The room was good with great amenities. The Hotel itself has a Uzbek feel with the sandstone coloured walls and mosaic details in the alcoves . The spa was great . I had a Thai massage and my Masseur was Evan who did a splendid job! I was feeling the relaxing effect of the massage even on the third day . The breakfast buffet was also really good. The shower in the bathroom was also a great one , which is always a positive after a tiring day of walking . Sunita, traveller from India

The hotel is located in the pedestrian area of Bukhara and is very convenient for visiting and experiencing the city. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, overlooking a beautiful inner courtyard. The staff is very kind. The hotel is therefore an excellent starting point for exploring the city.

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

Boutique Hotel Minzifa is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean, spacious and air-conditioned. It’s really quiet and I heard no noise during the night. The staff are really friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The buffet breakfast is also really nice and it can be eaten in a beautiful environment. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and all of the attractions. The hotel also offers a walking tour which we took and it was very informative and well planned! If I come back to Bukhara I will definitely be staying here again!

The sweeping ramp and reception area that first greeted us then set me up for disappointment. The staff were well trained, effective and hospitable. check-in and out were quick, the porterage was good. The twin bedded room though was rather small in comparison to the two previous hotels we'd stayed in, in Uzbekistan. Not quite cramped - but I guess we'd just been pampered before. But the level of cleanliness, the degree to which they were furnished and appointed was faultless. The bathroom too was a matching ”foot or two” smaller than we'd have liked. The dining room, and the breakfast served there were faultless, tasty (do try the 'ring bread' , and the service very efficient.

I stayed in this hotel in November 2023 and very liked. Rooms are big. People very polite in hotel. Big bed. King size bed for family. Most feedback on website are very old, so i had to come check by myself and to my surprise i am very glad

Segnalo che anche noi avevamo ritenuto di essere alloggiati presso il Minzifa. Ma deve esserci stato un problema da parte dell'agenzia, che in realtò usiamo rarissimamante per prenotare gli alberghi e così sarà in futuro. Detto questo la camera, pur non essendo nel'hotel principale, era pulitissima (con letti separati ma va bene lo stesso) e con tutti i comfort per una vacanza in Uzbekistan, silenziosissima. Colazione ottima in un salone davvero molto bello e personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda le critiche che abbiamo letto in merito alle strade secondarie e polverose ove sarebbe alloggiato l'Hotel (sia il Minzifa che l'INN) in realtà la struttura è a 2 passi dal centro (5 minuti a piedi) e le strade sono tenute (come tutti i posti che abbiamo visitato) impeccabilmente pulite. Anzi, direi che il livello di pulizia è quasi incredibile, considerato come sono messe le città italiane. Comunque Hotel assolutamente da consigliare.

Fantastic location, just steps away from the Kalon Mosque and Minaret. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, nice showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Owners were incredibly helpful with arranging transportation at a fair rate from the airport and to the train station. Highly recommended!
