Ulasan Sentido Bellevue Park

Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service times, exacerbated by a rushed closure of the restaurant while patrons were still dining. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, resembling a cesspool rather than a recreational facility, and the behavior of the lifeguard was unprofessional, as he prioritized reprimanding guests over fulfilling his duties.

We are very satisfied with our stay @ Sentido Bellevue park, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff.,they were very helpful. We spend a good time with the entertainment team ,they are so great… Our room was modern ,beautiful and clean.

We visited this hotel for the first time. On appearance the hotel looked very nice and clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 for the staff in all departments They gave us an introduction talk and let us know what parts of the hotel are available and which aren’t due to it being out of season. When we got there, check in wasn’t open just yet so they told us to go to the restaurant and get some lunch. In terms of food, I had a mixed review on it. I felt like the food was very mid. I think the options could have been varied. I got tired of eating fish constantly. They do have a variety of options however due to them being cooked in stews and stuff my stomach didn’t like it. However my family enjoyed. I would say that the restaurant does need upgrading, it gets very crowded as there not much space. Would like to give a big shout out to Wahib and Lufti they were amazing at the restaurant. They were very kind, helpful and efficient especially Wahib. He would set our table with flowers and candles and etc. We really did appreciate it so tipped them and left them gifts for when we left. In terms of the rooms, we had the family room with sea view. It was really big honestly 5 of us slept in the rooms. The rooms were regularly cleaned and big shout out to our cleaner aswell, she did well! Also tipped her!! Air conditioner worked well and so did the heating when needed. No complaints about the room. The bathroom I would say needs updating, i didn’t like the fact it was a bathtub shower, but other than that, really nice. Had wardrobe space enough for 5 people. As it was winter season, the pools were open but too cold to use so we used the indoor pool which was good. The children loved it. We were there over Christmas and they celebrated the holiday aswell. They decorated the hotel and celebrated the day on the 24th. It was very nice how inclusive they were. Uploaded some pics to show how they celebrated. Would recommend to others! Wonderful place and people. Room very clean Food delicious and a lot of choice Best of all , the entertainment team always smiling,doing them job with heart and love,. The shows was excellent,. The animation team are amazing and welcoming. We taught them the dance for “Candy” and we had such a fun time . The hotel staff are really helpful and the customer service is great. Great weather even in November and a lovely heated pool.

Been there for a week with family and all I can said is such a lovely time start from the restaurant staff. Bar and especially life guards who make our holiday one of the best They were very friendly and check about us all time especially the one at tower box who were extremely professional with big smile and such a amazing guy . Definitely we going back one day

On arrival at Bellevue park the entrance was amazing beautiful hotel. Our room was not ready for us on arrival. We were treated so well all staff could not be more welcoming. Go for lunch have a walk then we were taking to our room by Lofti he is so funny. Went to the pool and all over hotel all the staff restaurant waiters bar boys life guards amination team everyone was friendly and welcoming over our full week. Nothing was a bother for them to care and make our holiday brilliant I felt very safe in the hands of all the staff The Medina was an amazing experience and I would love to go back our guide took us to all the places we wanted to banter and haggled with shop owners. It's our first time at that hotel and we really love it it's super and we will book other holiday here room is very comfortable and large food is pretty good and atmosphere is incredible especial thanks for all the entertainment team Mondo and crew we love it all the show that they made at night thanks for that lovely holiday

Stayed at this hotel in September 2024. The hotel: The hotel is beautifully maintained and very clean. Restaurant: plenty of variety of food, also caters for vegetarians and vegans Animation: The team are friendly and very hard working. They do activities in the daytime such as volleyball, Archery, aquagym & water polo. The evening shows are really good. There is a kids club running from 10:00- 12:00 and 15:00-17:00 which keeps the little ones entertained. I will be returning again next year.

Currently stating at Bellevue Park This is the best Hotel in Tunisia, beautiful room with sea view upgraded when we arrived to a suite thank you. The Entertainment team work hard day and night keeping guests busy with sports games and nightly shows working hard to include all who wish to take part the restaurant provides food for all tastes with plenty available throughout the day. Reception staff are friendly and helpful if you have questions. We have already booked for our 2025 stay at this fabulous hotel
