I traveled to Qingdao to meet my mom in the airport. It was very convenient to stay in this hotel. The stuff is really supportive. They helped me to extend my stand. The hotel has a great breakfast with western options in the menu. The stuff is also very helpful and friendly. Thank you for my stay. 我前往青岛机场接我妈妈。入住这家酒店非常方便。酒店员工非常热情周到，帮我延长了住宿时间。酒店的早餐很棒，菜单上有西式餐点。员工们也都非常乐于助人且友好。 感谢酒店提供的住宿。

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

Location of hotel is great at heart of Jinan . Room is ok , food is the main issue as a Muslim who needs Halal food. They have little Indian dishes in dinner which can suite Muslims. Breakfast is same, only omlet can suite Muslims , no variety in cheese . Overall, very good hotel without halal food as an international hotel .

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

Love Westin Qingdao! Will definitely stay here when we return. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great with decent spread. Club access with happy hour in the evening. Afternoon hour could improve wuth better spread but good noentheless. Next to May 4th Square and nice big shopping mall

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

I can't express how happy I am with this hotel, it's like receiving 6 stars services from a 5 stars hotel. They really taken a lot of times trying to find the right room for me. Very attentive services such as sending me fruits, local snacks and goodnight milk. Also reminded me on weather changes. Special thanks to the front desk manager Alice and the room services manager Elaine. Their warm welcome made my stay extra pleasant. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel room is well kept even is the furniture is old. Most of the staffs are helpful and friendly.

this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. we booked 2 rooms for 4 pax. we tried the chinese restuarant at level2 and dishes were great! recommend anyone staying at weifang to stay at this hotel.

Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.
