"The hotel is only a three-star hotel. We went to Nafplio on a weekend, and there were no rooms in other hotels during the whole trip. In the end, we had to book this hotel. Indeed, as other friends said, the hotel facilities are old and the rooms are not big. In short, if you can avoid lightning, just avoid lightning."

"I was there for elopement, and I have to say it's much more beautiful that the wedding photos you can find on internet. It's not only a location but also an experience, staring from the first impression upon arrival. It's super quite, polite, with a beauty rich in rhythm. The room is spaziose, food is excellent but on a very reasonable price (comparing to other luxury resort in EU). Theoni, concierge Supervisor hosted the ceremony in fluent English and well prepared (she even brought a small speaker) and she's soooo nice! "The hotel is in a good location, not far from the sea. The staff were fairly friendly, but our experience was completely ruined by bedbugs. My roommate and I were bitten during the night, and when we pointed out that there were bedbugs in the mattress, they supposedly sprayed it and removed it from the room — but we saw it being placed in a storage room next to other items. The next day, we were offered another room, but we couldn’t be sure it was free from these “unwanted guests.” We ended up covered in bites, and the whole trip turned into a very unpleasant experience."

"We had a terrific time at Ippoliti in Nafplio. The hotel staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel is located in the old town with its harbour front, restaurants, shops, central square and key tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious with an old world charm which provided a great experience. Looking forward to going back to Ippoliti in the future."

"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel with our little baby. We were still sterilizing bottles for milk and we could do that as the water is purified and safe to drink for our little one. The rooms are spacious and beds were comfy. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need in. A big fridge with freezer. The pool is big and deep. I really enjoyed it having few steps away from the room. The view on top of Porto Heli is amazing. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. Porto Heli is not far and you can even walk from the property if you wish. The beach is not too far too. Breakfast is not included but you can find plenty of options in town or even have it in the room if you wish. I do recommend this place for families or couples looking for a romantic getaway!"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a mix up on the website were it said 2 kings bed ( website mistake ). They made it right by offering my mom a free massage. We would definitely stay there again, if we are back in Greece. The beach is a 5 min walk and the water is crystal clear."
