Hotel Dengan parking di Bahia, Brazil

Good hotel, but in need of urgent maintenance. One elevator was broken, another did not stop on the ground floor, and only one was working to serve guests on 11 floors, resulting in long waits and dissatisfaction. Breakfast and the kitchen staff were excellent.

The hotel is excellent, very good service. Breakfast is sensational as well as the hotel restaurant.

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Great location, excellent service. The breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent range of fresh fruit. Even had some unexpected monkey visitors

We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Tolle Strandlage.

I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.

Perfect breakfast , excellent location near the center , has parking , variety of breakfast breakfast , excellent cleaning , well clean pools , clean room , I have nothing to complain , have shampoo , air conditioning and hydration in the bathroom , TV in the room !!

Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

I loved it. The location is excellent as well as the service, structure and cleaning. I will leave two comments, but they will not decrease the experience that was spectacular. It can always improve. But they could change the school's round. Bao was going to run. It was very narrow and unstable. It could even cause an accident. The other point is the noise with the staff talks in time early as by ex, before 07:00 a.m. hear in the rooms. Only this direction to avoid high conversations up to a certain time. They were laughing and so.I think if you tocaram.Com I'll not be sure I'll stay back at the hotel. My review is 9 because of this noise detail near the Fourth.
