Hotel ubicado en un polígono industrial. Las habitaciones son bastante completas aunque tenían muchos detalles a mejorar: desde una ducha cuya mampara no era completa (no entiendo por qué tantos hoteles optan por esta opción) y perdía agua por la esquina cerrada, a un vaso sucio o pocas toallas (cosa q corrigieron rápidamente). La cama cómoda, y no escatimaban con la calefacción (importante en pleno Diciembre) Ha habido cosa que el desayuno es más barato de lo que se indica en Booking. Continental por 4,40 €/pax. A destacar la maravillosa atención del encantador camarero de la cafetería. Resulta bastante económico, 44€ por noche (desayuno aparte). Admiten perros, pero solo de pequeño tamaño y dentro de transportín

Muy buen servicio, trato muy agradable. Habitaciones cómodas y amplias. camas king size muy cómodas. La limpieza fenomenal. Muy buen desayuno; variado y siempre hay de todo. Además tiene zumo natural. Buena ubicación para moverte por la zona de turismo.

Buen hotel el con muy buena atención, limpio, con aparcamiento y tranquilo a pesar de estar cerca de la autovía. En mi caso, fui en grupo y solicitamos una habitación más para re ubicarnos porque al final venía un viajero más, más tarde que el grupo, y no hubo problemas, es más nos querían mandar a la camarera de planta por si las camas estaban deshechas, ya que nos habíamos tumbado después del viaje. Un detalle esas pequeñas cosas. Habitaciones renovadas y buen buffet desayuno.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no está a la altura. Habitaciones pequeñas, mobiliario muy estropeado. Primera vez que paso frío en un hotel, en febrero y la cama sólo con sábanas y una manta fina en el armario por si tienes frío. La calefacción no funcionaba. Camas incómodas, se notan los muelles y sólo disponen de una almohada baja, sin posibilidad de tener dos tipo de almohada según el gusto. Y juntan dos camas para hacer una de matrimonio pero sin frenos por lo que se separaban una de la otra. Desayuno cutre, no quedaba casi de nada y tampoco reponían con frecuencia, zumos de bote, café aguado. Si tuviera menos estrellas no estaría mal pero el nivel que dicen tener, no lo tienen por ningún lado.

This is a 3-star hotel in downtown Oviedo. It is centrally located, close to main sightseeing and restaurants. It is also very close to the bus station. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Staff at the hotel is really nice. Tge reception is opened from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
