洋室の部屋は、ゴルフ場と、雄大な阿蘇外輪山を望む高原で、良い展望でした。部屋にはソファ、椅子とテーブル、セミダブルベッド2つで、快適でした。 実はゴルフリゾートの大浴場なので、お風呂はあまり期待してなかったのです。ところが、温泉は源泉掛け流しで、内風呂も、4つの露天風呂(含む樽風呂2)も全てが源泉掛け流しで、少し茶色の温泉でいい湯でした。11時チェックアウトなのにお風呂が朝9時までが少し残念でした。 食事はレストランにて、和洋ニ種類の前菜と、お作りと温鉢でした。後半は柔らかい熊本産牛とシーフードの陶板焼き、高菜ご飯と味噌汁、美味しいデザートで、夕食は良かったです。また食事係の方が親切で丁寧な接客でした。 朝食はゴルフリゾートのためか、ボリュームある朝食でした。 チェックアウト後に、ロビーのくまモンと写真を撮ろうとしていたら、スタッフの方が、阿蘇の外輪山の景色が良いところで撮れば良いですよと、大きなくまモンをカートで外まで運んでくれました。 おかげさまで、阿蘇の山々とくまモンと共に、素敵な家族写真を撮る事ができました。親切な心遣いが、とても嬉しかったです。

1歳と4歳の子連れだったので、バイキングだと食べられるものや量の調節が出来て良かったです。 質を求める方はバイキング以外の方が良いかもしれません。 バイキングレストラン、パピヨンで土日に対応されていた受付の男性がとても親切でした。 透明パネルを倒してしまった息子に念のため冷やせるようにと後で袋に氷を入れて持って来てくださいました。 忘れ物をした際にも見つかりましたか、と声を掛けてくださり、まだだと伝えると、こんなのだったらご用意出来ますよと言ってくださり、予備があったので遠慮しましたが、お心遣いがありがたかったです。 息子もすっかり懐いていました。 おねしょ対策をしてたのですが、シーツがズレてしまっていて２日目に息子がおねしょをしてしまったのですが、フロントの方に伝えると、いいですよ、シーツをめくっておいてもらえたら大丈夫です、と言っていただけてホッとしました。 お天気がいまいちだったのですが、屋内のクアリゾート オメールで遊べたので息子が楽しんでいました。 息子はもっと泊まりたい！と楽しかったようなので良かったです。

Very good hotel and we enjoyed it. Hot spring is nice and service was excellent. Food included is great with big selection. We will definitely come back for this nice hot spring hotel.

A traditional onsen hotel, recently renovated and facilities modernised. The twin bed room is large - about 50 sq m in size. In addition, there is a balcony overlooking an excellent view. The breakfast and dinner buffet are fine, though not very special. I like the Japanese style dinner better. The hotel is situated inside the mountain. Access is not easy. There are no shops nearby.

Like the onsen in the hotel; onsen water is good and big enough for 6-7 person to use. Japanese breakfast served by staff was quite substantial and tasty. The room that we stayed is quiet and faces mountain and park. Bathroom a little small but clean. There wasn’t any wardrobe but there were hooks on the wall and hangers were provided.

あまりにも残念な滞在となりました。 チェックイン後部屋へ向かおうとしたら、スタッフの女性が駆け寄り、「こちらです」と誘導してくれたのでついて行くと、途中で走り出したので、こちらもスーツケースを引っ張りながら走ると「いえいえ、そこのエレベーター乗って下さい」と言い残し、そのまま走ってどこかへ行ってしまいました。その通りにエレベーターへ乗るも、探しても部屋がない。もう一度一階へ戻るとまたそのスタッフの女性がいたので聞くと、悪びれもせず「あー、新館の方でした。あちらです。」と。 そして、夕食の時間になったので部屋を出ようとするも鍵がかからない。オートロックのはずなのに、ドアを押すと開いてしまう。建て付けが悪いのか、鍵が入っていかずロックされない。フロントに電話すると、女性のスタッフがすぐに来てくれたが「少々お待ち下さい」と言って行ったまま30分音沙汰無し。30分経過し催促してやっと男性のスタッフがやってきたが、「満室のため部屋を移動できない。業者を呼んで修理します。」と言われたが、「修理が終わるまで食事へも行かず待たなければならないんですか？」　と聞いたところで、「キャンセルの部屋が出たので、そちらの部屋へどうぞ。」とのこと。 夕食は「赤牛コース」にしたが、これまた極端に料理が少ない。赤牛は2×5センチ厚さ5ミリ程の少量の牛肉が2枚に小鉢が３つ程に馬刺しとお刺身少々。温泉宿でこんなに少量の料理は初めてです。小食の方には良いかもしれません。また、外国人のスタッフが茶碗蒸しを運んでくれたが、何故か茶碗蒸し用のスプーン付きの皿の上に置かず、テーブルの上に置かれました。 また貸切風呂についても、早朝行ったら浴槽の縁に使用済みの歯ブラシとフロスが置かれていました。コロナ禍の中でなくてもゾッとします。 チェックアウトでは、謝罪の一言もありませんでした。部屋を変えたからもうその件は済んだって事ですか⁇朝礼でスタッフに言っておきます、という言葉はその場しのぎの嘘ですか⁇ 旅行が好きで海外旅行へもよく行きますが、こんなに酷い対応の宿は初めてです。ホテルなのに鍵がかからないなんてあり得ませんし、30分も放っておくなんて考えられません。セーフティーボックスも完備してありましたが、それ以前の問題です。 　ご利用の皆様、お気をつけ下さい。

在阿蘇寧靜山區中的高級傳統溫泉旅館，不可能期望會有鐵路或公共交通工具直達吧！只適合自駕遊的人士，去最近的便利店駕車4分鐘就到。 服務好得不能再要求更多，非常有善，服務員能用簡單英文溝通。早晚餐都很美味，在獨立房間內進食。原本有和牛跟馬刺身，但由於我們都不吃，check-in 時說明，服務員都很努力幫我們跟廚師溝通改為鴨肉跟生魚片。 房間非常大，電視是大尺寸的Sony 近年新款的智能電視，Wifi 穩定，可以待在房間泡溫泉、躺在沙發耍廢看YouTube，不怕晚上沒事做。 整間飯店只得7間房，所以住客不多。房間已有獨立泡湯，晚上還可以用大浴場（有室內和室外） 再任用5間獨立湯屋，泡得非常爽！ 下次如有機會經過阿蘇做中途站，一定會再來！
