Hotel berhampiran Igreja Paroquial de São José de Ferreiras, Albufeira

Arrived on our first family holiday with our baby booked 1 bedroom pool view apartment. It was ready on our arrival and as described very clean and comfortable. A number of days our dream holiday turned into nightmare….. it was 4.28am and we were woken by those who were staying in the room above us laughing, jumping around, moving furniture it continued for over an hour as it was our first disturbance and sounded like a few young girls we gave them the benefit of doubt that was was going to be a once off… the following night not a sound however my god did they make up for it the following night/early morning it started at 5:45am our baby woke and my husband had no option but to go to reception however it continued. After breakfast I went to reception to speak with management again explained my grievance only to be asked if I wanted to change room now due to fact it was no fault of ours and traveling with a baby I genuinely did not see why we as a family should move room (I would be of the option the party causing the problem should be moved) !!! We received no satisfaction from reception apology was given. On returning to our apartment later that afternoon there was a printed apology along with 3 apples 3 oranges and bottle of water for inconvenience we had suffered… whilst we appreciated there token it genuinely didn’t make up for the disturbances. Unfortunately I won’t be returning

리뷰가 극과극으로 갈리는 곳.. 가보니 이유를 알겠습니다 시설, 서비스는 좋아요 수영장에 세탁건조기(성능은 영) 사우나 스파까지 무료로 이용 가능하고 건물구조가 특이허지만(1,8층 리셉션, 엘베 2대 갈아타기 등)적응하면 괜찮습니다 저희는 택시가 길을 못 찾아서 캐리어끌고 언덕을 올랐는데, 1층 리셉션은 spar 마트쪽에 있어요. 친절하긴 한데 에어컨 고장으로 2번이나 불렀는데도 안와서 그냥 포기했습니다 여기는 올드타운 한가운데, 사실 위치보고 예약했는데 그야말로 클럽거리 한가운데 있어서 숙소 안에 있어도 밤새 콘서트장에서 지내는 기뷴입니다 방음이 안되어 새벽 5시까지는 함께 즐기셔야해요 이 소음이 외국분 리뷰 표현처럼 어나더레벨ㅋㅋ입니다 세계여행 하는데 여긴 참 애매해요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 조식도 나쁘지 않은데 그냥 애매합니다…. 개인적으로는 알부페이라 딱 이 골목만 아니면 덜 시끄럽고 좋을듯 해요!!

Although the room was comfortable with all the amenities including a safe whos fee was non refundable {why} . The shower cubicle was so teeny you cannot turn around in it without hitting the faucet. We complained and they were kind enough to offer us a different room. A great gesture by the hotel manager, she came to personally apologise. Very centrally located and the fornt desk staff were superb.

Gorgeous hotel, very close to 2 beaches, walking distance to *****, but not so close that you can hear all the parties! Room was lovely, cocktails very good, staff very friendly & welcoming! Only thing I would comment less that 5/5 is there was almost no vegan options at the breakfast, which was a shame as we had paid for breakfast included and I couldn’t eat much! Anyway other than that amazing hotel, will definitely stay here again!

Travel - went with Jet2holidays - so organised from start to finish. Jet2 Rep (at hotel) - Nice English lady and a local resident, so she knew the resort well and was really helpful. Hotel Location - 2 minutes from the hotel to the beach, so fabulous. We just took the hotel towels to the beach (and did not hire a sunbed) which was fine. Towel exchange in pool bar daily, so also convenient on the way back. Also, come out of the hotel reception walk to the main road, turn left and walk for 10-15 mins and you are in the old town, lovely on an evening and has plenty of shops and stalls (day / evening). Turn right on main road and walk to the new town 10-15 mins, more bars, restaurants etc. Both destinations nice, depends what you are after, our fav. was the Old Town. Room - we emailed the hotel prior to arrival and asked for the main block. The room was clean, tidy and huge. So we cannot thank the staff enough for the room allocation. Yes, we could hear the restaurant above us, but for the room size, views etc we had nothing but positive feedback. We would ask for the room again, in the main block on return, so many thanks to the admissions team. Pools - There is the main outside pool with the snack bar, another quieter outside pool and a heated indoor pool. We didn't have trouble ever getting a bed (2/3 weeks in Sept). We liked the heated pool at the end of the day. Food - Main restaurant, good selection of salad, cold meats, breads, soup, meats, fish and drinks etc. For this 3 star hotel we could not fault it. There are two sittings for the main restaurant. There is also a snack bar by the main pool open from 11.00, should you not want lunch back in the main restaurant. Entertainment Team - work hard and long hours, nice bunch of people and having to deliver a wide variety programme to suit all is a difficult task. The end of the season pool party on the 21st Sept, was fun (and we are not young), so catered for all ages. Hop on Hop off Tour train, great value - bought the combined day trip, hop on and off and there are two trains (red & blue route). The pick up point is 5 mins from the hotel on the main road (at the roundabout). Overall - Fab stay, great location and would definitely return to the hotel.

Bon service et chambre élégante et récente. Petits reproches: pas de miroir grossissant dans la salle de bain, ni de peignoir de bain à disposition. Petits déjeuners corrects. Vous êtes à 10 min à pieds de la plage. Sinon un véhicule est indispensable pour bouger car le quartier est très calme.

Amazing place, 2 big bedrooms we booked and they were huge. Clean in general. Had all kitchen and catering amenities. Staff was kind. For the price it was a steal. Highly recommend this place. It’s about 12 min drive to albufeira center. There’s a Aldi in 5 min drive very handy. The place has a common swimming pool we did not use it as it was still a bit chilly and we were tired too. Lot of parking around inside the villa. The only downsides I can say and they are minor the shower could be slightly better spray that’s it. 5/5 for me.

My 5 stars goes to the apartments not Vilamoura itself. One of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in A credit to the cleaners from the apartments to the public areas all spotless. Free air con included Rooms large and spacious, hob and microwave but no oven. Pool is freezing even in July but lovely once your dunked in! Plenty of sun beds. Spar around 5 mins walk. Use Uber much cheaper than local taxis reception will tell you not to use but just ignore we had no issue in 10 days , Uber for up to 4 people around 5 euros we got dropped off at restaurant il trio and walked down the steps to the harbour . Turn right by the Irish bar use the steps to the right this will bring you to a lovely square of restaurants. Vilamoura itself looks the part but I would not return. Look up and you will see the massage parlours and the **** supermarket, up the side and back streets you will see the gentlemen’s clubs and massage parlours with an atm conveniently situated outside of each. Although this will cause you no problems I couldn’t help but notice the girls outside the massage parlour, drunken men leaving barely able to walk never mind anything else ! On the back and side streets the girls do stand in the doorway calling to the men as they walk past, this will cause you no bother as they are spaced out and it’s done very discreetly, I just find it contradicts what Vilamoura claims to be. It’s easy to just ignore it and not see it if you choose not to. I’m sure it is happens everywhere I’ve just never noticed it before. The marina is lovely, food expensive nice for a few drinks sat overlooking the marina. Would never return though.

Booked a 3-night twin room to attend a friend's lecture in Lagoa. The hotel, or better, motel is excellent for those on wheels, not for those on foot. If you have disabilities find another town in the Algarve. Some sets of stairs do not have rails, you have to go round the entrance to physically 'get in'. The reception has only 1 staff member when off-season, be prepared and do it all online. Forget questions about taxis, transportation, and restaurant advice is really subjective. The room was very comfortable, the second door to a set of stairs (curled) with direct access to the car park/entry of the hotel area was not. Cold and humidity pass through the doors (front door leading to corridor inside as well), as doors need maintenance. Breakfast is good and varied, for all tastes, except gluten-free options. Internet signal very weak, had to use phone data package. Check-in is only at 4pm. Pro's. besides what I already mentioned: bus terminal 5 min walk, good restaurants each way 5 min walk (one is just next door), supermarket passing the roundabout, beds very comfortable. You can walk to the centre (10 min walk) but the town is without interest, unless you are there for an event, for those on foot, you can stay here and get to know other nearby cities in the Algarve by bus, as the terminal is so close, and it is not expensive to go around by bus.
