The hotel stay is very recommendable. We got assigned a room on the 31st floor (got upgraded from original) which had a great view. A special thanks to Daisy小丁, who we've had pleasant communication with throughout the entire stay. She fulffilled all of our requests beyond expectations. The hotel is very service focussed and it is very noticable in a good way since there is always someone willing to assist. The room was also great, big and room delivery works flawlessly. 10/10 stay and would stay again.

房間地理位置挺好的，在十字路口，去古城西門三四百米，周邊吃飯購物也很方便。前天小姑娘特別熱情，人超好，給她大大的贊。現在説一下不好的方面，房間下水反味厲害，臭的要命，衞生間洗澡要把衞生紙藏好，否則洗完澡一卷衞生紙都不能用。沒有面巾紙，洗髮水和沐浴露衹有瓶子，裏面沒有液體，我一般自己帶，雖然不用，但既然説有就應該及時補貨。房間可以放東西的桌面太小了。東西都沒地方放

公寓位置超棒，就在那香海景區內部，開窗就能看見大海，步行直達海邊，景色一絕。對比第一天在火炬八街附近住的四百多一晚的公寓，這家性價比直接完勝，來了才發現那香海本身就足夠遊玩兩天，體驗感好太多。
周邊出行交通十分便利，不管自駕去劉公島還是威海市區都很方便。威海道路寬闊，停車場數量多，統一2元一小時停車，而且公寓自帶免費停車位，自駕入住首選沒錯！想吃美食選擇也很多，景區內就能就餐，開車幾分鐘就能到鎮上，鎮上商業街十分繁華，各類美食、生活用品一應俱全，逛吃超方便。
店家服務特別貼心周到，剛辦理入住老闆就主動添加微信，發來自己整理的專屬遊玩攻略，包含周邊美食、購物地點、景點路線和實用地圖，省心又細緻。小區安保嚴格負責，居住很安心。
房間空間寬敞大氣，配有兩張超大雙人床，床墊枕頭柔軟舒適，睡眠體驗很好。全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，衞生做得特別到位，細節滿分。民宿配套更是一應俱全，一次性馬桶墊、一次性浴巾毛巾、一次性茶杯紙杯全都備好，還有洗衣機、洗衣液、全套做飯廚具鍋碗瓢盆，甚至連趕海工具都貼心準備齊全，用品十分齊全。
整體入住感受滿分，是我本次威海之行住過最貼心、最滿意的海景公寓，環境好、性價比高、出行方便，自駕來威海閉眼沖那香海這家！

We really loved our two night stay here. We slept very well for our hike to Taishan. Walking distance to Hongmen gate was convenient. Room is equipped with modern amenities, nicely designed (good natural light, privacy, and air-flow), comfortable bedding, and roof deck is a bonus! Very hearty wonton soup breakfast. Very accommodating host—we used our translator app so communication was no problem! Highly recommend!

The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

GGuest UserMy stay at The Westin Qingdao was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Nicky at the front desk! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her service was attentive and thoughtful; she proactively arranged a suitable room type for me and even provided helpful tips for exploring the local area. She patiently assisted with any requests I had. The hotel's location is excellent, right near May Fourth Square, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, creating a really pleasant atmosphere for my stay. I was genuinely impressed by the thoughtful service throughout my visit. Choosing this hotel for my trip provided such peace of mind. Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely be staying at The Westin again, and my first choice will be to find Nicky!

JJJ DizzleA special thanks to our concierge, Cherry, whose service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. As a first-time visitor, I wasn't familiar with the local area or transportation, and online food guides were chaotic and unreliable, making me worried about picking the wrong places. Cherry understood my desire to try authentic local cuisine and went above and beyond by taking her personal time to hand-draw a food map. This map clearly marked genuine BBQ joints,特色混沌 (local specialty wontons), and other established local eateries in the Shinan District. She cleverly helped me avoid tourist traps, precisely noting store locations, opening hours, and average spending per person. Beyond that, she kindly advised on transportation methods and reminded me to steer clear of congested routes.
The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Our room was brightly lit with abundant natural light, and the soft furnishings were sophisticated yet minimalist. The housekeeping was impeccable, and amenities were always well-stocked. Cherry's sincerity shone through; there was no pushy sales talk, just naturally comfortable service. These thoughtful, personalized touches, though small, truly doubled the happiness of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers – it's reliable and won't disappoint. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

YYanmaimochanatieThis is my first time staying in Huangdao, even though I've visited many times. The location is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. At night, when the lights come on, it feels like Alice's Garden.
Service: All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Whether it was bringing up something I'd forgotten or coming to my room with a first-aid kit after I had a bump outside, they were always so patient and attentive.
I rarely leave reviews on Ctrip, but this experience was truly a pleasant surprise.

YYazminLeeThe hotel's location is superb, right next to Fushan Bay and May Fourth Square, with a seaside boardwalk just outside. The front desk lady upgraded me to an Executive Seaview Deluxe King Room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable ocean view, and I could enjoy the beautiful sea and city landscape right from my bed. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. After checking in, Ginny added me on WeChat. The service was attentive and thoughtful; she'd check in every day to see how my stay was going. While having dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor, a short-haired lady—I'm not sure if she was a manager or supervisor—noticed me wiping my child's hands from a distance. Because the restaurant only had alcohol wipes, she specifically sent someone downstairs to get alcohol-free wipes. She anticipated the guest's needs without even being asked, which shows true professionalism and attentiveness. It's these small gestures that make a huge difference. Every service staff member in the restaurant was also very gentle and friendly, and the food was excellent. I don't often write reviews unless I've had a genuinely great experience, and I would definitely choose the Haitian again for my next trip to Qingdao.

GGuest UserThe hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket.
İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours.
The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30…
the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

Getting from the arrival gate to the hotel was super convenient; no need to transfer to the city center late at night. For adaptable people like us, there was no noticeable noise disturbance affecting sleep. The hotel overall was good, clean, and hygienic. It's the best choice for a business trip.

GGuest UserBig thanks to Reya! This was my first time driving such a long distance, all the way from Beijing to Qingdao. She contacted me the day before to confirm my room type. Upon arrival the next day, I was greeted with all sorts of goodies, including an upgrade to a suite with a view of the May Fourth Movement nightscape. They even provided Cantonese dim sum for breakfast and complimentary tea. Reya also helped me register my license plate. The hotel seems to be a bit older, but they've embraced modern tech with robot room service and USB adapters in the rooms, so they're definitely keeping up with the times. I was truly thrilled, thank you so much! And Reya, you're a real beauty, I hope I spelled your name right, haha!

As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge!
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed.
I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief!
Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift!
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!
