Going to this hotel was a nightmare; after entering my experiences are as following 1.Light in the lift was not working. 2. In the corridor there were insects and gutkha spits 3. Discarded furniture was kept in the corridor, with empty alcohol bottles, which had attracted mosquitoes and flies. 4. Bed sheet had spit spots, though they changed it after multiple requests. 5. Curtain was broken, wasroom was unhygienic 6. In the night we saw cockroaches in the room, that's when we decided to leave the hotel and booked another hotel, but the staff harassed us and didn't allow us to checkout, we spoke to the GM of this hotel through one guy's phone then they allowed us to checkout. 7. I forgot my blazer in the room, which when I went to collect in the hotel, they refused to return, when we found it in the room, this guy in the picture ran behind us to hit us. 8. Staff threatened us saying ”This is not Delhi we can hit you and show you that this is Agra” Please be aware before booking this hotel that staff is aggressive and unprofessional ***** with all the issues i mentioned above.

Very very average hotel. Rooms with no amenities. You have to ask for it all ghee the time for towl saop water etc. Located in baluganj very very average

Staff were very friendly. I was ill during that time and they arranged luke warm water for me and even helped us in traveling agra even though it was not included in their services.

Hotel is nice, room was also good, breakfast was also good and Mr. Sonu Sharma was good in his services... I would like to bring in notice that, i stayed in room 211 with my brother and sister-in-law, means 3 persons. At the time of check in i clearly offered at Reception counter to make my room 3500 All Inclusive for 3 persons with breakfast. Receptionist denied for the same. I paid full amount of INR 3920 for 3 persons and got mattress as well in the room. The point is the Invoice Bill which i got is for only 2 adults, which means the person cheated and manipulated the system. He did not show 3 persons in tge system only 2 and asked only 2 ID's, but in Arruval & Departure Register i have mentioned 3 guests entry. Not only this, we 3 had tea the morning staff at reception firstly asked cash, i did not had it i asked for UPI, i paid via UPI into his account but not got bill of that INR 160. Again the cheating is being done. Main nahi likhta ye sab agar ye baat jab maine saamne se offer kia ke paise rakh lo, tab badi badi baat kia ke hamara hotel ye sab nahi karta delhi se controlling hoti hai etc etc. And in the end aap logo ne paise chori kie aur kia wahi jo maine aapko offer kia tha......

Lokasi pengangkutan: Hotel ini hanya 5km dari Lapangan Terbang Agra dan 1km dari Stesen Kereta Api Agra. Lokasinya tidak buruk, tetapi agak jauh dari Taj Mahal dan memerlukan tuk-tuk, yang memakan waktu sekitar 20 minit. Kesan keseluruhan: Hotel ini adalah bangunan gaya Inggeris dengan sejarah lebih daripada seratus tahun. Sebelum ia dapat dilihat, pemiliknya haruslah keluarga tempatan yang besar. Pada masa kini, masih terdapat banyak potret foto pemilik sebagai lukisan hiasan. Watak-wataknya bermaruah dan berpakaian kemas. Boleh disimpulkan bahawa orang yang boleh menyimpan gambar yang jelas sedemikian pada era itu mestilah berasal dari luar biasa, mungkin seorang putera raja. Perkhidmatan meja depan adalah sangat baik. Ada hadiah selamat datang sebaik sahaja kami tiba di hotel. Keluarga kami yang terdiri daripada tiga orang masing-masing memberikan sekumpulan kalungan bunga di leher kami, dan kami juga meletakkan titik merah pada kening, yang dikatakan sebagai tanda tuah. Kesan bilik tetamu: Bilik-bilik ini sangat bergaya tempatan. Dari tempat tidur hingga ke meja solek, semua perabotnya sangat tua dan lama. Bilik ini dilengkapi dengan TV dan bilik mandi juga sangat besar. Di samping itu, disebabkan perbezaan suhu yang besar antara pagi dan petang, setiap bilik juga dilengkapi Dengan pemanas minyak, ia sangat hangat. Kemudahan awam: Hotel ini mempunyai taman Inggeris dengan buaian dan kerusi santai di taman. Terdapat juga kolam renang di halaman belakang. Persekitarannya baik. Anda boleh melihat monyet di hotel. Perkhidmatan katering: Restoran hotel terletak di tingkat satu dan menyediakan perkhidmatan katering sepanjang cuaca. Sarapan pagi boleh. Selepas makan tengah hari di hotel, harganya lebih mahal, kelajuan hidangan perlahan, dan rasa rata-rata, jadi tidak digalakkan. Hotel ini secara keseluruhannya sangat tempatan. Kakitangan adalah penuh perhatian dan sopan. Apabila kami pergi, kami juga memberikan setiap daripada kami gula-gula yang dibungkus dengan cantik. Ia berbaloi untuk tinggal di Agra.

Small cockroaches are everywhere in the hotel. If you leave a tea cup on table after finishing your tea. After sometime you will find one roaming in the cup. At night they take over the floor, as soon as you dim the lights. Rats in the kitchen are other pests.
