This hotel is truly a gem, beautiful both inside and out and perfectly located in the historic ancient hutong area. The train station is about an 8-minute walk away, and there are several restaurants and a cozy coffee shop nearby. Our room was warm and inviting, which was especially comforting during the cold winter weather. The amenities were wonderful, including a fresh fruit basket, hot tea, and high-quality grooming products. The hotel also has its own café, where the coffee tastes excellent and food and drinks are available, although we didn’t have a chance to try them. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. My husband and I stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. During checkout, I realized I had lost my phone charger, and the staff generously gifted us a new one since we were catching a train that evening a gesture we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It was a wonderful and memorable stay.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

在南陽出差入住的超級棒的一家智能酒店，具體怎麼智能大家住過就會明白，他們家在人民南路口，對面是摩根吾悦廣場，因此購物和餐飲是非常方便的，而且到附近打車也很便利。房間舒適整潔，設施也很齊全，很為住客着想。自助早餐不算太豐富，但每樣都很可口，我個人感覺比外面的餐廳好吃。入住兩晚酒店都送了迎賓水果，退房後還送了小禮物，工作人員非常禮貌和貼心，下次來南陽他們家還是首選。

The hotel is centrally located, just a stone's throw from the iconic Kaifeng Drum Tower and bustling night market—we could even see the tower from our window. Set in the historic old town, it's within walking distance (about 20 to 30 minutes) of most major attractions. The facilities are modern and well maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout: the toilet and shower are separated, and the wash basin is conveniently located in the living area. Room service was excellent—everything we used was replaced, and drinking water was consistently replenished. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

酒店位置很好，就在朱櫻塔旁邊，正對着隋唐大運河文化博物館，緊鄰河岸和公園，院內有可以租借漢服和粧造的地方，很方便。酒店裝修很有特色，房間寬敞採光好，設施齊全。距離洛陽中街，洛邑古城都很近，步行十來分鐘就可以到。前台小哥哥小姐姐服務很熱情，體貼周到，非常滿意，推薦寶藏酒店！！！

I recommend staying here to families, international or domestic, for a few reasons: very friendly and professional services at check in and check out, housekeeping was top notch, the breakfast menu each morning had authentic Chinese menu. Ask about drop services if traveling by trains. The location is convenient to two malls, directly across from them. There were amazing food shops on the top floors of the Wanda Mall, where there were natives to of Luoyang eat and shop. The locals can tell definitely spot tourists. We visited the Buddhist Grottoes in Longmen and stayed in Luoyang.

1 night stay while in region and very happy to have stayed here. Clean and very spacious room, soundproof, comfortable bed had a good rest. Will return here if in region next time

酒店的歡迎蛋糕很好吃，還有水果和酒水飲料。 從硬件角度作為一個新酒店中西合璧，風格很雅緻。床墊非常舒服，一夜安眠。 前台alex和linda非常友好，作為新酒店有提供空氣凈化器和加濕器，很放心。早晨起晚了錯過了據説很豐盛的早餐，但服務員給打包了麪包和水果路上帶着吃。早飯如果能到10:30就更好了哈哈～ selena小姐姐非常友好，辦理退房的時候一直陪着小朋友玩耍，還很細心地給媽媽準備了益母草暖貼。到達的時候小朋友有畫畫玩具，離開的時候還有好吃的伴手禮，真的是太貼心了！ 好的服務真的讓人有種回家的感覺，下次來開封還會再來住！相信那時候周邊一定會建得更好～ 哦對了，洗衣房非常乾淨！

This was truly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in China. The moment you arrive, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They did a superb job showing me around the floor and where all the key spots were. The room was spacious and beds are comfortable. I’m grateful for the soft towel they provided. I loved the location, which was near the Line 1 metro and a 10 minute walk to the Yingtanmien Gate (must see at nightfall). I also loved the study/quiet room which a bonus in the hostel. Everything went smoothly during my 3 night stay. The washing room was easy to use and very affordable. It was fun to see their movie and karaoke night. I highly recommend this place!

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.
