The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Anything I needed, I just contacted the front desk and they took care of it quickly. The location is super convenient, really close to both the subway and bus stations. I was lucky enough to visit when it snowed, and the snowy scenery was absolutely stunning. After exploring all day, it was so nice to go for a stroll around Luoyi Ancient City in the evening. It's been quite chilly lately though; I almost just wanted to stay cozy in the hotel all day! 😋

Today I took my children to stay in the parent-child room in Xinlidu. The room has two beds, one large and one small, with space-themed decoration. The window is not as large as the view room, which does not affect the lighting and ventilation. The parent-child room specially prepared the children's toiletries and slippers, and was given a small badge and a little book. Water bar table two bottles of Yiyun two bottles of Centenary Mountain, this point deserves praise, many luxury hotels also use ice syrup. The front desk is still very enthusiastic, in and out of the face to greet very politely, next to the front desk in the afternoon to evening there is a buffet of fruit drinks and porridge, oranges are not delicious, pears are quite good. Lack of full-length mirrors in the room.

The room was great! I chose a street-facing room, and it wasn't noisy even with the windows closed. The temperature was just right without needing AC. Downstairs is the Drum Tower, so it's super convenient to find food and everything else in Kaifeng city center. Highly recommend!

The room had a great view, and the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, very close to Xigong Xiaojie. We visited the City Balcony, and the subway access nearby was also very convenient. The room was clean and tidy; the butler had prepared it in advance, and any issues were quickly resolved with a quick message, which was excellent. The hotel's hygiene and environment were both great—clean and comfortable. The room size was decent, and it even had a capsule coffee machine. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese and Western, and overall, it was quite good with a rich variety and delicious food, including basic Luoyang specialties. All the staff we encountered provided excellent service; for example, they proactively helped us with our luggage and even asked if we needed assistance with parking, which was incredibly thoughtful. In short, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it. We hope the hotel continues to maintain its high standards.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

The service is indeed excellent, though the decor is quite dated, as expected for a 10-year-old hotel. They really excel in service. However, it's not as exaggerated as some influencers make it out to be. I felt a bit awkward asking for all the complimentary gifts when I left with so many bags. The pickup and drop-off service is free, and upon check-in, you can order a lot of fruits, drinks, and snacks. But here's the catch: we booked a suite for four people, yet each item had a limit of three, which didn't match our group size. On the way to the room, the staff member helped push our luggage and provided a tour. Due to the holiday crowd, I couldn't get a latex pillow, so I didn't sleep well that night. The next day, when we returned, we found they had provided a mobile drying rack, which was a pleasant surprise and super thoughtful – all our washed clothes were hung up! This hotel truly goes above and beyond, like the 'Haidilao of hotels'! During our stay, they also gave our child small toys, handmade essential oil soaps, and a phone stand. Whenever you're in the lobby, they constantly offer hot towels and hot water! The hotel also offers car washing, laundry, and Hanfu rental services, but I didn't try them, so I can't comment on those.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional, checking us in quickly and efficiently, and providing a thoughtful introduction to the hotel's amenities. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Even more attention to detail: meticulous daily cleaning, prompt mini-bar restocking, and the breathtaking city views from the window. The breakfast menu was extensive, offering a mix of Chinese and Western options to suit every taste, and the freshly brewed coffee and freshly baked bread were particularly impressive. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, yet it's not at all noisy, providing an ideal restful environment for business travelers. Most commendable was the professionalism and friendliness of every staff member. From the proactive assistance of the concierge to the smiling greetings of the housekeeping staff, our stay was filled with warmth. Your hotel truly prioritizes our guests and made us feel right at home. This stay was very pleasant. If I visit Zhengzhou again in the future, I will definitely choose your hotel and recommend it to my relatives and friends. Thank you again for the hard work of the team.

Room is well decorated and with good supply. The bell person is very caring and to ensure that I settled in the room comfortably. The breakfast is amazing - varieties of food just makes me want to stay and eat the whole day. 😀

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

A 5-day family self-driving tour from Beijing - Shijiazhuang - Zhengzhou - Luoyang - Xi'an, along the way we found the hotel with the best environment, best service, best facilities, most hygienic and convenient, and most cost-effective price! Well deserved! It was also my most satisfying consumption choice on Ctrip. I regretted that I only arranged one day in Luoyang. I really don’t want to leave this hotel and this city. I haven’t had time to use the Hanfu experience coupons given by the hotel. 😭 Next time I come, I don’t have to choose, I will definitely stay here again! Across the street is the Grand Canal Cultural Museum (I didn’t have time to visit it this time). On the night of check-in, we had a big meal at Guan Ji Shui Xi, which was recommended by the owner. The starting price of a taxi from the hotel to Lijingmen, the starting price of a taxi from Lijingmen to Yingtianmen, and the night view of Luoyang! So beautiful! We got off early the next day and walked out of the hotel to the Luo River, where we could watch the sunrise and enjoy the beautiful scenery! The hotel's breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food with a rich variety. The only drawback is that there is no coffee. However, the hotel has its own coffee bar, and a cup of hand-ground American coffee at your own expense is also a good choice!
