Hotel terbaik di Buffalo

Spent two days here- the room was huge and comes with fridge and microwave. The hotel itself and room was extremely clean. My family and I enjoyed the time we spent here.

We stayed here September 28 as part of our Niagara bus tour. I wish we knew that the hotel was next to a TGIF. IWe could have had a late dinner here instead of the overpriced food court where our tour bus took us. The room was fairly comfortable although we had to ask for additional towels as they only supplied us with two when we are a party of four. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. As with most hotels during this pandemic, they have done away with items that could be a potential health hazard like drinking glasses and tiny soap bars. They instead have those bottled soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Unfortunately our conditioner dispenser did not work. I was excited to find a Kcup single brewer in the room but alas that too did not work. The HIE offered a warm breakfast of freshly prepared mini pancakes, egg and cheese omelet, sausage. One can opt for a healthy fare of yogurt and fruit. Understandably they only had bananas and apples as an option. I am writing this to keep the management aware and accountable for the safety issue I reported to the front desk. The door of room 303 requires brute force to open. One has to literally kick the door in to open from outside. My brother and nephew had to pull the door open to let us out. Obviously this is a quick fix but certainly one that should not be delayed or ignored. I hope management will take note of this report.

It is under renovation so it was pretty noisy and inconvenient. However, the staffs are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is awesome. I booked three rooms for our families and ourselves. They looked nice and clean. It was a nice staying.

More than anything, the customer service stood out to me. The staff was absolutely great!

Our whole experience was bad from start to finish. We had pre-booked our stay and at check-in were treated with derision seemingly because we had reserved through a third party company. When we were told we had a room with a king bed I asked if we could have multiple beds, as we were an adult child and parent, and were told they were fully booked and had no other rooms. Not a big deal, but the whole interaction was just very cool. The person checking in ahead of us and beside us were offered bottled water and cookies, but not us. Our room was very run down (see pictures) with warped water damaged floors, holes in the wall, sticky floors, a disgusting drain in the middle of the bathroom floor, yellow stains on the shower curtain - just overall grimy. It was also an adjoining room, so you could hear every word of the occupants in the other room. This proved to be troublesome when at midnight an alarm started going off in the adjoining room. After 15 minutes I called the front desk, explaining the situation and was again met with indifference. The response I got was ”uh huh”. ??? I then had to specifically ask him to assist with the issue. Like why else would I be calling? He called me back a few minutes later to tell me the people were not in the hotel but were coming back. When I asked if I knew how long that would be I got a snotty response that he had no control over how long that would be. Again I realize that but really, wouldn't that be something one would naturally ask? In the end the alarm continued until nearly 1 am. Surely the hotel could have entered and turned off the alarm, but I didn't dare ask! As a Hilton Honors member I have always enjoyed staying at a Doubletree, but this hotel has experience has left me disappointed and wary of staying at another one.

We just spent two nights at this stunning property while visiting the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area at the beginning of this month. Overall our stay was phenomenal from start to end. When we checked in, we got the warmest welcome from Meghan, the front office manager. She gave us the keys to both our rooms up on the 19th floor. We were assigned two rooms with 2 queen beds. (Rooms 1906 and 1918) Both the rooms overall were immaculate. We’ve stayed in both the rooms during our previous stays. The only con we have, (as I’ve mentioned before in previous reviews) are about how firm the mattresses are. They are extremely extremely hard. I hope one day they’ll replace the mattresses that are a little softer. The staff always take such great care of us during our stays and treat us like family. The service we have always received here has been incredible. That’s one of the main reasons why we keep coming back. The staff surprised us on our first night with a special note with a tray of a mixture of nuts and a big bottle of sparkling water. To whoever pulled this off, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. It really meant a lot. (See attached photos) The food in the M Club overall was super super good. They had scrambled eggs with a variety of cereals in the morning and light snacks later in the day. Every single staff member, (including all the housekeepers we encountered) couldn’t of been nicer to us. The staff here are absolutely incredible, the service you get here is equivalent to a Four Seasons. Overall that is the main reason why we keep coming back. This will always be our go-to hotel in the Buffalo. To the whole staff of the Buffalo Marriott at LECOM Harborcenter, thank you for making us feel right at home.

A friend insisted I stay at the Westin on my trip to see family in NY. My first trip last week in many years. My friend was right it was very nice. The hotel was quiet but that was okay. It added to my peaceful stay. I had a nice room on a higher floor the people at the desk were very helpful. I will go back again… Food was good too.
