Saya datang ke perhimpunan sarapan kontinental. Oleh kerana saya hanya seorang, jadi pelayan memberi saya setengah hidangan. Terdapat piring keju, piring ham, salmon asin, roti, Yogurt, kopi, buah, dan lain-lain, separuh tidak cukup untuk dimakan haha. 8⃣️ Taman belakang hotel adalah tarikan utama. Pada awalnya, saya hanya melihat gambar taman belakang sebelum memikirkan tempahan, tetapi pada musim sejuk di Amsterdam, cuaca tidak memuaskan, sama ada cuaca mendung atau hujan, saya melihat banyak gambar bersih, musim bunga Taman yang penuh dengan tulip sangat menawan. 👉 Halaman belakang Waldorf Astoria adalah halaman peribadi terbesar di Amsterdam, dan tersenarai sebagai warisan budaya dunia ~

We decided to splurge on this 5 star hotel for a long anticipated family reunion. Unfortunately the experience was marred by a series of disappointments caused by utterly incompetent hotel staff. When I called ahead on the day of our arrival to request an early check-in the hotel rep. sternly informed me that I would have to pay a 120 Euro charge for the privilege! We are experienced travelers and never have we encountered such a demand. We took our chances regardless and decided to show up 2 hours early. Sure enough, our room was already ready and we were allowed to occupy it at no extra charge. Things really started to go south when a limousine that I had arranged for separate airport pickup of my daughter’s family through the concierge showed up at the airport unequipped with a baby car seat. I had expressly requested this when I booked the service. This was also specified in the booking confirmation sent by email to me by the concierge. The reaction I later got when I complained to the concierge was that I was not charged extra for the baby seat - as if this was the main issue! Furthermore, this was the first time that I was informed of such a charge, as no mention of this had been made in the email confirmation of the limo reservation which I originally received from the concierge. More importantly, what is more concerning is the utter indifference he showed for the safety of a guest’s infant grandchild. All that concerned him was the money angle to the failure. Things soon got worse. When we checked into our room we lifted the bed cover to discover several hairs and multiple red and yellow stains. Unbelievably, the chambermaid had neglected to change the bedsheets. This, in a 5 star hotel! After we called reception, staff was quickly sent to our room to change them. We never heard further from management about this. We later had dinner at Serre restaurant onsite and left the place hungry. The chef seems to focus on presentation and less on the reasonableness of the portions. My wife had a fish main course which was equivalent to 3 forkfuls. The minuscule dessert was pretty to look at but was grossly inadequate even for one person. The restaurant style is a throwback to the old Nouvelle Cuisine school. For the icing on the cake: a voucher for a round of drinks on the house at the rooftop bar that the guest services manager had kindly given me was bungled by the bar staff. When I arrived home I discovered a mysterious charge of 66 Euros by the Twenty-Third Floor Bar. The bar staff set new standards of incompetence in taking my voucher and charging me anyway.I had to call the hotel for credit but I am losing money anyway from the spread in exchange rates used by credit card companies. To be fair, the Superior View room was extremely spacious and comfortable with a magnificent view. The large pool and ample spa facilities were enjoyable and a significant convenience . I travel for work and frequent hotels on a weekly basis for the last 16 years, usually Hampton inns or holiday inns. I have never had a breakfast remotely as good as what this hotel serves! There was such a variety of different foods, and we would get a great start to our day with a full belly! Was nice as we could skip lunch as prices were so high at the restaurants. Room was nice and otherwise typical of a Hampton Inn.

Very beautiful and modern interior design with strong attention to details. Walls are in this gorgeous deep green decorated with gold/natural wood furniture and fixtures. The blackout curtains are a huge plus for a good night’s sleep and they maximised their bathrooms by splicing out the shower and the toilet! Comfy stay and lovely staff. Highly recommend and will book again in the future

Great hotel for prices, Worth the visit Breakfast a little overpriced but not surprised considering the star level. Its a little out the way but if you know public transport its easy to get to, and vice versa. Avoid taxis unless your stupid rich.

多次住這家酒店,離火車站近,一站路就可以到市中心中央車站,特色老建築,有設計感,底樓的房間最大,越往樓上越小,頂樓是尖頂閣樓,還有柱子。前台的一個深色皮膚的年輕女服務員態度很不好,我因為住過多次,預訂時特意備註不要頂樓房間,因為我個子高而且有多件大行李,可入住時她就給了我一個頂樓房間,而且是電梯到不了的,要乘電梯到三樓,然後再提着兩個大行李箱走下很陡的木樓梯才能到,我提出要換房間,預訂時備註過要求,她說不能換,備註要求不一定能滿足,我說可以等其他房間打掃出來我再換,她堅持說不能換,你衹能住這個房間,態度很無禮。我急着出門衹能先放下行李出去辦事。回來后我到前台找經理投訴,說遭到了無禮對待和隱形種族歧視,覺得不能接受,高個的男經理馬上道歉並給我們換了稍低樓層的房間。酒店的其他員工都非常友好,特別是前台的中年女經理和高個的總經理。

Super nice amenities for This one! Went to a party for the Amsterdam dance event , they have a cafeteria but food is not that good , they have studios to record songs which is pretty sick, it’s a very music oriented hotel!!!

Wat een geweldig hotel is Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park. Het begint al bij aankomst. Je wordt hartelijk ontvangen, de bagage wordt aangenomen en op je kamer gezet en de auto wordt geparkeerd in garage. Voor de check-in kun je plaatsnemen in de Living waar je een drankje krijgt aangeboden. Vervolgens komt er een medewerker naar je toe die de check-in verzorgt. De hotelkamer is heel sfeervol en van alle gemakken voorzien en beschikt over een heerlijk bed. De faciliteiten in het hotel zijn geweldig met zeer goede restaurants, een bar, een gym en spa. En de medewerkers zijn werkelijk uitmuntend. Wat een service en gastvrijheid. Je wordt als gast volledig in de watten gelegd. Ze staan ieder moment voor je klaar en zorgen ervoor dat je je heel erg welkom voelt. Niets is hen teveel. Het hotel is gelegen in een prachtig gebouw, wat voorzien is van veel kunst. Overal is wat te zien en zeker de moeite waard om te bekijken. Een absolute aanrader!
