Well, it was not so good experience during my stay. The first night AC starting leaking water with flow and it was flood in the room. I called the reception and asked to rectify this problem or change my room. One guy came and he said it cannot be fixed right now. I will have to wait till tomorrow morning or afternoon. There is no other room available, he added. I became upset and asked him to fix this problem right now coz how could I sleep it was flooded in the room and almost not possible to sleep without AC in hot weather. The he went to the reception and came back again and repaired the AC within 15 minutes. The glasses and cups were dirty. I asked them to change. The receptionist did not even inform me how and whrere should I go for the breakfast etc etc. In short, I found the staff like need to be trained how to deal with the clients and respond to their needs and how to rectify their problems.
