Nice hotel. As you are used to from Van der Valk Hotels. Unfortunately there was heavy construction work which had a negative impact on the stay. However, the employees tried very hard to make the guests as pleasant as possible. They did a great job!

Er wordt geadverteerd met een zwembad. Bij aankomst hoorden we dat deze gesloten is en wordt omgebouwd tot sportruimte. Beide waren nu niet toegankelijk, wat toch wel erg jammer was. De badkamer was ook niet heel schoon en goed onderhouden.
Comfort van het bed was wel prima. Ook het eten in het restaurant was erg goed.

Beautiful hotel, city centre.
But the google address was not working correctly.
Only with the 3rd time, after careful copying we got in an unfamiliar city in the dark.
No ATM in the hotel.
Very nice staff!

Tres bien .le petit dejeuner pourrait être mieux : les fruits frais tres peu et devrait être coupé en petit dans un plat. Les seuls fruits qu’il y avait n’etait pas mur. Pas assez de yogurt , pas de fromage aux chevres ,le fromage qui y etait pas dutout frais, faut le mettre sous une coupole , meme chose pour le peu de viande fumé.

L'ubicazione è più scomoda di quanto sembra, poiché a causa della recinzione dell'aeroporto, occorre fare circa 20-30 minuti a piedi su strade extraurbane. L'hotel e accogliente, stanze estremamente piccole e con pochissimo spazio per appendere abiti o poggiare le proprie cose. Molto bella e ampia la doccia in camera. Letto comodo. L'ideale per passare la notte in occasione di partenza o arrivo del volo in orari... scomodi.

MmarcryuCharming little studio 5mins walk from the Grand Place. Equipped with a functional kitchenette, a little lounge area and a small but adequate bathroom/toilette, its like having one's own pied-de-terre in Mons. The only small thing was the shower gel dispenser was low on refill and the spare toilet roll had a brown stain on it. Another than these minor hiccups, the hotel staff was very amenable, helpful and friendly.

GGuest UserQuick to get to from the airport. It is quite difficult to walk as we found out - there is no exit where Citymapper app sends you so don’t follow it. You can get the A3 bus but it is €6pp so if you’re going to the airport from the hotel the taxi is €10 and they pre book for you. We were lucky it was late and the driver just let us on.

This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it.
It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way.

GGuest UserThe hotel was advertising with a swimming pool, and at the arrival we heard it was closed and converted into sports room, both were not accessible now, which was very sad, and the bathroom was not very clean and well maintained.
The comfort of the bed was great, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good.

AAnonymous UserBeautiful city hotel in the centre of Mons. All attractions are accessible by foot. Breakfast was good. My superior room was good, but a little small. The ”comic design” of the room is usual. ( Some rooms are theme rooms) I would come back.
