The building and the rooms are a little faded, and the twin room I booked was a little bit too small. But everything was in place and functioning. The gym is small but adequate. The restaurant is nothing very special, but it doesn't let you down. The breakfast is more than adequate. What makes this hotel special is the suoerb service. I was there for 2 weeks with my wife coming and going at odd hours, and everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. All the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel has a good location if you want to be in downtown Pereira. And the best part is the value for money...other hotels in the area don't match up.

Not sure what they mean when they call themselves a luxury hotel, but I wouldn't. Biggest problem was the room itself which was barely big enough to allow 2 people to move in it, and with nowhere for either of them to sit except the bed, plus and a tiny bathroom. If you need to work while here, don't bother...the lighting is minimal and there's no room to put even a laptop comfortably. On the plus side, bed and linens were fine, and a good shower; general cleanliness is good; and the breakfast buffet is of acceptable quality without being luxurious. But the biggest problem was noise.Our room opened onto a very busy street with 24 hour traffic, and next door are two popular bar/restaurants that play very loud music until the wee hours.Sleep was at a premium! Staff were generally helpful and efficient, but nobody seemed to have any English for the moments when my relatively functional Spanish failed. Altogether this place disappoints and definitely should consider removing the ”luxury” tag!

This hotel is amazing. It has security gate checking all guest. It’s a indoor outdoor hotel with several bars, a great pool, oversized chest boards, restaurants and overall amazing grounds. The food is amazing the overall food no matter the meals is delicious. This is a great place to stay. The rooms are top notch however some guest can be rude and loud after hours so I’m happy the hotel was willing to shutdown the loud party but only by request so TBD. They also do not have a large English speaking staff so Google translate is a must. This is far from downtown Pereira but very affordable in a taxi. I’d stay there again recommend getting a room with a view of the the poolside. Excelente atención, el personal muy agradable, no se recomiendan las habitaciones del balcón, demasiada buya de una discoteca que hay cerca. El.desayuno muy rico, el aseo muy bueno. Muy bien ubicado.

El hotel está muy central y la remodelacion quedó muy buena, la.zona del restaurante y la calidad de los desayunos valen la pena, las habitaciones bien distribuidas aunque algunas tienen los baños muy pequeños y en otros se sale el agua cuando te estas duchando, el servicio de tv no funcionaba, solo cuentan con un ascensor y en hora pico se demora bastante adicional que esta presentado movimientos y ruidos extraños, no hay presencia del personal del hotel para evitar que se parqueen en la bahía vehicular que está frente al hotel, para bajar las maletas del auto, y tampoco quien te ayude a ingresarlas. En términos generales es una buena estancia solo que deben mejorar algunas cosas para que la estadía sea sin contratiempos.
