Hotel Anaheim dengan Gim

We were woken up early at 7 AM both mornings of our stay. Employees who were on strike used a loud megaphone and drums and banged and screamed outside of our hotel room. The hotel did not compensate us at all for this inconvenience. Also not all of the restaurants and amenities were open due to a lack of workers. 

We love this hotel! So handy to Disneyland and public transport. We were told about no restaurant or cafes on site. However, there is McDonald and Bakery right outside. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you Fairfield!

Very convenience if you are going to disneyland, there is a straight shuttle bus outside that brings you straight to there. Only disappointed is that forgot to make up our room, because when the person came we were still in the room. Maybe miscommunication, but overall a pleasant experience.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

The service was really the best thing of the hotel, very very helpful, much more so than many 4-5 stars. This is the first time I actually tipped in a hotel. The hotel itself is a pretty old and trip.com's pictures are pretty deceiving (more than the average level of deceiving compared to other hotels). Luckily, even though the whole room is pretty old, the bathroom has a very acceptable level of cleaniness.

Stayed here for a week while visiting disneyland with family. We had two rooms booked both on the concierge level (18). We arrived at the hotel early around 1pm and were surprised that both our rooms were ready for early check in. Spent time at the hotel enjoying the club lounge and pool that day. Hotel was busy with conferences going on and a convention going on at the convention center. It felt crowded but the hotel was properly staffed. We never had to wait for food, drinks, or elevators. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to Disney or a quick walk and bus ride over that picks you up right by the Hilton and drops you off right at the gates to Disney. The club level was open Monday-Friday for grab and go drinks/snacks 6:30am to 10pm and Saturday/Sunday for grab and go drinks/snacks 12pm to 10pm. Breakfast daily, appetizers in the afternoon, and deserts at night. Saturday/Sunday full breakfast buffet in the restaurant. The staff in the club lounge were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return in the future.

The hotel is well located within 10 minutes walk to Disneyland Resort. It’s not for those very particular about cleanliness though. The hotel tap water not sure why came out cloudy and the pot and pans doesn’t look very clean so ended up not using it at all. But was fine for a short stay.

Double queen room was spacious and comes with a nice kitchenette and a full size fridge. Everything you need to make a simple breakfast if you have the necessary groceries. Anaheim Resort Transportation (payable) is required for travelling to the disneyland.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was very clean. Hardly 7-8 minutes walk to the Disneyland Park and Disneyland California Adventure Park. The only little downside was that there was no complimentary water on arrival or in the room. The breakfast was very good, just the food options were very limited. The overall experience was very good. Had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again.
