Hotel Almaty dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Breakfast is luxurious, did not expect such amount for a budget hotel. However, for improvement, I advise to provide heating facilities for the food such as microwave oven. The location is far from the city center but the superb bus services provide seamless connectivity to the city center. The location is also close to the airport, accessible by bus number 33 and 41. The room service is also commendable, they did not forget to top-up my coffee, tea and sugar, and even replace my towels and clean the toilet. However, guests are to be reminded that they will enter your room to do those, even though you hanged the 'do not disturb' label on your door knob, which I think is not acceptable. The receptionist is not particularly friendly, never smile, but he can understand and speak english well. However, be mindful if you have some disputes and try to discuss with him, he may not entertain you or pretend not to understand you, which I found very rude.

Location is good and around there have many restaurants. The room is big and clean. Opposite side there is an exchange which is very convenient. In here, many thanks to the Reservation manager, KAIRAT, he is very kind and helpful. He helped us to arrange the multi days tour. The tour was very good. Another thing is, we have overbooked one more night after the tour and he helped us to cancel it without any additional charges.

It is an old hotel and needs a lot of work in terms of coming up to standards. The service was just average. The rooms were not great, bathroom was well below standards. Complimentary breakfast very limited and not up to the mark. The location of the hotel is great though. Difficult to recommend.

房間不大，夠用，單人床是0.8米。 其他配套夠用。燒水壺，拖鞋都有。 早餐一般。不變樣。 好處就是離展館近，出酒店就是展館，周邊有商場超市。兑換錢的地方也近。 有一天，下午回酒店，房間未放礦泉水，打電話給前台，説給送。一個小時過去沒消息，下樓前台要，被告知需要花錢！！ 其他無多收費用，離店衹要交房卡，説一聲即可。

優點：這個酒店位置好，離步行街比較近。早餐還可以，熱菜很少，水果比較全。 缺點：空調聲音大比較吵，房間清潔比較敷衍，第一天有洗漱用品，兩瓶沐浴露洗髮水，第二天沐浴露洗髮水減半了，第三天居然沒有一次性牙刷牙膏了（⊙o⊙）。早餐是7-10點，第二天七點半下樓吃早餐説今天是8點開始。第一天入住發現有桌子沒有椅子😑，入住兩天WiFi無法上網，問了幾次説在修，第三天網絡有了，頻繁掉線，什麼都打不開，還得用國外的流量。 建議：服務可以更細緻一些，房間清潔應該標準化流程化。很多國外的客户沒有本地手機卡上網很貴，這一點很重要。希望後續可以改善一下。

酒店靠近市中心，距離潘菲洛夫公園大概3站距離，車程15-20分鐘，距離歌劇院前的步行街、阿拜大街路程大約25-30分鐘，交通比較方便，門口就有公交站，附近也有多條公交線路經過；屬於精品老牌酒店，傢俱設施都比較復古，有種厚重感和年代感，房間設施維護得也很好，床品和熱水很舒服；早餐豐盛，味道也很好，水果和點心都好吃；服務到位，英語溝通順暢，因為要趕早班車還給打包了早餐；但不知道是不是樓下的空調，2樓的房間後面幾天總聽得到嗡嗡的機器聲音，有點不太安靜的噪音。

Front desk staffs are helpful to any enquiry and  made arrangements for our transportation to the airport 👍 The cleaning crew is very responsive ( especially one middle aged lady , a bit plump). Probably our room is located at the end and hidden behind the corridor ( room no 5014) , they probably have missed. We requested her to clean the room and job accomplished 👍👍  The only setback is the bad smells of vape at the breakfast lounge. The seats are not suitable for dining.

Subject: Excellent Location, but Overpriced and Outdated Rooms I stayed at Hotel Kazakhstan in Almaty for more than 10 days, drawn initially by its prime location. The hotel’s location is indeed its biggest strength—bang on the main road with excellent accessibility to various parts of the city, making it convenient for travelers. The property itself is a heritage hotel, and while it has its charm, the overall experience was mixed. The hotel is quite old, though the upkeep and concierge services were commendable. However, the parking facility was a major issue. During snowfall, it became extremely messy, and entering the hotel was quite challenging. Regarding the rooms, my experience varied throughout the stay: • The initial superior room booked online was decent, offering good space and facilities. • The “supreme premium superior” room I opted for later was disappointing—it was smaller, with a worse layout and fewer amenities than the superior room, which was surprising and frustrating. • For the last three days, I upgraded to a junior suite. While it offered more space, the layout and overall upkeep of the room felt outdated, leaving much to be desired. A consistent issue across all three rooms was the drainage system in the washrooms, which was poorly maintained and created unnecessary inconvenience. The breakfast provided as part of the stay had a wide selection and was good. However, the menu did not change for all nine days, which became monotonous for a longer stay. Room dining, though available, could be significantly improved in terms of quality and variety. Overall, while the location of Hotel Kazakhstan is unbeatable and perfect for those who want to stay in the heart of the city, the property feels overpriced given the outdated facilities and lack of variety in services. I would only recommend it to travelers with a good budget who prioritize location and heritage charm over modern amenities.
