The food and catering service was excellent. It will be grossly unfair if we do not make special mention of the extraordinary courtesy and service rendered by one, Mr. Ahmed Masry (FB). Regret I cannot say the same for Housekeeping who had to be reminded to replace the used tumblers and replenish the water bottles. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

جميل الفندق بطرازه القديم يعيشك في حقبة تاريخية من القرن الماضي ، طاقم الفندق متعاون وبشوش جداً ، واحب اشكر الاخت فرحة على استقبالها اللطيف . الفطور كان جيد وانصح بزيارة المطعم العلوي sky views للاستمتاع بالوجبات اليونانية والايطالية والاستماع للفنان المباشر

كافيه اسكاندارونا ده اكتر مكان بحبه و برتاح فيه احلى فيو فى الدنيا على كورنيش الاسكندريه و على البحر و الاستاف كلهم اكثر من رائعين و تحس انك فى بيتك اولهم مستر عبدالرحمن مدير المكان شخص خلوق جدا و محترم و دايما عارف انا عايزه من قبل ما اتكلم و الخدمه ممتازه فى المكان كله و طبعا مقدرش انسى محمد و احمد و سرعتهم فى الخدمه و العظمه فى الاكل و الشرب واللى تطلبه تلاقيه فى لحظتها .. انا احلامى هنا كلها بلاقيها فى اسرع وقت و دايما الخميس و الجمعه فى حفله حلوه اوى و تسمعوا احلى صوت ماهر سعد و اغانى زمان اللى بتطربنا كلنا و تخلينا مبسوطين وفى موود جميل احلى مكان برتاح فيه طول اقامتى فى الفندق فى الصبح و الليل دايما موجودين و جاهزين للخدمه شكرا ليكم على تعبكم 😍

Room 1103 Pros: - good location (somehow central) - facing the sea - good breakfast, and could use some improvement for a 4 star hotel - friendly check-in agents Cons: - DIRTY. I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while. Long story short: you can find better
