I always enjoy my stay here. The hotel is connected to the airport terminal by a walkway so it's easy to get to and from the airport. The room is big and the hotel is clean. The staff can speak English and are very helpful. I got a free room upgrade when I checked in. The view from the room is interesting as you can see the planes taking off. The room has good sound proofing, so the sound of the airplanes taking off is very minimal.
Rooms come fully equipped with toiletries. Overall, a pleasant stay.

For my first trip to Qingdao, I compared several five star hotels before choosing Qingdao Haitian Hotel for a four-night stay. It turned out to be an excellent choice, the hotel truly lives up to its reputation, and the overall experience was outstanding.
At check-in, Evan (Xiao Yin) made a very strong impression. He was warm, professional, and highly attentive. Whether it was room adjustments or floor preferences, he handled everything efficiently and proactively, which made us feel very well taken care of from the start. Throughout our stay, he remained thoughtful and responsive, always ready to assist whenever needed.
The overall service standard of the hotel is consistently high. From the front desk and bartender to the housekeeping team and bell staff, every team member was friendly, professional, and service oriented. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options and clear attention to quality and detail.
Many thanks to Evan and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would be very happy to return on my next visit to Qingdao.

A fantastic hotel, especially the Muji-style design. It's clean and comfortable overall, and the location is superb – right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores.
If you're planning a day trip to Weihai, this is the perfect place to stay, as it's the departure and arrival point, making it incredibly convenient.
The receptionist was also exceptionally friendly

公寓位置超棒，就在那香海景區內部，開窗就能看見大海，步行直達海邊，景色一絕。對比第一天在火炬八街附近住的四百多一晚的公寓，這家性價比直接完勝，來了才發現那香海本身就足夠遊玩兩天，體驗感好太多。
周邊出行交通十分便利，不管自駕去劉公島還是威海市區都很方便。威海道路寬闊，停車場數量多，統一2元一小時停車，而且公寓自帶免費停車位，自駕入住首選沒錯！想吃美食選擇也很多，景區內就能就餐，開車幾分鐘就能到鎮上，鎮上商業街十分繁華，各類美食、生活用品一應俱全，逛吃超方便。
店家服務特別貼心周到，剛辦理入住老闆就主動添加微信，發來自己整理的專屬遊玩攻略，包含周邊美食、購物地點、景點路線和實用地圖，省心又細緻。小區安保嚴格負責，居住很安心。
房間空間寬敞大氣，配有兩張超大雙人床，床墊枕頭柔軟舒適，睡眠體驗很好。全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，衞生做得特別到位，細節滿分。民宿配套更是一應俱全，一次性馬桶墊、一次性浴巾毛巾、一次性茶杯紙杯全都備好，還有洗衣機、洗衣液、全套做飯廚具鍋碗瓢盆，甚至連趕海工具都貼心準備齊全，用品十分齊全。
整體入住感受滿分，是我本次威海之行住過最貼心、最滿意的海景公寓，環境好、性價比高、出行方便，自駕來威海閉眼沖那香海這家！

Perfect location. A couple of minutes walking to the tourist center and square to visit Mount Tai. Very low traffic road.
Interior is amazing. Nicely decorated. Very beautiful. All amenities. Great shower. Good bed.

Mindy from Guest Relations reached out beforehand to inquire about my room preferences and helped arrange everything, also explaining the executive club benefits. The location is excellent; just across Quancheng Square is Henglong Plaza (very convenient for dining and shopping), and it's close to other attractions. Parking is easy and plentiful. The stay was quite comfortable.
I accidentally left a small bag at the hotel when I checked out, but thankfully, after contacting Zora at the service center, it was quickly found and mailed back to me.
Overall, a fantastic experience.

Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to May Fourth Square, and right across the street from Qingdao's bustling MixC mall. Winni, the staff member who checked us in, had an exceptional service attitude; seeing that we had elderly family with us, she thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room on a quiet floor. The hotel gym is also quite good. The only minor issue is that the underground parking is a bit like a maze, but the parking attendant was very kind.

ちちなみI booked this hotel because I had an early morning flight from Qingdao the next day and saw reviews saying it was within walking distance. Since I was arriving around 1:30 AM, I called the hotel in advance, and the staff sent me a detailed video of the route, making it easy to find.
From the Qingdao Airport departure hall (if you're arriving from out of town, take the elevator to the 4th floor departure hall after collecting your luggage), find area A for check-in. Diagonally opposite, next to the meeting point, there's a door that leads to the hotel's connecting corridor. It's less than a ten-minute walk, and the corridor was well-lit even in the middle of the night, so there's no need to worry. The Junting Hotel and Bangchen Hotel are together, with Junting being slightly further. The front desk has 24-hour service, which is great! And the staff were very welcoming.
The room was quite spacious. Although it felt a bit old and not very new, and perhaps the carpet caused a slight odor, the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom sink had a bit of a strange smell, but the large space meant it didn't really affect my rest. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot enough.
Regarding the price, at over 400 yuan, the overall value for money was a bit high, but its excellent location made it acceptable.

JjrbossQingdao's Shangri-La has quite the reputation, and my one-night stay there during my trip to Qingdao was, on the whole, a good experience. The positives: Firstly, the service truly lived up to its old-school five-star standard. When checking out, Lydia at the front desk was very attentive and genuinely asked about my experience. Secondly, the breakfast at Café Yum was incredibly varied. I even got to enjoy a long-missed English breakfast. After I picked up my food, my plate and cutlery were cleared away, but the restaurant manager instantly noticed and had new cutlery brought over – that level of service awareness is commendable. Also, the overall ambiance provided great emotional value. The negatives: The hardware facilities are a bit dated. Things like smart features and the overall lighting design in the guest rooms definitely lag behind newer hotels. Plus, there were a few too many mirrors in the room, especially a slanted side cabinet that was also mirrored and faced the bed, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I would still highly recommend it.

YYanmaimochanatieThis is my first time staying in Huangdao, even though I've visited many times. The location is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. At night, when the lights come on, it feels like Alice's Garden.
Service: All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Whether it was bringing up something I'd forgotten or coming to my room with a first-aid kit after I had a bump outside, they were always so patient and attentive.
I rarely leave reviews on Ctrip, but this experience was truly a pleasant surprise.

GGuest UserI specifically came to see Xue Zhiqian's concert. I took a taxi to the hotel after getting off the high-speed train at 2 PM. At 2:45 PM, after checking in at the front desk, I was told the room wasn't ready yet, waiting for inspection, and would be ready after that. They asked if I had any plans afterward, and I said yes. I forgot the exact words, but the gist was that I could go about my business and they would call me. I checked and the hotel's check-in time was 3 PM, so I figured I'd just sit on the sofa for a bit, it would be soon. But by 3:15 PM, there was still no news. I went to the front desk to ask, and they told me the room was still being cleaned. I was speechless. First, they said the room was waiting for inspection, then it was still being cleaned. Isn't check-out time 12 PM? Why was it still being cleaned past 3 PM, and the front desk didn't even apologize. It was only after I explained my situation, saying I was in a hurry and needed to go to the room to do my makeup and change because I had plans, that the front desk made a call to inquire. They then told me I still needed to wait 20 minutes. Although the environment and everything else are good – otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen a hotel so far from the concert venue – the initial check-in experience was indeed poor and made us feel pressed for time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket.
İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours.
The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30…
the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

Service was prompt and efficient. The location is absolutely fantastic: a five-minute walk to the terminal, and you can even see the terminal from your room. Highly recommend for travelers arriving late or departing early.

BBajiedesuyanchixiguaI can't believe the front desk staff upgraded us during the May Day holiday! We originally booked a king room, but they upgraded us to a sea-view suite. Since our flight isn't until 11 PM tonight, they even extended our check-out by 4-6 hours when we left this afternoon. I forgot to ask for the front desk lady's name, so sorry about that, I'll ask next time! The cleaning staff is also incredibly diligent; they tidy up our room and replenish water bottles every afternoon. The housekeeper's name is Xu Qiuling. And is Wang Shufen the supervisor? Thank you all so much for making our May Day holiday experience so wonderful and cozy!

As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge!
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed.
I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief!
Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift!
Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!
