10/10 As a travel professional and as a guest I would totally recommended the hotel. The location and the garden are the highlight of the Resort. The frontdesk staff very helpful and fast at the check in/out process. I was staying in Standard sea view room in Main building with an amaizing view of the beach and the sea. The room was spacious and clean.The bathroom was clean and with amenities, maybe was missing just a room slippers but not a big deal. The staff at the restaurant were professional, helpful and very kind. *Recommendation try Nissi Passion cocktail The food was delisious and the cocktails also. I was on BB so I just have the breakfast buffet,which was diferse and had a lot of options, my suggest maybe should have fresh juices or some overnight oats and chia puddings( as a healthy options) but although was good. The beach area is equiped with sunbeds and umbrella 5 eur per sunbed for the hotel .The sundbeds at the pool are free of charge The staff that works at the beach -charging sunbeds are always in positive vibe and make u feel welcomed. There was two beach bars and snacks station and the staff there was also kind and helpful In general October ist the best month to visit Cyprus is less crowdy and the weather is perfect,but for sure I will visit Nissi Resort at the peak months as well, maybe this time i would choose suite bungalow just to be closer to the beach . I would recommend this hotel to families but also two couples and even a solo travellers . Greetings Nissi Resort I wish you many satisfied guests and many great seasons ahead.

I took my son to Ayia Napa for the celebration of his 19th birthday. With very little notice the hotel made this day very special for him. The facilities and services were excellent. The staff did everything to please us and we are very grateful. Zormpas organised a surprised room celebration. He really went a long way to make the day perfect. I will visit again

It was excellent!!! I love everything 😍 Staff was very generous, always smiling, willing to help , room big enough, clean, and the cleaning lady did a great job!!! The pool is a haven !!! Dinner can be more tasty Breakfast is great, hotel bar recommended strongly

Reading some reviews we were a bit anxious about this hotel but we can honestly say we had the best stay ever. On the first night we had issues getting into our room the lovely security man Chris came & pointed out to us that even though the light was red if you tried the handle the door worked! He then helped us sort the air con & told us how to work the safe. Nothing was a problem to him. This set the tone we found all the staff very helpful & friendly. Special mention to bar manager Panagotis who we called Pano & Ali & Isa bar staff in the hotel reception area. The entertainment guy AJ was great too he works so hard trying to get guests to engage with him we especially loved the darts & the bingo every night! We had no issues with cleanliness in our room we had booked a garden room & requested first floor we got pool view block 14 which got the sun in the morning. Shower flooded first day but once reported maintenance man arrived in 10 minutes & it was sorted. Food in restaurant was very good loved the choice of salads at lunch & dinner. Fresh omlettes at breakfast were amazing. Only thing we missed were crackers & cheese & ice cream in the restaurant. Food in the A La Carte was superb cooked fresh to order enjoyed it. We loved the cats they were so friendly we would return.

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

Anmaria Hotel is in a good location for beach and restaurants /bars, the pool area, rooms, dining area and reception are lovely. Unfortunately there is clearly an issue with staff, particularly bar/dining area staff, the staff are not happy, they don’t smile (despite the plastic pint cup on the bar with a note saying “tip for a beautiful smile” customer service is poor, staff moral is low, we were unfortunate to witness a row between 2 female members of staff in the dining room, shouting at each other in Greek! It was very sad to witness and concerning, the atmosphere wasn’t good, we tried not to let it affect our holiday but certainly not ideal. The games room area needs attention! Tired and old. No darts for dart board, birds nest on the dart board! Air hockey takes 2 euros not 1 euro as discovered! The bar area is not an inviting place to sit in the evening, bright lights, plastic tables/chairs, plastic cups which I can understand during the day by the pool but not in the evening when people are dressed smartly for evening meal and drinks? The indoor bar area was always empty, people tended to sit outside. It is a pity as this hotel has great potential, management need to step up and address obvious issues!

Terrible Experience - Don’t Waste Your Money Here! This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Here’s a list of everything that went wrong: 1. Misleading “All-Inclusive” Package: We booked an all-inclusive package, expecting everything to be covered, only to find out that wasn’t the case. Imagine our surprise when we had to pay separately for ice creams for the kids. So what exactly did we pay for? Next, they’ll probably charge for water! When a hotel claims to be all-inclusive, they should actually include everything, not pull these sneaky extra charges. 2. Absolutely No Fun Allowed in the Pool: Our kids were excited to use the pool, but as soon as they got in, the rules hit hard. No balls, no floats, no inflatables allowed at all—just swimming. This hotel acts like it’s family-friendly, yet they make the pool a no-fun zone for kids. Is this supposed to be a family vacation or a boot camp? The strict pool rules completely ruined the trip. If you’re thinking of bringing kids here, think twice—they’ll be bored and frustrated. 3. Disastrous Customer Service on a Special Occasion: We were here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, but things turned sour fast. When I went to the reception to address an issue, they outright refused to listen. Then, after we went out to celebrate, we returned to find some “manager” trying to downgrade our stay by removing our all-inclusive wristbands and putting us on a bed-and-breakfast-only plan. I paid over £4,600 for this stay, and they have the nerve to ***** away our package? When I asked to speak to the actual manager, instead of sorting it out, they called the police on us. Who treats paying guests like this? In short, avoid this hotel if you value your money and sanity. The food is bland, breakfast is a joke, and the management clearly doesn’t care about guests. They’re just looking to take your money and run. While a couple of staff members tried their best, the hotel’s rules and attitude made the entire experience miserable. If you’re spending serious money on a family holiday, go somewhere else on the island where you’ll actually be treated well. Don’t waste a single penny here. avoid the room number 347

Here is my review for the Melpo Antia Hotel & Suites Ayia Napa Cyprus. Please take into account that we did come at the very end of the season so bear this in mind when reading my review. Cleanliness Absolutely faultless. Maids cleaned the room every day and left clean towels. Made the beds apart from Sunday which could be a limited service. Food The food is very good for an all inclusive hotel. When you book all inclusive you have to take into account the mass production of food and that it is not always piping hot. Lunch was usually the previous nights dinner but again, it was end of season and the hotel was not very busy so this was no surprise. The snack bar was not that great. Usually some salad, nuggets and chips. Again as there were not many guests at the hotel I can understand why there was not much choice and in the height of season this could be much better. Entertainment. Valentino the entertainment guy was superb. A lovely friendly guy, talked to all the guests and provided some excellent quizzes on an evening. He is an asset to this hotel. Kids I would not say this hotel was particularly great for children. There is not much for them to do and the children’s pool is tiny and would liken it to a large paddling pool. Also there was no kids club available but again please remember we came at the very end of the season and this could be why. Staff The staff were all lovely. There was table service at mealtimes for your drinks and plates and tables were cleared very quickly. To name a few, Vicktoria, Florentina, Lazoras,Pannikkos and Jordan were all lovely friendly staff. There were more but I didn’t get all their names. Location. The hotel is right in the centre of Ayia Napa so has everything on its doorstep. The harbour is about a 7 minute walk and the beach around the same. There are a large selection of shops within minutes of the hotel. The nightclubs again are about 5 minutes away but did not disturb us within the hotel. Height of season however could be different. All in all, a very lovely hotel. Clean, tidy and nice food. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and groups without young children. However within our party of 10, we had a 5 and a 6 year old and there is plenty to do for them within a short distance of the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful Hotel which never fails to disappoint. Hotel is spotlessly clean thanks to the wonderful Housekeeping Team. The rooms are modern with all on trend fixtures and fittings designed to make your stay at Napa Mermaid one to remember. The food and drinks are second to none - there will always be something for you to eat, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Lots of outside space around the pool to spend your lazy days & a beautiful bar to enjoy a cocktail watching the sun go down. If you feel like working out whilst enjoying the delights of Napa Mermaid, the gym has everything you need for a good workout! I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you book this wonderful Hotel which is just far enough outside of Ayia Napa for you to stroll into Town to enjoy the nightlife or jump a cab!

Very much recommend this hotel! It’s really boutique, perfect for quiet relax. The pool is small but pleasant to play in with enough sun beds and space for everyone. The beach is also close if you prefer, with bars, music etc. The Ayia Napa nightlife is far away not to disturb you but within a reach.
