Very vibrant hotel! Much lobby, Coppin bar area, activities with weddings and proms. Our room was spacious, well appointed with contemporary updates which added to comfortable living. Highly recommend for any visit to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Convenient parking, easy access to hotel. Will make this our “go to” when visiting family and friends in the area.

I would never vote with Days inn Wyndham resorts again because they offer a 100% price matching guarantee but failed to tell you that the hotel has the right to tell you no that you're not going to price match it that's false advertisement

We had above excellent service. The ladies and gentleman at the front desk were so friendly and nice. The sheets on the bed were so clean and crisp that you could smell the freshness. Breakfast was also great. This will be our choice of stay when coming in for the holidays to visit family.

Stayed for a Friday and Saturday night. The location of this hotel makes it desirable. It is super close to the Levee, the aquarium, great dining and highway access. The front desk folks need to learn to be nice. If they are unhappy with their job; they should not be in the customer service industry. We had several negative run ins with night time front desk employees that were rude, not helpful and just angry. Simple request for more pillows was met with a response of “NO”. Trying to charge snack bar treats to our room was met with the response “again”. Now to be fair, the room was great; big and clean. The food for breakfast was a nice spread and everything was fresh. Sadly, I will not stay at this hotel again because there are many choices of hotels and if you can’t just be friendly and pleasant; you do not deserve my business.

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location on 4th Street. Multiple restaurants and bars to eat but be sure to set reservations. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were very stiff and there was no thick comforter. Parking can be a little confusing, more signage needs to be visible because of valet and everything else the parking garages are hard to see. We had a larger vehicle and had to use a different parking garage, and due to all the valet in the front part you couldn't see where that parking garage was therefore we ended up parking in public parking garage down the road. Hotel staff was good about this and refunded us for the hotel parking so we was not double charged. One thing that I noticed that would be a big help to visitors is more signage within the hotel and parking garage. The hotel is very large and all the floors look the same so you can get quite turned around with which Tower you're going to or where the restaurants are located. For example, it would be good to have some signage inside the elevators so that you know which floors have access to which restaurants/skywalk. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

We checked in and the TV didn't work. The cable box had pieces rattling around inside it. I complained and they moved us to a different room. Also, upon check-in, they charged me $160 for our $118 room which seems to be common practice to cover supposed ”incidentals,” assuring me the difference will be refunded later. A few hours later, my credit card was charged another $41 by ”Marriott Hotel.” What is this, more ”incidentals” coverage? When I checked out the next day, I requested a printed receipt from the front desk with the correct room charge on it (we had no ”incidentals”). A few days later, I checked my credit card transactions online and saw the $160 was still pending but the $41 had already posted to my card. I called the hotel and after they looked up my charges I was told not to worry, the extra charges would be credited back to me after a few more days. After a week, I checked my card again. The $160 charge was corrected but the $41 was still charged. I called the hotel again and was told they could find no record of the $41 charge and could not help me even though it was charged to my card by ”Marriott Hotel.” I told the person I would dispute it through my credit card company and strangely she tried to talk me out of it! Hmmm! I contacted my credit card company and did dispute the charge. My credit card was inactivated for possible fraudulent use and now I have to wait for a new one to be sent through the mail. The $41 charge was credited back to me by my credit card company, not by the hotel. I suspect someone connected with the hotel may be skimming off the top hoping a smaller extra charge may never be noticed if it doesn't get refunded amongst the overcharged room rate and its partial refund.

Great place to stay for a cheap overnight stay. Only crummy part was our door key didn’t work trying to get into our room on the 3rd floor and we had to make multiple trips to the front desk with non working keys before they decided to switch our room. Kinda tiring after a long day of driving. Everything was wonderful other than that. Lots of food options and gas stations around.

The room was renovated. My sleep was excellent due to the softness of the bed. Employees were all friendly and accommodating. They made myself and my friend feel safe. The motels grounds were picturesque. I will definitely stay again also recommend to others

This is an aging, tired property that's in need of serious maintenance upgrade and major renovation. Its location is the only plus for staying here as it is within walking distance to nearby major big box stores, restaurants, and a shopping mall. But even if this is concern for a traveler, just next door, there is another newer hotel of another major hotel chain. Unfortunately, physical condition of the building isn't the only problem. Upon checking in, I had to call the front desk before even unpacking to request a bunch of missing items that one would find neatly laid out at any other hotel. Housekeeping visits the rooms on every four days. On my second day, as I was leaving the hotel I asked the front desk to have new towels delivered to my room. Upon my return I did find the fresh towels alright but I also found out that all of my snacks that I left on the kitchen table were gone. An unopened box of popcorn, an unopened bag of nuts and a few more items. No, they could not be confused as trash because they were in their original packaging neatly arranged on the table. Front desk's reply to my inquiry was ”I don't know why they would do that”. The next morning another front desk staff member's answer was even more interesting: ”I will check the safe in the back to see if they locked your snacks for safe keeping”. Yet again unfortunately, on another day, after I accidentally spilled coffee on my bed sheet and asked for housekeeping, the response I got at the front desk was ”well, let me see if they can get to your room today, no guarantees though”. This is more of an answer that one would get from a prison warden to fix a leaky faucet in one's cell; not an answer that one should get from a hotel staff whose major business is in the hospitality industry. Breakfast is mediocre at best. If you are vegetarian, then you are stuck with cereal and yogurt essentially. Everyday, their egg-based breakfast items had ham. This is indeed puzzling to me. Why doesn't the hotel management realize that a typical meat eating guest can still get a satisfying breakfast with, say, a cheese omelette accompanied by bacon strips, sausages and so on. But when even the only omelette has added ham in it, there isn't much a vegetarian can do there. So, all in all, my recommendation is to look at the map where this hotel is. You will see the other hotel on the same street just next door to this one. Go reserve a room there. You will thank me for it :)

Stayed one night. Arrived late and left early. Easy digital key, clean rooms, great ac, beds and pillows ok, close to many Lexington areas including airport, campus, Rupp and downtown. Breakfast was ready at 6am as stated. Only suggestion would be have news or weather on tv in the mornings in breakfast area instead of Hallmark movies.

I waited 1/2 an hour in the reception for checking in to the room. The reception was not there when I arrived there. Apart from that the room was ok

The hotel is well Maintained and the Bartenders are great. The highlight of our visit is when I spoke about a small incident to the front desk. Melissa handled it perfectly and was a total sweetheart. I tried to get her to move to Texas and work for us as a Manager but she declined. Not really but she is amazing and should be considered for a Management roll as she possesses the qualities you can’t teach. Thank you and see y’all soon.

Check In was very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure for another stay.

Hotel was fantastic. Just never use trip.com to book it. They made experience terrible.

I had a great stay at this Courtyard during a visit to the Louisville area. The staff were great and everything went well during my stay. I stayed in a standard King room which was clean and bright and had a great view of the downtown area. The rooms are a little smaller than what I'm used to but I was only in my room late at night to sleep. The hotel has several amenities for guests to enjoy. it has an ample fitness center, a very welcoming lobby, a bar, a bistro that serves breakfast, coffee, and a limited choice of food for lunch and dinner. Parking is in the hotel and is added to the room charge. The hotel wifi worked well in every area of the hotel including my room, the lobby, the conference rooms and my room. Overall a great stay and not too expensive for a downtown hotel. This hotel is located near many of Louisville's attractions within walking distance. I would stay here again if the room price is reasonable.

The flight was delayed so we arrived in the late night, but the front desk crew was happy to help us to get our room keys quickly. Nice stay experience.

Staff at check in and check out were all very professional, warm and friendly. We rode the shuttle to/from Churchill Downs and we were very happy to have the wonderful drivers Charles and I’m can’t remember the other driver, grey haired, both were friendly and caring. Very convenient for the Derby. Thank you !! Our room on the 7th floor was clean and quiet. It had mini microwave, mini fridge and Keurig. We didn’t use but it was convenient and everything looked clean. The bed was soft and comfy. Complimentary coffee in lobby was good and appreciated. If ever in the area will stay at this lovely hotel again.
