Hotel Al Khobar dengan Spa

من افضل الاماكن في الخبر سكنت أنا وأسرتي في فترة العيد فعلا خدمه خمس نجوم من جميع الموظفين من ناحيه النظافه فعلا ممتازة وايضا الاكل والشرب رائع جدا اشكر جميع طاقم العمل علي ما قدموا لي من خدمات وايضا الاستقبال رائع

The room itself was undeniably impressive. Spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, it provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. However, my enthusiasm was dampened upon encountering an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. Moving on to dining, the restaurant experience was decent but not outstanding. While the food was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet the high expectations one would associate with the InterContinental brand. The culinary offerings lacked the wow factor that sets top-tier hotels apart. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. I found the service at the reception to be subpar, particularly from Ahmed. Not as helpful or accommodating as one would expect from staff at a renowned hotel chain, his demeanor left much to be desired. Additionally, I was puzzled by the hotel's policy of splitting the rooms and restricting access to certain facilities. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient to limit guests to using only the gym in their building, especially considering the amenities available in other parts of the hotel.

‏ ما شاء الله الفندق ما أعطيه يعني صراحة ممتاز ممتاز بالنسبة للأكل والطلبات اللي على الكافي والمكان المكان اللي فيه صراحة فندق ممتاز ي حتى يعني ديكور المطعم ديكور الاستقبال ديكور الغرف ما شاء الله يعني الفندق يستاهل اكثر واكثر واشكر لله مصعب علي الخدمه شكرااا

استمتعت كثيرا بالإقامة والمكان هادئ جدا وأكثر الأمور المحببة لى الحفاوة فى الاستقبال وسرعة أداء الخدمة وارشحة لأى شيه يحتاج إلى إقامة هادئة ... شكرا هوليداي إن الخبر على الاقامة الرائعة وعلى امل إن أتى إليكم مرارت عديدة فى المستقبل

الخدمه سيئة جدا ومستوى الفندق لا يندرج ابدا تحت فئه الخمس نجوم للاسف مستوى نجمه واحده فقط سواء كان من متابعه نزلاء او التواصل او الاحترام غير ان مستوى النظافه غير لائق بالمره بمستوى فندق متواجد بالمنطقه الشرقيه ولن اكرر زيارة مثل هذا الفندق ابدااااا غير ان التعامل من الادارة غير محترف تماما ولا انصح اي احد بالاقامه في هذا الفندق ولا يأتى منهم الا الاعتذار فقط

لديهم أفضل مدرب رياضي في العالم (من وجهة نظري) اسمه جاويد، هندي الجنسية، أنصح به، متواجد في الجيم تبع الفندق، و أعطاني أفضل نصائح فيما يخص التمارين وبناء الجسم والعضلات، وكذلك يعطي نصائح في التغذية والنظام الغذائي، خبرته أكثر من 20 سنة في التدريب الرياضي

The hotel is exceptionally nice and clean, providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are of a good size, offering ample space for relaxation and convenience. Additionally, the hotel’s location is superb, situated near the beach, making it an ideal spot for those who enjoy seaside activities and scenic views. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, combining cleanliness, comfort, and a prime location.”

However it is a very nice looking hotel, the housekeeping could be improved. The shower had black dirty corners, also the hose was too short and due to this I had to bend down to wash my hair. I stayed 5 nights and on two last days I had to ask for clean towels since housekeeping had forgotten to put them there one night and on the second instance they came after 20.00 hrs!!

موظف الاستقبال عبدالله شخص لطيف ولا يتكرر بصراحه واحب اشكره على اسلوبه الراقي بعض الموظفين يحبب الشخص في المكان والغرف حلوه وسيعه وعجبني النظام الجديد الذي تم تركيبه وشكرا لكم ولي زياره قريبه ان شاء للله
