ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Alles regional, sehr lecker und es wird nachgelegt. Leider ist die Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum laut und wenn viele anstehen um sich den Kaffee dort aufbrühen zu lassen, stört das Hintergrundgeräusch.

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der zentralen Lage zu Hauptbahnhof und Altstadt gewählt. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älteren Datums, aber völlig in Ordnung, intakt und absolut sauber. Wir wurden zu jeder Zeit freundlich empfangen und beraten. Im Saunabereich haben wir ein paar mehr Liegen vermisst, aber das beeinträchtigt nicht unser Urteil. Wir können dieses Hotel empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Wir kennen alle die Hotels vom Range eines Mercure Plaza im schönen Stadtteil Suderburg von Magdeburg. Erbaut nach der Wende und stilistisch dort auch geblieben. Warum auch nicht? Wir tauschen unsere Möbel auch nicht jedes Jahr. Das Hotel ist praktisch an die Straßenverbindungen angeschlossen, verfügt über eine schöne Garage und hat ein italienisches Restaurant im Haus, welches einen nach einem langen Arbeitstag durchaus verwöhnt. Ich werde jedenfalls den sehr guten Grana Padano mit Marmelade von grüner Tomate als Amouse Bouche nicht vergessen. Nachteile: Die Zimmer sind alt eingerichtet (aber top sauber!) und entsprechen den 90er Jahren. So sind auch die (sehr sauberen) Bäder. Und jetzt kommt Habeck: Das Hotel nutzt eine Wärmepumpe im Innenhof und diese ist so laut, dass ein jeder, der davon zukünftig betroffen ist, sich hier über die Grüne Zukunft bestens informieren kann. Danke für diesen Einblick, der mich davon überzeugen konnte, dieses Land schnellstens zu verlassen und den Grünlingen ihre national Deutschen Träume ohne uns ausleben zu lassen. Adieu, Herr Habeck!

Das Hotel war super und auch der Empfang und der Service. In den Zimmern hat mir persönlich ein Wasserkocher mit bisschen Tee oder Kaffee gefehlt. Ansonsten war es super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Es ist von allem etwas da und auch sehr reichlich. Was vielleicht beim Frühstück öfter mal kontrolliert werden sollte ist der Saftautomat. Da war ständig der Saft leer, kam nur gefärbtes Wasser. Die Gläser beim Kaffeegerät müssten auch zügiger nachgefüllt werden. Ich würde aber jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

Sarapan sangat mewah, lelaki tampan dan wanita cantik yang bekerja di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat hangat dan tidak sejuk seperti orang Jerman biasa. Terdapat tempat letak kenderaan percuma. Hotel ini tidak besar dan sangat hangat, terdapat beberapa cenderamata untuk dibeli. Lokasinya bagus, berjalan kaki ke pusat bandar, banyak restoran di sekitar hotel, banyak restoran perlu ditempah semasa wabak

positiv: - Angestellte durchweg sehr nett - Aufenthaltsraum für Abends vorhanden (wenn man nicht auf dem Zimmer was spielen will) - Abstellplatz für Fahrräder - Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden - Getränke auch abends an der Rezeption erhältlich Was leider gar nicht gefallen hat: - obwohl wg Corona nur 10 Gäste gleichzeitig im Frühstücksraum sein sollen, kommen wir und haben plötzlich 15 Leute extrem eng um uns rum. Das geht gar nicht - man selbst trägt Maske im Haus, Angestellte kommen einem aber ohne entgegen - der lange Flur, der zu den Zimmern führt stinkt...bestialisch... Scheinbar wird hier nicht anständig gelüftet, oder es ist keine ausreichende Lüft-Funktion vorhanden. Aber mit Ekel zum/ vom Zimmer gehen, ist nicht angenehm

Pleasant hotel, art-deco style, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very friendly personnel. Good restaurant. Spacious room with needed facilities. Bathtub was a plus when travelling with a child. Bed was quite big but not very big as marked. Breakfast was good, quite diverse, but not exceptional- 21 euros is a lot to pay for it.
