This is an amazing hotel with an amazing staff. We were greeted and assisted with everything upon our arrival (check-in, bags, etc.) and everyone was very hospitable. The rooms are comfortable and are always clean. We did not use the rooftop pool, but the views were stunning from there (we could see the Acropolis), where they also have a restaurant and a bar. We ate at the restaurant and hung out at the bar some nights which was nice (good food and drinks), but be prepared to pay top hotel prices. The location of the hotel is convenient - it is right across from Syntagma Square, a popular meeting place for many scheduled activities. We also felt we could easily access surrounding neighborhoods, restaurants, and bars by walking from the hotel. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful hotel, great location, well appointed room, great staff, delicious food…and the rooftop view!!! Our first trip to Athens…but I’ll be back as long as I can stay at this hotel! But I’ll come back when it’s not so hot!!! But we were able to see everything that we needed to!

Lovely and luxurious hotel. Fantastic suite, tv in living room, great bathroom with perfect bright mirror lighting (in fact all lighting was dimmable) and the bedroom was spacious with a walk-in wardrobe area, fantastic room service and staff all round were very friendly and super helpful. Perfect central Athens location within 2 mins of parliament.

The room we stayed in was very large and beautiful. The staff was friendly and readily available around the clock. We stayed in a room with an acropolis view and it was nice to hang out on the balcony and look out after sunset. This hotel is very accessible to most things and the bus stop is right across the street in case you want to wander a little further. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby walking distance with late hours. There are a few major shopping streets right around the corner as well. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to Athens in the future.

I’d like to echo the other positive reviews. This is a unique high quality hotel, well situated in Athens. Staff were really helpful, modern room and balcony 100%. Great shower - Everything worked! No noise, yet in the middle of this vibrant city. One of the best hotels we have stayed at.

I traveled here with my sister and adult daughter for a short stay before a cruise. The location is amazing. Hotel is located in a quiet area not far from Acropolis Musem and hop on/off bus stop is 2 blocks away. We had a lovely view of acropolis from our balcony, and I had mentioned it was my daughter's birthday, so we were given a nice fruit basket with other goodies to celebrate. There are a few restaurants nearby and a bakery which has excellent sandwiches. The included breakfast was very filling and offered eggs, sausages, several varieties of breads and rolls, fruit, awesome yoghurt, spanakopita, cereal, juice, and numerous baked goods. The room was very clean and had some storage and a mini fridge. There is a rooftop deck, but the stairs are very narrow. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with offering advice on things to see and giving great directions. The area is very safe and the hotel provides maps and access to guidebooks in their lobby. I would stay here again.

Excellent service. The staff at the front desk were superb. Our restaurant experience was very good and the views of the Acropolis were lovely. Our room was very comfortable. We just wished the pool and outdoor spaces had been open in May.

Got a room facing the road and honestly the road noise was just terrible. The building is old but room is renovated and well kept. No frills stay - nothing to shout home about. Don't recommend to stay unless you get a room that faces inwards.

Lovely hotel only a couple of hundred yards / metres from Syntagma Square and the Parliament building. Do go and see the guards in their historic and symbolic costumes honouring the tomb of Greece’s Unknown Warrior. Despite being on the main high street of the shopping district this hotel is an oasis of calm. Stunning top floor restaurant/ breakfast area which provides a marvellous view to the Acropolis and Parthenon. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. I would definitely stay here again sometime.

シンタグマ広場の空港へのバス停から200mぐらいでロケーションは最高、私の部屋は3部屋中の右端(ガンマという名前)お部屋も広く綺麗で大きな窓の右端にパルテノン神殿が見えました。 ホテルの名前を謳ってますが部屋貸しでスタッフは常駐していません。英語が話せてトラブルを自力で解決できる方ならリーズナブルに楽しめる環境です。 改善希望点 事前に施設へ連絡をと書いてあるが連絡先が電話番号しかない。WhatsAppもないので電話代の懸念あり。電話もつながりにくい。 部屋までの経路詳細や鍵BOXを開ける暗証番号の通知が当日12時にメールで来るのは遅すぎる。 メールを読んでも場所が分かりにくすぎるので写真付きの地図が欲しい。(私は通りにいた警察官に2回もお世話になりやっと部屋に入れました) セーフティボックスの動作不良があり異音がうるさく開かなくなって翌朝、代表者という方が開けに来てくれたが時間どおりに来ないし手順書をきちんと読んだのかと責められる。 エアコンの操作パネル割れや点かない電気が2種類あり 「税金を貰うようにホテルに言われたので置いといてください」 というお手紙がチェックアウト数時間前に置かれており、金額も分からず現金の持ち合わせも無いのでどうしたら良いかメールしたが回答なし。

This hotel is highly recommend for both its LOCATION and very efficient/PROFESSIONAL staffs at reception! From Monastiraki a 7min walk / frm Syntagma 3mins walk! Buffet breakfast; EXCELLENT! I arrived on the day where the public road was closed due to an annual street demonstration, not to mention the fatigue I’m encountering after traveling for 3 months BUT the great hospitality at Arethusa made everything pleasant. Rooftop terrace at Lvl 9 gives a view of Acropoli, PERFECT! Room is well equipped, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! Standing shower has a great water pressure.Extra comforter is provided in cupboard which is very helpful during this winter. A/C heater in room works well too! Arethusa Hotel deserves a better grade for its excellent service/quality! I am glad i managed to book a room with them! Highly recommend to both solo travellers or couple, street is quiet/safe in the night. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFFS OF ARETHUSA!

Struttura estremamente pulita, vicino alla stazione Metropolitana Syntagma. Bel design delle stanze, accesso mediante codici. Non vi è una vera e propria reception; nell'appartamento cucina con tutto il necessario. Non è compresa una colazione, magari in convenzione con i numerosi bar vicini, ma vi è macchina caffe nespresso, bustine di tea e du minibscottini. Prezzo non bassissimo ma proporzionato sia al periodo (17 agosto 2023) che al livrllo qualitativo generale. Consigliabile
