Hotel Dengan Kolam di Grisons, Switzerland

Ich kann das Hard Rock Hotel Davos nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist super zentral, man braucht nur einige Minuten von Davos Platz um hinzugelangen. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ( besonders Carla von der Rezeption) und auch die Mitarbeiter vom Restaurant und der Bar. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig schmal geschnitten, die Terrasse sehr grosszügig und auf der Südseite, wir hatten tolle Sonne abbekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr lecker und liess keine Wünsche übrig.

On the first morning, she put her hand up in my face and said ”Wait!” rather forcefully when I asked her where I could get coffee. It was not like I was even asking her to get it for me. The fact that she was equally rude to minorities (but super smiley and friendly to German speakers) only made it feel like we were unwelcome at the hotel altogether.

A very lovely hotel in chur. Nice hotel, our room was mountain view, room spacious, hotel connected to shopping mall. The receptionist lady was very friendly and kind too. Wish we had more time to stay longer in chur and this hotel. Lovely city with lovely people. Will be glad to come back to this hotel on our bext visit to Chur.

I have stayed at the Hauserhotel several times over the past 5 years and it continues to be one of the best mid range hotels in Switzerland. The welcome, the location, the comfort are all superb and I recommend anyone coming to St Moritz to come and stay here. It is that simple, you will not be disappointed and only impressed. Angenehmes und ruhiges Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Biketouren in der Umgebung. Frühstücks-Büffet ok, ein kleines Restaurant für Snacks und einfache Gerichte ist auch vorhanden. Vor dem Hotel hat es viele Parkplätze und Ladestationen für Teslas und E-Mobile. Für Bikes hat es eine abschliessbare Garage. Die Zimmer sind einfach und funktionell eingerichtet. Nur die Badewanne hat mich gestört, eine Duschkabine wäre besser gewesen. (Hat es auch in anderen Zimmern). Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen, Nähe Autobahn Anschluss und Bahnstation Maienfeld. Personal sehr nett.

Tolles Hotel in schöner, naturnaher Lage mit Parkmöglichkeiten (kostet). Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Pool als Highlight. Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal und leckeres Frühstück. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt!”

Zentral und doch erstaunlich ruhiges Hotel. (Südzimmer). Alles ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Fuss erreichbar: Bergbahnen, Sportgeschäfte, Coiffeur, Bäckerei, Lebensmittelladen und 8 Restaurants für jeden Geschmack.Schöne, saubere Wellnessanlage. Reservation und Check-in einfach und schnell. Hilfsbereite und freundliche Menschen überall im Hotel. Wermutstropfen. Als langjähriger Gast ( Seit 1995 etwa 80 Aufentthalte in Sommer Herbst und Winter) empfindet man den Umgang kühl. Bis auf 2 sind alle bekannten Gesichter in Empfang und Restaurant verschwunden. Durch das Rocksresort wurde das Ganze zum Riesenbetrieb, der zwar gut funktioniert, aber zu Haus fühlt man sich nicht mehr. Die Hotelgäste sollten meiner Meinung nach persönlicher betreut werden, als die Gäste in den dutzenden von Wohnungen des Resorts. Der Preis ist doch einiges höher. So wie das jetzt läuft ist das wie bei IBIS oder andern Geschäftshotels. Und noch dies: Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kostet fürstliche 20 Franken/Nacht. Als ich einmal von einem Ausflug wieder einfahren wollte, hiess es das Parkhaus sei voll. Nach Diskussion mit dem Parkplatzwächter wurde ich eingelassen, und konnte dann mein Auto nach langer Suche in einer feuchten und dunklen Ecke im untersten Geschoss abstellen. Hab das an der Rezeption gemeldet. Wurde entgegengenommen. Reaktion null. Schade.

A clean and basic hotel. Which is quite easy to reach from the train station via a very efficient bus/tram ( runs every 10 minutes, catch the red one to get to the old town/station). The man on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gave us our welcome drinks. Sadly the only food on offer was frozen pizza ( not his fault) so we ended up having Maccas next door which is not my favourite food. I am sure there were other nearby choices but it was getting late and this was a stop between 2 big train journeys so we didn't want to go far. Comfortable bed and good shower. Large balcony with views to the mountains behind the hotel. Quiet. Very weird that there was only 1 power point! In this day and age that is very poor as everything you use needs charging. If there was another power point it was impossible to find. Breakfast had a reasonable range of choices.

Great location and helpful receptionist. For the rate they charge, I think it wouldn’t be unreasonable though to provide toothbrush or shaver upon request which they don’t do. Breakfast was acceptable relative to other Swiss hotels we’ve stayed in.

Well, given some of the negative reviews and a mistake in our booking, I would say my expectations were rather low. But I’m happy to report that the hotel was really very nice, very clean, and all the staff members that we interacted with were very professional, pleasant and kind. We were originally booked into a 3.5 room apartment, but were changed to a connecting room in the hotel due to a booking error. While I can’t comment on the apartments, the hotel is really nice, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom does have limited privacy, so if that’s important for you, keep it in mind. The breakfast was good quality, with a nice selection of normal breakfast items. You can also order egg dishes if you wish, and I would say that the eggs are actually cooked properly. The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing/snowboarding. From our room we could see the gondola and the Wonderland ski area for kids. Because the hotel is in the Stenna building, there is a Coop grocery store in the same building, which was super nice to grab something from the store without even having to put on our coats. The spa was also really nice, with different steam room options. The only bit I didn’t love was the use of so many air fresheners in the hallway. Maybe just my taste, but I found it a bit strong. I could really recommend The Hide if you want to stay in Flims. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

Sebagai tempat transit keluar masuk pergunungan, hotel di Chur ini sangat sesuai. Kakitangannya bersemangat, perkhidmatannya profesional, keadaan kebersihan hotel sangat baik, dan biliknya cukup besar. Jika ia adalah penginapan sementara satu malam sebelum pergi ke gunung, ia sangat sesuai. Keadaan perkakasan adalah sederhana, tetapi kerana ia adalah hotel transit, keperluannya tidak begitu tinggi. Sebagai bandar purba pertama di Switzerland, Chur masih mempunyai daya tarikan yang istimewa. Adalah baik untuk menghabiskan setengah hari berjalan-jalan. Di samping itu, kanton Graubingen, di mana Chur terletak, sangat disyorkan. Setakat ini, tidak ramai pelancong China pergi bermain ski pada musim sejuk dan mendaki pada musim panas. Terdapat Bernina Express dan Glacier Express untuk duduk, dan anda juga boleh pergi ke asal Rhine untuk melihat ngarai dan mendaki. Zurich juga selesa pada masa lalu.

While this hotel was acceptable with no deal breakers, I don’t believe it deserves a 4 star rating. Perhaps this was given due to its history and Michelin rated restaurants. Had it been rated a 3 star, I might have given it a better review. The good - staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk from the train station and well located in the historic center near shops and restaurants. The mediocre - the rooms, clean and sizable if you paid for it, but in no way special. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable with variety, but again, nothing special (croissants were fresh and delicious). The bad - while the hotel was generally clean, the carpet on the public stairs was kind of disgusting. No A/C anywhere. In July this could be a problem for some. The nights were quite pleasant and you could leave your window open if you don’t mind the noise. They do provide you with a floor fan, which was great for us Americans used to AC.

The hotel is good located. Near by a bus station. Hotel is new and modern, however we have seen a lot of things which needs to be repaired. Parking is expensive with 24 euros per day. Smell in our room was terrible on arrival. Until I noticed that in the shower the cleaner removed the water outlet so that the bad smell could come in. Only one of the restaurants was open and not much of selection is possible. I would not recommend the restaurant. Waiter said to my daughter that the spaghetti from kids menu is too small and he will make it bigger, then charged 28 euros instead of 18. The Spaghetti was tooooo Al dente. Most of the waiters are unfriendly and let us not feel welcomed. Overall: we will not book this hotel again. My friend got a handicapped room even he booked the higher category. It seems they had no other room but they did not tell him during checkin. When he asked later they offered another room after 2 days. We complained that we don't like the room but they said many people like it.. Hey, hotel management, when somebody pays so much for a hotel who is not handicapped he don't like a shower curtain instead of nice glass walls, he don't need open space concept cabinets, he needs normal cabinets with doors, he may like to sit on the sofa.. But there was no sofa. Heating? Not on by purpose. Only when we complained they turned the heater on after 1 day. Instead they provided mobile heater . We talked to other guests who had the same issue. 5* hotel? The pool temperature was way too low. The noise there unacceptable due to the design which is simple painted concrete walls. Spa are is 3 star only. Nothing which let you stay there for long. Breakfast was quite good we enjoyed this the most. To leave the hotel everybody is using the way over the ski room...terrible layout. The layout is not well planned.

It was lovely to choose Hilton Garden Inn Davos for our winter holiday. We chose this hotel for its great location and a convenient complementary shuttle to both Ski areas P****nn and Jakobshorn. The rooms are stylish, designed in alpin style and the hotel sauna area offers everything you need after a day spent on ski slopes. We enjoyed dining in the hotel restaurant as well and I would personally like to thank Aneta and Sabrina, who took the greatest care of us and Georgias who gave us a warm welcome every time we came. This hotel staff really pays attention to every detail. We will be definitely back!

Waren schon mehrmals auf dem Campingstellplatz des Hotels und nun das erste Mal im Hotelzimmer. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit toller Dampfsauna und freundlichem Personal. Getränke der Minibar sowie Tickets für die Ortsbusse waren inklusive. Es hatte alles, was wir brauchten, um uns vier Tage lang zu erholen und im Wellnessbereich zu sonnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was my second stay at the Seehof and it surpassed my expectations once more. Another great stay and skiing holiday. I wouldn't normally single out individuals as all the staff were great but I would like to commend Carlos (the waiter) who consistently offered exceptional service, displaying professionalism, attentiveness, and a friendly demeanour that greatly enhanced my dining experience. Truly an asset to the Seehof Hotel. Please pass on my best wishes to Carlos.

Stayed for just two nights with a group tour which included two close friends, sadly one our friends became very poorly during the first night, necessitating immediate hospitalisation, reception staff were & continued to be outstanding , especially as the spouse of our friend had to stay in the hotel for close on 2 weeks, the compassion shown by all the staff was commendable, many thanks as our friends have just arrived home, only slight negative was the hotel rooms were very dark, a challenge for the ladies, we heard a similar comment for the breakfast room, however the food & service was really good.

Als ich im Juni dort war hat ein Zimmer mit Frühstück ca 75 Franken gekostet. Für diesen Preis ist es Klasse !! Zentral gelegen, das Restaurant ist besser als es aussieht!! Sehr gutes Essen. Es lohnt sich Halbpension zu nehmen . Und in der ganzen Stadt inklusive Döner Laden gab es nicht so billiges Bier 🍺 .

Very comfortable, clean hotel in a great, quiet but accessible location. The staff is very nice and professional staff and the break was very good and came with smiley staff. Nice plus with the saunas, pool and overall spa area. Overall a great short stay!

Cet hôtel est à fuir . Ayant vu les notes sur trip advisor et les photos plutôt flatteuses, je me suis laissé avoir et reservé un week-end dans cet hôtel , étant amateur de ski. Première chose à remarquer à notre arrivée : accueil froid et peu aimable. Vieil hôtel à la déco très vieillotte et bizarre. Arrivé à la chambre, mon dieu quelle horreur. Des murs épais comme du carton, on entend absolument tout. Peintures écaillées et chambre et salle de bain crasseux. Visite du « spa »…une piscine d’eau froide et un sauna fermé ( un type très désagréable qui passait m’explique sur un ton ferme que je dois réserver mon entrée au sauna pour m’y rendre). Bref, encore déçu. Après une journée sur les pistes et ayant parcouru 300km en voiture, nous décidons de manger au restaurant de l’hôtel. Nous demandons aimablement à la réception une fondue au fromage, et on nous répond ( encore une froid de façon très désagréable) qu’ils ne font pas ça ici….décidément, ça continue… Nous sortons de cet hôtel minable pour trouver un bon restaurant où l’on est bien servi et accueillis. De retour à cet hôtel cauchemardesque, il est 23h, et une forte musique commence. Il est organisé une soirée avec un chanteur, sosie d Elton John… Les murs étants très fin, comme du papier, aucune isolation, impossible de se reposer. Je décide d’appeler la réception après avoir patienté 1h tout de même . Le réceptionniste me dit qu’ils vont faire du bruit toute la nuit et qu’il faut faire avec. Je suis à bout et je veux juste pouvoir dormir, impossible, mêle avec des bouchons d’oreille. Ce tapage nocturne va continuer jusqu’à 3h30 du matin!!!! Une honte!!! Au matin, après avoir dormi que quelques heures, exténués, ma famille et moi même prenons un petit déjeuner très médiocre dans cet hôtel. Puis ensuite je demande à parler au manager pour lui expliquer mon mécontentement au moment du check out. Sa réponse : «  ah ? On a fait du bruit? Vraiment ? » me demande t’il faisant l’étonné. Bref on se moque bien du monde, Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial. Jamais été dans un hôtel aussi médiocre. À fuir à jamais. Les commentaires positifs de cet hôtel dont sûrement faux. Ne vous faites pas avoir.
