The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Resort itself is great, however there is not much to see or do in the area. Brilliant for a quite get away where you lay by the pool and beach. Service was great, all areas were clean and staff were friendly

Averaged scores..the development building was located too far from down town Mui Ne. The building is very high from ground..to be at lobby..it will need to take elevation at least 15 mins and too steep..very dangerous for old people and kids. Bed is too low from base..did not feel comfortable.. suggested to give better bed , more pillows and bed support be suffer will be perfect. Shower and toilet are clean..looked good except the toilet spray tube is too short…must change to be longer. Others are good and very safe place to stay long times. I choose to stay due to the pol and view from top are very beautiful. Tks

Absolutely worth every penny! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The resort is enormous, yet every corner is beautifully designed. The combination of lush gardens, an infinity pool, and a beachfront location makes it feel like a tropical paradise. Highly recommended!

千萬不要訂這個酒店，你一定會失望！ 先説房間，訂的初一至初四，總計4天3晚，春節期間翻倍貴也就算了，當初看2024開業酒店較新房間時尚，實際入住和圖片嚴重不符，國內賓館兩三百的裝飾，廚房下水道漏水.有蟑螂.床墊硬，櫥櫃裏有別人用剩的調料，感覺拿別人的長租房給我們住。酒店泳池水很冷，去沙灘又很遠，要坐幾層手扶梯再走過路邊下沙灘。酒店地勢高早晚風很大，陽台不能晾衣服會吹走，風大水冷白訂了帶泳池房間。樓下除幾家便利店可選擇不多，想去美奈漁村、藩切20-30分鐘路程，每趟花200k-300k越南盾不等看師傅良心收費。來美奈儘量選靠鬧市靠海邊的酒店，沒啥特別好玩的

酒店裝修風格很黑案… 不推薦帶着孩子來這家酒店， 嘿嘿的 very calm and down. 酒店設施： 小電梯，樓道沒有空調是開窗，房間裏洗髮水洗手液都不好，沒有肥皂。 洗澡水很小。床很舒服。 衞生：還行， 挺好。 房間門口有點沙子… 可能上一次住的人去了海邊。 早餐： 食物質量好，種類不多。 服務：基本的五星酒店服務是有了， 不高不低。 這個酒店1400多一晚， 5歲孩子要單獨算費用。 附近有很多其他5星酒店在1000RMB以內. 我感覺這裏性價比不是很高， 服務也不是很成熟的感覺。 飯不難吃也不是特別好吃。 整體來説我反正沒有想再來的感覺的一個酒店。 不差也不是很好， 好奇怪的一次體驗。

Unbeatable ocean view and an incredibly spacious resort! My favorite part was the evening beach lights—it looked like a fairytale. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the mangoes and coconuts were so fresh and sweet! Way more comfortable than the other hotels I’ve stayed at!

I'm giving this hotel 10/10 as it was perfect for the money I paid. The service was great, and the host was very accommodating. There are swimming pools and a shuttle service that takes you within the premises. It's located pretty far from the heart of muine, but it was not a problem for us as we had our own motorbike. It will be a perfect option for people who don't plan to explore everything around, but rather relax and chill in the hotel area and on nearby beach. You can still book some tours that will take you to the places you want though

+ + + персонал готелю дуже привітний. Це одна з кращих сторін готелю. Якість прибирання кімнат на 4 із 5. В останні два дні нашого перебування кімнату прибирали десь о 4 годині дня, що не зручно. Територія готелю доглянута, але водоймища потребують покращення. Сніданок нормальний але без великих змін по дням. Щепкам можуть покарати речі, але всього 2 на день. Це приємний бонус, хоча не дуже зручно прати по дві речі і обурити чиї ж речі попрати в першу чергу. Ми відпочивали сімʼєю. - - - готель знаходиться у нерозвиненій місцевості. Великий мінус це сміття. Як тільки виходиш з готелю - сміття повсюди. Ця ж проблема і на пляжі готелю. Працівники готелю систематично прибирають територію готельного пляжу, але той бруд і сміття яке знаходиться відразу ж за межами готелю всеодно потрапляє на пляж і у воду. Адміністрація готелю мала б вирішувати причини цієї проблеми, а не просто боротися з її наслідками, які не припиняються. Саме за це даю 2 з 5 за чистоту. Чистота в готелі- бруд на морі. Але гості в першу чергу їдуть до моря! Басейни та чисті кімнати є по всьому світу. Море і пляж це головне! Ще один мінус, що в готелі немає ніяких розваг та активностей. Єдиною розвагою було новорічне шоу, що і справило позитивне враження, нам пощастило що ми застали його, адже ми виїздили з готелю 29 січня. Усі інші дні - жодних розваг. Немає трансферу у місто. При тому що в готелі немає чим розважитись питання безкоштовного трансферу у найближче місто не вирішено. Добиратися треба самостійно автобусом (що дуже не зручно) або на таксі, що порівняно дорого. Мінібар в номерах платний, вода безкоштовна. Якщо ви принесете з кімнати пляшку води в ресторан, вам її порахують і попросять заплатити за ціною ресторану. Також якщо ви купите напій за межами готелю (в готельному ресторані ціна у три рази дорожча ніж у магазині через дорогу) то вам теж запропонують за нього заплатити. Такі неприємні дрібниці і ставлення до гостей псує цілковите враження про готель. Загалом можна зробити висновок, що адміністрація готелю мусить не тільки тренувати персонал, який працює дуже сумлінно і є дуже привітним, а звернути увагу на менеджмент і вирішення проблем забруднення, активного відпочинку та переглянути цінову політику з огляду на те у якому місці знаходиться готель. Повертатися не планую. Обслуговуючому персоналу дяка!

Повертатися не планую. Обслуговуючому персоналу дяка!

Nhà mình đi 2 người lớn 1 trẻ em. Tới nơi có welcome drink, trong phòng có thư chào, hoa quả. Không gian nhiều cây xanh, hồ nước nên cảm giác thư giãn, mát mẻ. Có 4 hồ bơi gồm 2 hồ trẻ em nhỏ, 1 hồ oval có bể sục và 1 bể vô cực sát biển rất đẹp. Phòng thiết kế đẹp, rộng rãi, nhiều ánh sáng. Giường rộng, chăn đệm sạch sẽ. Trước khi book mình có đọc đánh giá trên gg và thấy điểm thấp do thái độ nhân viên kém, tuy nhiên khi tới nơi thì mình hài lòng vì dịch vụ và sự đón tiếp của các bạn. Điểm trừ là căn thường không hồ bơi thì sẽ chung vách với phòng bên cạnh nên cách âm kém, nghe rõ tiếng nói chuyện. Khu vực Kê Gà Bay chỉ có 1 resort này, ngoài ra không có hoạt động gì xung quanh, phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng.

the resort is pet friendly, which was the most important for us. villas size, design and amenities are great. this place is a good option for a weekend getaway from Saigon. the breakfast and menu have quite poor selection but some food was really delicious. I would say good value for the money paid

Base on the price this resort is very low quality, very very old. I booked a suite of 2 bedroom swimming pool view to stayed 2 nights. The room is very old, rusty bathroom , not clean , the tea cup old and rusty too 😰! The only good thing is the staffs is very helpful specialy the one serve at restaurant on breakfast. Food not really good but OK. The beach is quiet. The way to the beach not nice need some TLC & clean up for nicer view.

Khu nghỉ dưỡng nằm n*** ven biển, rất yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng. Resort k đc mới nhưng sạch sẽ và nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện. Nếu có dịp sau mình sẽ ghé lại nghỉ dưỡng tại đây.

I was referred to this resort by another friend, and I will recommend it to you. There are no shortage of resorts along this coastline, however, what makes this one extra nice is the size - it is not too big - that means the restaurant is not boisterous the pool is not crowded, and you can walk one end to the other. The pool is in awesome condition and the ocean is warm and very swimmable ! About an hour walk (turn right) down the beach and there is a large fishing village - go there after sunrise and all the fishermen are arriving and counting their catch ..

Khách sạn gần biển, tiện xuống tắm biển. Đi vào TX Lagi khoảng 6km. Dịch vụ ổn.

- relativ new hotel - the matress was really hard (not so good for me) - clean - good value for money

Resort dễ thương lắm, chỉ có máy lạnh hơi cũ nên sẽ có phòng không được mát lắm, còn lại rất 👍
