I brought my mom to Qingdao for a trip, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to attractions like Zhanqiao Pier, Badaguan, and May Fourth Square. Our room also offered a great sea view. We had a fantastic view from the room we were assigned. The breakfast restaurant even allowed us to enjoy the sunrise over the sea. I particularly want to mention the hotel service; our butler was incredibly warm and attentive, providing local specialties and fruit as a complimentary gift. After extending our stay for another night, we kept receiving pleasant surprises (I'll review those tomorrow). Additionally, the housekeeping auntie was exceptionally warm and proactive. My mom was very satisfied, and I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very convenient transit hotel, close to the airport and very quiet. The bedding was super comfortable, and I had an excellent rest. The breakfast in the morning was abundant and delicious. Plus, there's a recent discount making it a great value for money. Sofia's service was incredibly warm and professional, making me feel right at home.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Yantai! The service is excellent, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Gracie Ta, in particular, provided outstanding service; she was polite, attentive, and incredibly enthusiastic. The location is also fantastic and super convenient. You can walk to Suochengli, Chaoyang Street, Yantai Mountain, and Wanda Plaza. The room facilities are great, and the hygiene is impeccable. I highly recommend it!

Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

Very thankful to the hotel staff, Bruce that help me to monitor the room vacancy so I can continue my stay to view the peonies in Caozhou Mudan Garden. His great assistance is well appreciated. Thank you so much. Location is very accessible, nearby shopping mall and surrounded with lots of good food. The hotel also has a cute robot that deliver delivery to guests. Last year I also stay here. Like this hotel as the housekeeping staffs are also very friendly. She even chats with me about the flowers she arranged. Bus stop is also right in front of the hotel.

The spa, using industry-leading products and techniques, completely melted away my travel fatigue after a 90-minute deep tissue massage. The hotel's ambiance exudes a sophisticated, elegant, and energetic atmosphere. On the service front, MGM Qingdao demonstrates the professionalism and efficiency expected of a top-tier hotel. My dedicated butler called me before check-in to inquire about my preferences, and within ten minutes of my arrival, my preferred buckwheat pillow and extra hangers were delivered. The concierge team possesses extensive local knowledge, providing insider tips like 'the best spot to photograph the sunrise over Zhanqiao Pier in the early morning.' From check-in to check-out, every single aspect operated like a finely tuned clock, yet it was also imbued with human warmth. Without a doubt, MGM Qingdao has set a new benchmark for luxury hotel service in the Shandong region. It will be my undisputed first choice for both future business trips and leisure getaways.

I was completely shocked. The overall environment is very good. There are also gifts. Wow, it's really thoughtful. What surprised me most about this store is the service. The hotel has a large parking lot, free parking, charging piles, laundry room, washing machine and dryer, gym, beauty room, nail beauty, breakfast tastes good, and the price is right! A very happy journey! I must stay here next time! I recommend everyone to try it when they come to Weifang. The breakfast here provides a special Chaotian pot. The sesame cakes are really better than those outside. If you can accept it, go outside and try it! It's 10 minutes to the Kite Museum and 30 minutes to Fangci Town. It's quiet in the hustle and bustle, surrounded by various delicacies, waiting for you to discover

I chose this Shangri-La specifically for the breakfast, but after checking in, I really wished I had stayed somewhere else and just come here for breakfast. The whole place feels a bit dated and lacks character. (If proximity to Baotu Spring is the selling point, there are other options available.) I've stayed at other Shangri-La hotels from the same era and wonder why this one falls so short in comparison.
