I recently stayed at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and attentive service. My room was a true oasis, featuring modern amenities, a plush bed, and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout and the luxurious bathroom—definitely a highlight! The hotel’s dining options were superb. I indulged in a delightful breakfast buffet each morning, complete with fresh local ingredients and a variety of choices. The on-site restaurant for dinner was equally impressive, serving exquisite dishes that made every meal a treat. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local culture. After a day out, I loved unwinding by the pool, which provided a peaceful escape. Overall, my experience at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan was outstanding. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service, this is the place to be!

An old hotel located in the old town of Monterey. It looks like a large Chinese bath center. We stayed in the main building. The interior decoration and furniture are in the traditional European style. The hotel's location is pretty good, as it is in the old town and an old residential area. At the junction of the traditional residential area, it looks a bit shabby, and there are some beggars on the nearby streets; it is recommended to live in the old city near the central square (see the square in my pictures 5, 6, and 7). The hotel is better; the hotel has traditional Mexican food for breakfast. In the pedestrian street near the Old Town Square, there are also 2 small Chinese restaurants, which are opened by Cantonese and are relatively affordable.

It's under renovation but everyone did their best at the hotel to make our stay comfortable. It's generally quite clean, but it seems the shower wasn't cleaned very well or the same mop was used for the whole room. The shower floor had fluff remains or a little hair (not mine) every day. Other than that, the rest of the bathroom was always clean which is important for me. The bed linen was fresh from the beginning and although the furniture isn't new, it was all that was needed and in decent state. For a short stay it was perfect value for money an the staff service from reception, maintenance, and the drivers who take you around (it's hotel's courtesy!) made up for the little things that weren't perfect. Service was impecable,I'm grateful. It's quiet at night, the beds are comfortable, and the heating was working well. Expect an older hotel, it's not sparkly new and fancy, but it's definitely covering 10% of all basic necessities.

The decor is new, comparable to a budget hotel in China, and much better than other hotels near Monterey Airport. The breakfast selection was limited but very clean. The room was relatively small but very clean, and the air conditioning was new and not too noisy at night. Overall, I recommend it. The only thing I'm concerned about is that the air conditioning in the gym was broken.

The room was quiet, with a mountain view opposite. It was beautiful when the sun set in the afternoon. The hotel was large and seemed to have a long history. The lack of windows in the room was a drawback. The location was good, close to the city center.

This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

The price of hotels in Mexico has increased significantly. Except that it is more expensive than in previous years, there is nothing wrong with the hotel. The facilities and services are very good, and the breakfast is quite rich. The surrounding area is a little far from the shopping mall. Because it was night, I didn't go for a walk alone.

The first day was nothing grateful, we had some disadvantages , but when we went to express it at the reception the younger made us room change and offered us a improvement, good attention of the younger q was at reception on 30 June as 11 a.m. and The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. And with regard to the app the app offered breakfast at a price and when we were in the hotel was another price, it would be convenient that the app trip.com change that information no longer q does not match the information of the.hotel.

Although the room was not large, it was comfortable, the air conditioning unit seemed new and worked very well. We asked for another pillow and an additional blanket and staff came to deliver it to the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower, however no washcloths but I believe it is not the Mexican custom to use them. I have to mention that the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a 2 star hotel. Fresh juices (2 choices), yogurt (choice of 2 flavors) with an assortment of nuts, granola, grains and good coffee. As for hot food, there were 4 choices, including scrambled eggs with sausages, hot vegetables, among others. Various types of cereals with milk and an assortment of 'dulces', like biscuits worthy of a pastry to top it all off. The staff is very nice and we had a free shuttle bus to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure. Really cool.
