Wir waren vor ein paar Wochen da und haben auf der Restaurant Terasse etwas getrunken. Der Service war super freundlich und die Lage/Aussicht natürlich wunderbar. Nun war ich vergangenen Sonntag mit meiner Mutter da und wollte sie mit einem Apero überraschen da sie in Unterterzen aufgewachsen ist. Als wir 10`lang nicht bedient worden sind ging ich nachfragen und man beschied mir knapp es seit Selbstbedienung (??) und ich könne mich ja selber bedienen, serviert werde nicht und die angefragten Getränke hätten sie eh nicht, es habe was es habe punkt. Konsterniert haben wir dann auf einen Aperetif verzichtet. Schade und wenn dem denn schon so ist, macht allenfalls auch der Ton die Musik ..... Ich hoffe sehr, das das ein ausnahmsweise Ausrutscher war.

This hotel suited our needs, as we wanted to explore the untourist part of Switzerland. The hotel was the first hotel we have booked on the trip app which was not prepaid. When we arrived at the hotel it was automated entry with us entering our details into a entry machine by inputting your name and locating your booking and inserting payment card. Your room key is than printed and you swipe in. The rooms are clean with a nice decor with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The beds are comfy and we slept well as located in a quite location. Maybe too quite for some as most shops where closed. There is a local pub near by with friendly bar staff. Breakfast is provided but limited with choice compared to other places we have stayed. I liked that freewater was provided in the room which was a nice gesture. Bathroom is functional with very good shower pressure.

We went to Europe to celebrate our anniversary,we booked a hotel on zurich and we chose the wrong city, so we stay on moxy on rapperswil,at first we were surprise how far was from zurich but it was a good thing the customer service was amazing,the guys on front desk are really helpful and friendly Rafael,Mona and marina thanks for making us feel like home,hotel is nice and clean has a nice view of the city front the roof top,highly recommended this place thanks for the amazing service

The hotel is relatively near the Olma Messe (about 10 minutes on foot). This also means it is not near the centre of St Gallen. When I arrived, the staff was pretty unfriendly, telling me they were waiting on me to close, even though I arrived more then 1 hour before closing time of the reception... Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and clean. There is a train line juste next to the hotel. With a room on the 4th floor and a closed window, I was not bothered by it during my sleep. The breakfast in the morning was good. All in all, this is a nice place to stay if you want to access the Messe easily.

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht um in den Flumerbergen Ski zu fahren. Der Standort ist auch für Familien gut gelegen. In 3min. Ist man mit dem Auto bei der Gondel Unterterzen und in 20min. In Tannenheim wo man auf die Gondel gehen kann. Das Personal ist familiär und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet klein aber fein und man findet für jeden etwas. Auch zum Abendessen waren wir 3x da. Es war ausgezeichnet! Alles sehr frisch und mit viel liebe zubereitet und angerichtet. Preis- Leistung absolut passend! Das Zimmer zweckmässig und sauber. Es war für uns und unseren beiden Kinder 5+7 gerade noch passend von der Grösse, da wir ja Tagsüber sowiso auswärts waren, jedoch für das nächstemal würden wir was grösseres bevorzugen - dies jedoch ist ein Detail. Herzlichen Dank dem Hotel für die schönen Ferien die wir bei Euch verbringen durften. Wir kommen wieder ;-)

First thought, we may get disturbed with Church Bell after reading some reviews however Not at all. Location is superb as Bus stop 1 minute for Pizol, Tamina Thermal pool , Shps, Restaurants, Shops , Train Station are walking distance The Best Bakery with best coffee and Very hospitable owner/ staff just next to It - FASSLER Room was very clean, comfortable bed, large TV with thousands channels, Fridge, Tea& Coffee… Breakfast was really quality with plenty choices with daily fresh bread & croissant , No hot food but be honest we did not miss :-) There was fresh orange juice but seems only Saturday & Sunday mornings! We ate at their Restaurant 1 day. Very delicious food, very polite service Team. Loved the lentil soup, Thank you chef! No staff around, keys are on the reception desk when you come. We met a lady ( sorry can not remember her name, from Portugal ) who was very hard working, polite, helpful and Hospitable. A few area to improve Very bad smell like sweage when you enter the Hotel - all 6 days we stayed Checked boiled Eggs , seems Not daily put as we wanted to have on first day but it was off. We did not try after Overall, Great place to stay, we will be back and recommended

瓦爾哈拉酒店是到聖加侖的最佳住宿選擇，就在火車站出口斜對面，拿着大行李也是一分鐘步行可抵達。相對瑞士其他酒店，房間算是很大的了，裝修舒適，電梯寬敞 ，早餐相當不錯，服務態度非常好，可惜衹訂到一天，第二天不得已搬到旁邊一家M開頭的酒店，就瞬間後悔為什麼沒有定兩天了，因為反差實在太大了。強烈推薦大家來聖加侖入住瓦爾哈拉酒店，性價比很高，而且可以説是你住在火車站旁邊的唯一選擇！不是之一！

We arrived later at night than anticipated. The man at the front desk was understanding & generous as he carried our luggage up to our room. Our room was cute& cozy. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious & many selections to pick from. Hotel was in a great location. About A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Because of the friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again!

We booked the ”Zeit zum Zweit” package, staying in a junior suite. The whole weekend perfectly lived up to expectations, and would echo all the positive feedbacks others have posted for this hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff at reception and restaurant were very friendly. Room was extremely comfortable, impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet / peaceful night sleep.
