Hotel Adelaide dengan Spa

After a disastrous meal the night before my wife and I decided to eat in house at the Pullman Hotel restaurant, SALT. The table service was excellent and we were both well respected as customers. Food quality was magnificent. I had a Braised Beef Short Rib that was perfectly cooked and my wife had the prawns. The prawns were bursting with flavour and they were cooked perfectly. Well done to the crew at SALT.

Check in was simple, we did request to check in slightly earlier as we had flown in from overseas, and they managed to have our room ready 30 min before ‘official’ check in so that was good. What was not however initially; was our room. After 30 min in the room my husband and I agreed that we needed to complain and ask for another room. The sheets on the bed… the carpet; everything smelt of body sweat, mixed with bad body odor. We opened every window despite the freezing cold weather. Reception manager was very good and came to check the room. He made no fuss to move us and we appreciated that. When internet server was prob I contacted re e option; and again they fixed the prob quickly. The apartment was cosy and clean; we were very happy with our overnight stay. I’d definitely steely recommend this hotel. Staff are really friendly

This is a great place to stay. We were 3 adults and stayed in 2 double beds x1 room.. plenty of space... comfortable beds... nice soft bedding... comfortable pillows. The shower is good pressure... a large bathroom. It's very bright and lots of light, and the mirror is great for putting on makeup. Nice large TV. Small desk if you're looking to do PC work. The shower gel and shampoo/ conditioner are supplied. Also has ironing board and iron. It's a lovely clean room. Will definitely be our home away from home when visiting Adelaide.

Have stayed in Adelaide many times for both business and holiday, and this hotel now will be my first choice. Great rooms and facilities, views, location, parking . Hotel restaurants are the best and great staff who are all friendly and go out of their way to help. You just dont get all that these days. Well done to all.

I don’t like a soft bed but managed to manipulate that with load of pillows. Lovely room. The hotel is clean and tidy and v professional staff. The restaurant is excellent and the bar is very good though drinks a bit pricey for Adelaide! I’d stay here again definitely. Close to the bus stop for Hahndorf and close to the mall and all the necessary monuments and buildings. The maid service was unimpressive. They drool No notice of the card I left stating what I’d not touched, items were missing from the fridge nibbles and they didn’t replace anything that was eaten over the stay. Pet or as wet like or nuts!

No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change
