I arrived in hotel at 9.15PM but hotel reception did not find my booking, After one hour they find as it was not loaded into their system due to ignorance. Hotel is nice, good breakfast. Location is good. Good. Nice view from breakfast restaurant.Front staff are nice.

My stay here was excellent. The staff were friendly and helped arrange a taxi on departure. The room was clean and I had all of the amenities I needed. If you want to be in the old town near Hadrian’s Gate this is a wonderful location. You are also a short walk to the sea where you can eat and have some great views. I didn’t get a chance to listen to the music in the restaurant for very long (as I was just passing by) but it sounded great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in Antalya.

非常好的酒店，首先地理位置絕佳，就在安塔利亞老城的核心位置，離羅馬港兩步之遙，周邊有幾十個咖啡館，酒吧和餐廳，每一家都有著名的歌手駐唱，很熱鬧。雖然在身處鬧市之中，但是呢，因為酒店前台的人特別的好，給了一間面向泳池的房間，又特別的安靜。庭院裏種滿了桔子樹，還嫁接了檸檬，在樹底下喝着從樹上直接摘下來的新鮮的桔子榨成的桔汁，特別的新鮮和愜意。另外，早餐和晚餐都特別的棒，尤其是晚餐，沒想到一個酒店提供的晚餐做的那麼好。土耳其的肉餅是這麼多天去不同的城市中吃到的最好的。房間很大，床也非常的舒適，睡了非常好的覺。總之感覺非常好，土耳其的酒店總的來説都不錯，關鍵是服務的態度特別好，這點跟國內很像。另外還有一點就是酒店的價格非常的便宜，性價比極其的高。

Kahvaltı ortalamın altında. Giriş kat odalar arka sokağa baktığı için bütün gece ses geldi. Banyolar eski ve duşa kabin kapanıyordu. Sesten dolayı iyi şekilde dinlenemedik.otopark olması güzel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Ancak odalar resimlerden biraz farklı.

This place is homely. Pros- Location- in the middle of old town but quiet. Staff- Very friendly staff , feels like home. they even help you book tours, hammam. Especially like to mention Dilbar, as she is very friendly, cheerful and makes the stay comfortable. room- The room and the bathroom are very spacious, the building is dated but has character, is clean. laundry service- this hotel has good laundry service. Breakfast- the breakfast spread is good, the staff makes sure every guest is comfortable. Con- the shower did not have proper water mixer, either giving out too cold water or too hot water, which made it difficult to take proper shower. Overall, I would love to return to this place for their hospitality.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say.

Eşimle evlilik yıldönümü için 1 günlük konaklama ayarladık. Halen otelde ikamet etmekteyim ve ilk girişte resepsiyonda başlayan ilgi otelin temizliği ile devam eden muhteşem bir tatil keyfine döndü. Her ne kadar yapı eski olsa bile bunu hiç hissettiriyor. Aksine beyaz renk seçerek zaten epeyce cesur davranmışlar ve beyazın hakkını veriyorlar çünkü heryer tertemiz. Ayrıca kolidorlardaki yumuşak kaplama çok hoşumuza gitti. Çocuklar için ve ses yalıtımı için süper otelde herşeye ulaşım çok basit herşey de kalite hissettiriyor. Ayrıca aqua parka otelde kalan müşterilerin ücretsiz girdiğini öğrendiğimizde ayrıca bir bonus gibi oldu bence tatil için bir yer arıyorsanız hiç düşünmeden tercih edin. Antalya merkezde olmasıda çok güzel heryere kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Olumsuz yorum yapan varmı bilmiyorum ama yapan varsa emin olun 3 günlük para verip tüm oteli satın aldığını düşünen arkadaşlardır. Ben yıl içinde daha sonra çocuklarımla tekrar bir konaklama ayarlamaya karar verdim.

We spent 3 nights in deluxe studio apartment 4A which had lovely view over the old town, sea and mountains. The kitchen/lounge was separated by half a wall from the bedroom area as appears on website. The air conditioner easily cooled the entire space. The bathroom was spacious and had good storage behind the mirror doors. Unfortunately the water in shower did not warm up enough for a comfortable shower. Ours were very quick as a result! Something should be done to rectify this issue as it was most unpleasant. However the pleasantness of the staff more than made up for this deficit. We were warmly greeted when we arrived at midnight (this must be pre arranged because reception closes around 5pm) and the day staff were equally as helpful. We were able to do our own laundry (once it was explained by staff who came to our room to demonstrate) and get great local takeaway coffee and fresh breads etc for breakfast. A nice change from the rich included breakfasts at previous hotels. Sometimes a simple start to the day is needed. We easily walked around the old town of Antalya from Arkk, loved its atmosphere and the harbour/port area in particular. Enjoyed the fish soup and grilled fish at Iskele Fish and Steak House (will leave a separate review) - that meal and location remain a highlight. Our stay was quiet apart from the first morning when we clearly heard a neighbour sneeze! I think they left that day as there was no further disturbance. Staff at Arkk Homes were easy to contact and offered a good rate booking direct. Spoke excellent English. Our stay was exactly what we needed - a convenient, quiet place right beside the old town where we could do some washing, eat whatever breakfast we desired at a time which suited us, and had the support of helpful staff at reception. They booked a taxi to airport for us and offered us the use of umbrellas when the weather didn’t cooperate one afternoon. Fortunately it cleared up nicely later. We do not travel to see beaches as we are blessed an abundance in our home country, so cannot comment about those. We prefer the history and culture of Antalya and it did not disappoint. Well worth a couple of days to enjoy, especially when staying at clean, modern, friendly Arkk Homes.

Nice hotel in the city center. Pool inside and outside. During sommer there is a shuttle bus to cakil beach, free using for hilton hotel guets. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
