We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. There was some dirt left in the bathroom, the drain was partly clogged by hairs which you dont immediately see, because it is under a cover. Inside the apartment there are stairs leading to a second level but upstairs there is nothing except for an additional bed and no windows. Its a little unhandy that you need to go to the 9th floor of the neighbouring building to check in. The view from the main apartment is pretty nice, one can see the sea from the bed! Location is also nice, close to the seafront.

Location is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2. We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread. There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

Our most recent trip to Zibo was a special one, and we wanted our Hotel stay to be special as well. We chose to stay at the Zibo Ramada, as this has always been one of our favorite Hotels to visit, whilst in Zibo. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Sunday. As it was a special outing, we submitted a special request to the Ramada. We requested that the room ”Business Suite”, be decorated, according to the ”Romantic Theme”. Our request was met, and our suite was beautifully decorated, with red bedding and white swans (towels). Our check-in process was a bit slow, and this could improve in future. Ms. Mia Wang, did however do her best, to speed the process up, and apologized accordingly. Breakfast at the ”Cafe' Grand”, was good as always, with a fair variety of Western and Chinese dishes to select from. The Lobby Lounge is always nice to visit, and great if you want to enjoy the elegant feel. Housekeeping was also very friendly and courteous, and ensured that we had all that we need, at all times. There was enough drinking water at all times. The Zibo Ramada was courteous enough to afford us with a late check out, as our transport was delayed on the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will continue to support the Zibo Ramada, as often as possible. See you soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Yuangguang Hotel, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. It's evident that they take great pride in their work, and their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction shines through in every interaction. The room I was provided with exceeded all expectations. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and functionality. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed amenities. The room boasted modern decor that still managed to evoke a sense of comfort and tranquility. The scenic view from the window was the icing on the cake, offering a breathtaking vista of the surrounding cityscape. Yuangguang Hotel's prime location further enhanced my experience. Situated in a convenient and vibrant part of the city, I had easy access to various attractions, shopping districts, and cultural sites. The concierge was invaluable in providing recommendations and arranging transportation, making my exploration of the city seamless and enjoyable. In conclusion, my stay at Yuangguang Hotel was truly remarkable. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and prime location created an unforgettable experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a top-tier hotel experience. I'm grateful for the attentive staff and the memorable moments that made my stay truly exceptional.

Qingdao Shangri-la's service needs major improvements, the level of negligence and sheer rudeness of staff was shocking and unfitting for a second tier city like Qingdao. We really expected better. We stayed at the hotel for five nights in May. We arrived in the afternoon around 4pm -- way past the earliest time for check in, but were told by the staff that the room is not ready. They only allowed us to keep our luggage with the reception, and couldn't even tell us when the room will be ready again. What's worse -- we had to ask in order to get a slight upgrade. This is the worst service I've seen in a five-star hotel in China. There's more. We visited the mediteranean restaurant in the hotel for a quick pre-dinner drink and snack, as we got a voucher with our stay. After we ordered drinks, a complimentary snack and some fries, the Chinese staff commented, ”You guys are eating very little”. That's quite unimaginable to me to be treated as such in an upscale venue like this. We didn't want to spend more at that restaurant, even though the quality of the food was fine. Shangri-la, please train your Chinese staff and align them with your global standards. Guests deserve better.

雨天和晴天來的感覺各不相同，非常有幸兩種天氣我都體驗到了，第一天入住的時候正在下雨，圖1-6是雨天的樣子，因為下雨不方便出門，所以在咖啡廳裏待了一下午，風景很不錯。 第二天看到了日出，很美，在房間裏看日出的感覺真的很棒^ - ^而且我特別喜歡太陽出來打在房間裏的感覺，光影很美！ 距離嶗山很近，十幾分鍾就到，可以爬山； 早餐很豐盛，但冰美式很難喝🥹嶗山美式是獨特的味道，還可以；但是海鮮火鍋可能真的不太合我的胃口🥹我們內陸人回去狠狠吃肉了……抱歉 值得一提的是衞生大部分地區是乾淨的，但是椅子上有污漬記得清理喔，我沒敢坐… 總的來説是核心競爭力是風景！！！風景真的很美！美到讓我可以忍受這些瑕疵，但是期待做得更好🥹

In order to ensure perfect sleep, zebra hotel has the softest beds and mattresses to make your sleep unique and allow guests to relax in luxury. Almost every room has a spacious private washing machine, making you feel at home. These places provide a good place to stay and relax. Maybe you can taste the local Tsingtao beer at the same time! Zebra hotel also includes a fitness area (gym) and parking lot, which can accommodate 20 cars. In the peak season, the room rates range from 236 to 500 yuan. Zebra Hotel pays attention to details and allows guests to enjoy the boutique hotel experience. No hotel is complete without a good restaurant, and zebra hotel is no exception. This restaurant provides Chinese and western breakfasts, lunches and diners. It has a good restaurant decorated with southwest style and a private Chinese restaurant that can be enjoyed. Although the restaurant's menu can satisfy any taste, the chef is also very flexible. For example, if you want to taste the best seafood in Qingdao, the chef is always at your service. At zebra Hotel, the owner of the hotel will ensure that everything meets your needs and provides an exclusive experience. Although zebra hotel may not be able to provide the same central location as other accommodation, its personalized service and state-of-the-art facilities make up for this deficiency. The staff were very friendly and we had a good time. We look forward to staying there again.
