Amazing Stay at Pullman Auckland! I recently stayed at Pullman Auckland, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a dream every night. The hotel facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the pool and spa area, which was a wonderful place to relax after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was

I like the place and by the name itself it’s already a very clean and stylish as well as first class. But, unfortunately when we came to the hotel our rooms not ready yet and we have to wait for more than an hour. We booked the hotel for a long time and we checked in late but the hotel personnel did not inform us beforehand that our rooms not yet ready which is really inconvenient. The other thing my son complained about is that there ‘s no microwave where we can heat the baby food or milk. We’ve been to other hotels before and microwave’s included in the rooms. Probably it’s our negligence too for not checking before booking the rooms. But hope in the future we expect that if we book the rooms before hand at least the staff will inform us if it’s not yet ready so we can plan ahead and not rush to check in.

Great location that is near to cbd. Have tried two restaurants near the hotel and that’s great. Easy for some nights when lazy. Room is good with kitchen, laundry and sitting room area. A nice chocolate welcome gift. Sweet. 10-15mins walk to pier that open a new world to different islands like Waiheke or Tira Tira. Love and enjoy the start.

It could have been a good stay with its superb location, direct access to Queen’s street and good value for money. The hygiene of the room was actually standard, but one day when returning to our room, I found my pajamas that were left on the bed thrown on the floor after the house keeping service. Probably the house keeper is used to doing this when making the bed but this time forgot to put them back. No matter what I felt very uncomfortable with what I’ve seen.

하버쪽에 위치해 사티 중심가에 접근성이 좋습니다. 제가 머무른 1 bedroom 아파트는 면적이 넓지만 침대는 퀸사이즈 하나라 (+ 1 거실 쇼파 침대) 저희같은 3인 가족이 머무르기엔 살짝 애매합니다.

Heritage Hotel is really a grand old dame. Her floor boards creak and often I was woken up by the guests above me. The kitchen sink leaked and flooded the dining area. TV signal got knocked out by blustery winds. Internet reception in the room is rather poor. In public areas no issue. But in the rooms, bad! However, service is great. Issues reported were attended to quickly.

Really good location for airport stopover. Get the yellow bus to / from airport for $8, thought this should be clearer on website / booking

選擇五星級酒店就是需要環境配套 服務配套 這次住了奧克蘭的柏悦 終於體會到小島國的小肚雞腸服務 驚訝到這種服務叫五星級酒店的麼？ 首先入住很好 碰巧遇到我們華人前台 王先生 態度和服務絕對一流 讓你覺得回家了的氛圍 不怕麻煩 呆我參觀了房型 換房 但酒店也僱傭了其他亞裔 比如馬來西亞🇲🇾人 據説還是我們中國🇨🇳的領導在酒店 退房時提前一天個酒店人員溝通了 是否可以安排延遲退房 因為五星級都會有這個優享服務給客人 都很寬鬆 衹是你需要提前打好招呼告知 在房間充足的前提下 都不會有問題 而柏悦跟我溝通的一位女士 也承諾了給我2pm退房 第二天因為我有事在外面 但是也不想多佔用人家酒店房間 就告之攜程的酒店客服 跟酒店聯繫 可以直接把我行李拉下來 我回去直接chk out就可以了 然而等我回酒店告知我要多收我半天費用 因為我2pm沒有回來 是4pm回來的 且他們沒有權利拿客人行李 所有這些個説辭 來自於馬來西亞🇲🇾前台的所謂領導 直接刷了我的認知 全世界五星級酒店住了那麼多 第一次碰到五星級酒店行為是三星級處理方案的酒店 好 老孃也不幹了 反正最後是贏了 寫這麼多就是想要給大家提醒 出門在外 別被不友好的亞裔欺負 首先2pm到點要charge我 可以 你要電話告知我 在沒有告知我前提下 且我讓攜程聯繫他們 告知可以chk out 是他們各種bb不去搬行李 然後讓我出半天費用 noway 所以春在外遇事別慌 需要爭取的 別怕 別讓亞裔欺負我們～
