This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

The hotel is conveniently located, there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, 5 minutes drive. The rooms are quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was not very good, there was no hot water. The breakfast is average.

Everything was great, the location was great for Arena Mty, except the prices of the products inside the hotel were ridiculously expensive. Everything else was great.

Location: As soon as you arrive in Monterey, you can check in in 5 minutes on foot without moving separately, and it was close to the airport, which was nice.
Meals: The breakfast was served in a simple buffet format, but the variety and taste were a bit ordinary. I ordered dinner and the quality of the food was good.
Facilities: The room facilities were clean and nice, as expected from Hilton.
The staff's service was also satisfactory.
I will use it again the next time I visit Monterey.

Maybe the hotel has been open for a long time, the surrounding environment is average. The interior of the hotel is similar to the 150 yuan hotel in the county town in China. The breakfast is very average.

I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the building next to the hotel. It was noisy for about 4 days because of the noise until dawn. The building next door seems to be a restaurant, but the sound of the event event is too loud for the music, and it was not soundproof. ...

CCarolina LanVery good, very satisfied, very clean, tidy, comfortable and professional, the bed is very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows have a beautiful view.
The public area is elegant and the elevator goes directly to the underground mall, which is very convenient.
The area where it is located, San Pedro, is also very safe and clean. Recommended, I will stay here again next time I go to Monterrey on a business trip.

GGuest UserThe first day was nothing grateful, we had some disadvantages , but when we went to express it at the reception the younger made us room change and offered us a improvement, good attention of the younger q was at reception on 30 June as 11 a.m. and The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. And with regard to the app the app offered breakfast at a price and when we were in the hotel was another price, it would be convenient that the app trip.com change that information no longer q does not match the information of the.hotel.

GGuest UserLocated 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

ЕЕлена РепинаWe rested in this hotel with our family from 04/30 to 05/04/2023, my husband and I were in the same room, and my mother-in-law was the other, the rooms were almost identical, with a few exceptions, there was no refrigerator in the mother-in-law's room, and in ours there was no table with chairs, which I was in my mother-in-law's room. Let's start with the positives of the hotel, very large and comfortable beds, which could accommodate up to 4 people, the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness of the rooms, the air conditioning works perfectly, there is food and drink delivery to the rooms, excellent location around the hotel there are many eateries, cafes and restaurants with a huge gastronomic variety, boutiques and shops with clothes, shoes, souvenirs, pharmacies, there are many currency exchange points nearby, a metro station. And now the cons: our rooms overlooked the hotel lobby, which is why the room was almost always semi-dark, which created a depressing state and we had to constantly be there with the lights on, there was no hair dryer in the rooms. Another inconvenient nuance was that only one electronic key (card) was given per room, but without this card you could not even take the elevator to your floor, because to ride the elevator you also had to put the key inside the elevator before choosing the floor , and without this, the elevator simply didn’t go anywhere, but even if you try to drive with another hotel guest using his card, you won’t be able to set several floors, the elevator will drop you off on the guest’s floor, so my husband and I had to go out everywhere together, since the second one is just could not get to the floor or to the room without this electronic key.

GGuest UserI stayed for 15 days this time and I think I will choose this place next time for following reason,
1. Delicious breakfast and reasonable price.
2. The room is clean and big enough, bed is comfy btw.
3. THE FREE CAFE IN THE LOBBY IS REALLY GOOD, ME GUSTA MUCHO I MEAN I LOVE IT!!!!
4. Very nice location, you can walk to walmart, sam‘s club, laundry place, some nice restaurants nearby…etc.
I stay in 3 different hotels in this trip, highly recommend this one, love it!
