The room size is amazing .. definitely bigger than other places i have stayed in St. Gallen Service was great as was the employees. Everyone was so nice and smiling all the time. This is not my first time there and sure won't be the last

Nous avons passé 3 nuit dans une chambre familiale (6 personnes) avec WC & Douche. Accueil très sympa, super petit déjeuner et aussi le souper du premier soir était parfait. Endroit propre et idéalement placé à proximité du centre de ville, avec accès transport public juste devant la porte. En plus on reçoit carte pour transport public gratuit durant le séjour (valide de st-galle jusqu'au lac de constance). Nous avons profitez de découvrir la ville de st-galle, tour de vélo au bord du lac de constance, ainsi une randonnée dans les montagnes d'Appenzell. Simplement magnifique.

Excellent resort hotel with great spa. Big hotel and sometimes you get turned around so more hotel facility direction signs would be helpful. (I saw other clients going back and forth and thus a bit lost.) Great facilities and choice of spa and outdoor activities. Ate at Memories and a bit disappointed as overly expensive and in my view not so innovative for a 3 star level (I have done many.). No plate really wowed me but of course quality was good. Sommelier excellent! Too many meat dishes (3) in the 11 course menu so would modify this portion. Breakfast at Olive was very good but more sneeze guards and protections should be put in place for the hygiene. (Saw a child playing with fruit.) I would return as hotel overall great and environment surrounding hotel very enticing.

Good attentive hosts who do their best to ensure your day is off to a good start. 3. Complimentary pass to access a local gym nearby. The hotel’s own fitness center is really next to nothing and consists of a couple of pieces of basic equipment. Cons: 1. As many reviewers have previously mentioned, the air conditioning system is pathetic to say the least. The window wouldn’t open fully. Be prepared to sweat a lot if the weather outside is warm. For this reason alone, I wouldn’t return here as a guest at least in the summer. 2. Experienced something extremely worrisome around 1:30pm Saturday afternoon on the day before my departure. Was working in my room with the privacy requested sign posted outside my door. Heard a quick soft knock immediately followed by the door lock being unlocked. The door then was pushed open till it was stopped by the security latch that was engaged at the time. I ran to the door and saw nobody through the peephole. Opened the door and went out to the hallway. Whoever tried to enter the door was long gone. Called the front desk about it who nonchalantly offered to make me a new key if wanted. I guess unwanted illegal entry to guess rooms isn’t something surprising or alarming to the staff. I felt that I couldn’t trust any of the employees there. Provided my feedback via the customer survey requested by Radisson after my stay.

Booked this hotel to stay in during our roadtrip through Switzerland. We booked the Family suite and it was large enough for the four of us. Two kids had separate beds. Room is spotless with good view and very clean. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. During our stay, it was my daughter’s birthday and the staff surprised her with chocolate cake and ice cream. This was a very special touch. Parking in the hotel is 30 CHF per night however just across the street it is only 10. Very easy-going hotel with good access to Rapperswill and transport links. Highly recommended.

This hotel suited our needs, as we wanted to explore the untourist part of Switzerland. The hotel was the first hotel we have booked on the trip app which was not prepaid. When we arrived at the hotel it was automated entry with us entering our details into a entry machine by inputting your name and locating your booking and inserting payment card. Your room key is than printed and you swipe in. The rooms are clean with a nice decor with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The beds are comfy and we slept well as located in a quite location. Maybe too quite for some as most shops where closed. There is a local pub near by with friendly bar staff. Breakfast is provided but limited with choice compared to other places we have stayed. I liked that freewater was provided in the room which was a nice gesture. Bathroom is functional with very good shower pressure.

Neues modernes Hotel mit einmaligem architektonischen Style. Man fühlt sich überall wohl: in der lässigen Lobby, im japanischen stilvollen Restaurant, im tollen Zimmer in der obersten Etage mit Aussicht über die ganze Stadt, im Wellness-Bereich und nicht zuletzt auf der einmaligen Terrasse. Herzlichen Dank gebührt auch dem aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal.

Bei dem diesjährigen HR-Festival europe in der Messegelände Zürich dürfte ich fast alle 200 Aussteller persönlich sprechen und kennenlernen. Alle sind mir sehr freundlich und professionell aufgetreten, bis auf die Ansprechperson von Oberweid Hotel. In der 2-3 Minuten, wo ich meine Dienstleistung kurz vorstellen wollte und meine Visitenkarte überreichen wollte, wurde ich von der blonde Dame, braune Augen mindestens 3 mal abweisend und unhöflich unterbrochen, der eingeschüchterte Mitarbeiter, der ebenso mit dabei war, etwas grösser als sie, lockiges braunes Haar (tut mir sehr leid, habe auf die Namen leider nicht aufgepasst), hat zumindest dankend meine Visitenkarte entgegengenommen, um die Peinlichkeit seiner Kollegin zu vertuschen. Von allen Austellern Oberweid war der Einzigste, der so negativ und unprofessionell aufgetreten ist, wirklich sehr enttäuschend. Da ich schon mehrmals Hotelgast gewesen bin, wollte sehr gerne den Stand bei der Messe besuchen, war positiv und optimistisch eingestellt aber nach dieser unfreundlichen Begegnung hat man ein bitteres Geschmack, wenn man an das Hotel und seine Messevertreterin denkt. Bis jetzt war ich vom Personal an der Rezeption immer begeistert, wurde mich immer alles freundlich und zuvorkommend erklärt und geholfen, aber jetzt sieht leider alles anders aus. Wünsche dennoch alles Gute.

Luar biasa! Impian sebuah hotel. Plus perkhidmatan, makanan, susunan... ia hanya keseronokan! Walaupun harganya Swiss.

it was my daughters birthday and we could not have had a better experience! I contacted them ahead of time and asked if they could decorate and if we could get a cake (which I saw you could get on there website). when we checked in everybody was very friendly and when we got to the room (a corner suit) it was gorgeous the room itself was great and the birthday decorations were lovely. we decided to have dinner there and we had the daily menu (5 courses) the food was great. they decorated the table and after dinner (we were already full) they brought the cake, which we thought they forgot, out it was beautiful! we had it for breakfast too. everybody was so nice the whole stay was great.

A very cool atmospheric environment was turned into a chic, stylish hotel which even has a motorbike loft where guests can park their bike/motorbike inside the room. The double bed in the loft is huge and super comfortable and the open view bathroom has fantastic Rituals cosmetics. Their restaurant, Sagibeiz is a five minute walk away which might not sound ideal for a breakfast walk but its stunning lakeside location definitely makes it worth the effort. This is a hugely popular wedding location so it comes with a bit of a hefty price tag but the whole atmosphere makes up for it. And if you are lucky, then you get to meet the wonderful Marika at the reception who is all hearts and smiles, a wonderful hostess.

I have spent a total of 7 weeks at this hotel for work reasons. Nice rooms, nice breakfast buffet, friendly restaurant staff and beautiful view. However, there is no physical reception... meaning you need to call their remote help center for any sort of assistance or administration. And therein lies the problem: - Noone feels responsible. From the 8+ times I called, I had a different person on the line every time for the same problem. There is not an assigned contact person for specific needs. Every time I called, I had to explain the situation again. - Unfriendly staff. While some of the staff were friendly, there were some who were not understanding and not willing to help with problems, that were previously solvable. Specifically a German lady who was very inpatient and unfriendly, at some point even outright snappy. - No internal communication. Things agreed on by phone call or per email aren't held up. Every time it required a phone call to solve issues with payment and receipts, even though it was the same procedure every week. There seems to be no concept of leadership or communication within the system. As for my company, we frequently book this hotel every year, resulting in hundreds of nights spent at Neu - Schönstatt. However we have now decided that the administrational stress and inflexibility of the Hotel goes beyond what one can expect and will no longer be booking here. If you are looking for nothing but a place to stay with no specific requests, this is a nice place to stay. But if you tend to require assistance of any sort, stay away.

We arrived later at night than anticipated. The man at the front desk was understanding & generous as he carried our luggage up to our room. Our room was cute& cozy. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious & many selections to pick from. Hotel was in a great location. About A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Because of the friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again!

Meine Freundin und ich waren für 4 Übernachtungen zu Gast im Seehof. Das Hotel befindet sich in wunderbarer Lage, es braucht kaum eine Minute Fußweg vom Hoteleingang bis zum Badestrand am malerischen Walensee. Das Hotel habe ich vor allem aufgrund der top Lage und der durchweg positiven Bewertungen gebucht, daher möchte ich mit meiner eigenen Bewertung ein möglichst gutes Gesamtbild vermitteln, das mir in bisherigen Bewertungen gefehlt hat. Positiv: + Traumhafte Lage, die meisten Zimmer scheinen Seeblick zu haben + Frühstück ist von 6:30 bis 10:00 Uhr verfügbar + Der gesamte Hotelbereich ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und Handtücher ausgetauscht + Das Personal im Hotel selbst war stets freundlich. Das gilt sowohl für Empfang, Reinigungspersonal als auch beim Frühstücksbuffet + Zimmer und Bad sind großzügig bemessen + Es gab einen Wasserkocher, einen Fernseher, zwei Teetassen und eine kleine Auswahl an Kaffee und Teesorten auf dem Zimmer. Dazu eine kleine Wasserflasche, die täglich erneuert wurde Neutral: ~ Es werden zwar verschiedenste Services angeboten, aber informiert wird man erst über einen Flyer im Hotelzimmer. Das ist insbesondere für Angebote wie ”Abholen vom Bahnhof” sinnlos. ~ Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel, der Bus verkehrt allerdings nur jede Stunde und je nach Uhrzeit sogar nur alle 2 Stunden. Der Bahnhof Walenstadt ist locker in 20 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen, aber auch dort verkehren die Züge sehr unregelmäßig. Tagestouren müssen daher gut geplant werden, wenn man nicht längere Wartezeiten oder Fußwege in Kauf nehmen mag ~ Es gibt eine Anlegestelle für Bootstouren über den Walensee. Die Abfahrtszeiten sind vor allem an Werktagen unregelmäßig ~ Am Standort Walenstadt gibt es keine Mietoptionen für Pedalos oder ähnliches Negativ: - Es gibt weder eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer noch Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern. In schwülen Sommernächten hat man daher die Wahl, ob man in einem stickigen Zimmer schläft oder die durch die Nähe zur Landwirtschaft enorm große Menge an Insekten ins Zimmer einlädt. - Die Toilette in unserem Zimmer ließ sich nicht nur nicht vollständig abschließen, sodass jedes Geräusch von allen Personen im Zimmer zu hören ist, sondern hatte auch noch ein Bullaugenfenster zu den Betten. Das heißt, wenn man sich im Hauptbereich des Zimmer bewegte, wurde der Blick unweigerlich ins Badezimmer gelenkt, wo man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Toilette hat. - Die Essensauswahl im Hotelrestaurant ist beschränkt und die Qualität der Speisen, die wir probiert haben, war maximal durchschnittlich. Die Preise waren ironischerweise selbst für Schweizer Verhältnisse überteuert. - Besonders unschön: Das Hotelrestaurant. Bei unserem einzigen Besuch dort war jede Mitarbeiterin, mit der wir interagierten, extrem unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Teller wurden teilweise ohne Augenkontakt auf den Tisch gestellt, während man noch mit Gästen vom Nachbartisch redet. Ein ”Guten Appetit” haben wir nie gehört

J'ai passé deux nuits dans cette hôtel, tout est parfait. L'accueil, les chambres, le restaurant, et le petit-déjeuner. Un parking couvert est à notre disposition, c'est un plus. Dans les chambres agréablement décorées, avec une très bonne literie. A vôtre disposition des bouteilles d'eau, une machine à café. Le petit déjeuner est de très grande qualité.

When we checked in we had a problem with the invoices because we travelled with friends. The staff seemed reluctant to rectify a mistake when they wouldn't change one invoice to two. The small rooms were quite dark, including the sheets and the towels. We found that the main clientele of the hotel are crafts men and wondered if white towels were considered a luxury? The furniture and the amenities were the bare necessities but it was clean. A sliding door with a frosted glass pane separated the bathroom which was a strange set up, and the sink was tiny but everything was functional. The rooms didn't have AC but fans were provided and were needed because it was hot. My back hurt from the uncomfortable mattress, my husband however, didn't have a problem. The bar was closed because it was Monday and the sitting area couldn't be accessed. Breakfast in the morning was alright, nothing special but sufficient to get us going. Because this hotel is close to the motorway we would recommend it for a 1 night stay.
