The location is super convenient, with many popular eateries within a few hundred meters, making it easy to find food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. The room was clean, and the service was great. I was extremely satisfied with my stay!

The airport transfer driver was great! He waited for us for a long time. The two front desk staff members were very polite. We had to cancel our room for the next day because we couldn't make it to Changbai Mountain, and they handled it very smoothly and quickly! Thumbs up! They even gave us a souvenir when we left, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean, odorless, and quiet. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Taibai Mountain.

I got an upgrade from a king-size room to a family room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was lovely and quite new. The underfloor heating was excellent; it was warm enough to wear a T-shirt.

The location is fantastic! Across the street, there are tons of great restaurants; we had Korean BBQ 'grilled eel' the very night we arrived. There's also a bakery and a bubble tea shop right next door to the hotel. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. They provided two types of pillows, one firmer and one softer, which was very comfortable. It's just a few minutes' walk to Genting Street Market, and getting a taxi is convenient too.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, even offering a cup of hot water upon check-in to warm me up. Overall, the hotel was great; the heating was excellent, facilities were quite complete, and it was clean. Someone came daily to change the sheets, towels, and toiletries. Upon check-out, they even gave a small gift – a choice between a fridge magnet or ginseng. The only minor flaw was the toilet flush, which needed to be held down for a second or two to work properly.

The location is fantastic, very quiet yet convenient for getting anywhere. The staff and cleaning crew are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room is fully equipped, even with a retractable drying rack – such thoughtful details! However, the hairdryer could probably use an upgrade to a more powerful one.
