Sorprendido porque tanto en el Restaurante como en el bar a partir de las 16.30h no se pueda comer nada, ni un sanwich, al permanecer cerradas las cocinas Al ser un establecimiento cercano a varios parques naturales con actividades deportivas de todo tipo se debería tener en cuenta q las mismas pueden finalizar fuera de los horarios habituales de comida Gracias

Comprei um pack família para 2 adultos e 2 crianças com acesso ao spa e jantar incluído. O check-in só se realiza a partir das 15 h. Não recebi mais nenhuma informação específica do hotel. Fiz o check-in por volta das 17h e sou informada que as crianças só têm acesso à piscina a partir das 13h e com última entrada às 16h30, por isso já não podiam ir à piscina. A rececionista foi extremamente desagradável. Ocorreu uma grave falha de comunicação do hotel porque comprei um pack com acesso à piscina que não era possível realizar. Felizmente a rececionista que estava à noite não era a mesma e foi bastante compreensiva com a situação tendo permitido que usufruíssemos do spa em família no dia seguinte entre as 13 e as 14h30.

La habitación muy limpia y el servicio muy amable.
Lo único que mejoraría por mejorar algo seria la temperatura de las piscinas del spa que estaban un poco frías.
Las señoritas de recepción muy majas y todo el hotel estaba muy limpio.

El personal atento amable y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema que te surgiera la habitación muy limpias el desayuno fenomenal y el trato hacia los clientes en este caso hacia nosotros excepcional, en el hotel hay una cafetería restaurante que comes muy bien y económico, en especial el hotel le doy un 10 sobre 10 por el trato hacia mí soy discapacitado y voy en silla de ruedas y ha ido todo muy bien, no ha habido ninguna barrera o obstáculo para Mí.

El alojamiento es increíble, un antiguo balneario que ha sido remodelado para adaptarse al siglo XXI sin perder su esencia histórica. El desayuno es magnífico tanto por si calidad y variedad como por la sala en la que se sirve.
Sin duda lo mejor es la cercanía y amabilidad del personal, que desde el momento en el que llegas te hace sentir cómo en casa.
Una experiencia inolvidable que seguro repetiremos en los próximos años.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed the breakfast - they had even freshly squeezed orange juice, different kinds of fruit, cheese, ham, sausage, bread and sweets. Also excellent espresso and other coffee drinks. Room was nice and included a bath. Everything was stylish and modern. Service was excellent also.
Fist I was little worried about traffic noise but windows were soundproofing and the traffic was very low, so it.wasn’t problem at all.

The ancient ruins and modern style are perfectly integrated. There is a beautiful swimming pool, free parking, and a Michelin restaurant. The food is rich, fine and affordable. The bathroom is spacious, comfortable and practical.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, 1 and a half hours drive from the European Mountain National Park, breakfast is a la carte, thief stick, it is strongly recommended to choose breakfast, very worth it. The room has been newly renovated and the bathroom is a bit old. The parking lot can be charged and it is very convenient.

GGuest UserI bought a family pack for 2 adults and 2 children with access to the spa and dinner included. The check-in is only from 15 a.m. I haven't received any more specific information from the hotel. I check in around 17:00 and I am informed that children have access to the pool only from 13:00 and with the last entry at 16:30, so they couldn't go to the pool anymore. A serious failure in the hotel communication occurred because I bought a pack with access to the pool that was not possible to do. Fortunately, the receptionist who was at night was not the same and was quite understanding the situation, allowing us to enjoy the spa in the family the next day between 13 and 14:30.
