Worst experience ever. I booked from agoda app and they charged me according to the 5 star property. It shows its 5 star property but its not. The rooms were pathetic, the balcony was not properly opening and closing. Very big gap which can make mosquitoes to enter in the night. My rooms lock was not working, this is serious case of security for me and family. They said they will fix it but when we return back it is still not working. The staff was very reluctant and not willing to give any proper service. The guy who is fixing the lock was so frustrated and he is justifying me that it is fine and try to work like this only. Whole night I didnot sleep because of lock and it was my worst experience in Goa. I came for enjoyment but it turned to be big stressful situation. There is no luxury here, old style washrooms and very bad condition for every thing. I would recommend that do not book this property although it is beach front but if you are planning to go there with family that will be definitely turned into a big nightmare.

The highest standard service!!! The best breakfasts and dinners , as foreigners we could try the local cousine which is awesome!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality so that we decided to extend our stay. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranked as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!

Recently we have visited Goa the dream destination and we stayed in Acron Waterfront Resort near Baga beach .We will glad to share our experiences that the staff and the hotel managements are so good especially the staff Yogesh,he treated us so well and attend us at his best,the food is so delicious here and the surrounding are so nice ,we love to visit here again.

Small Property, very near to Baga Beach, needs improvement in breakfast options and staff training. Only best thing is Mr Hemant the manager who really helped us a lot in settling down and checkin checkout. By looking at the pictures of Hotel online it seems this is a big property and rooms are very new and equipped with all the amenities but in the rooms, no facilities are available even no tea kettle is available. Owner Raz is responsible person once we asked to change the room he immediately acted and Mr. Hemant then made sure we are comfortable. Hemant ji thank but pls work on few things like Cons. 1. Room shall have a tea kettle and tissues. 2. ACs shall be checked whether they are working or not? You know how much we struggled. 3. Breakfast options pls add Poha which is easily accepted and economical also. Don’t fix the menu. 4. Staff Training 5. No parking Pros 1. Almost on the beach 2. Mr. Hemant 3. Good Room Sizes of backside property 202 and 302 4. Well connected to eating zones and main road 5. Less options but good tasty breakfast

I had a great time in CASA BAGA . Very refreshing and green surroundings, spacious room , beautiful swimming pool . Can have a sunbath , play with friends. Food taste really well , proper blend of spices and oil. Staff was really helpful. Appreciate Mr Bipul for making us more comfortable . Walkable distance from BAGA Beach , can try all water activities . Shopping market is also nearby from property.

The stafff behaviour is not good with their customer ***** with that hospitality is also so cheap and low classs.... They show good images on their profile and website but when we visit in reality and seen is totally different vwry disappointed not expected

We stayed here for a night on 15th may , we booked deluxe room facing salt pan lake , room was good condsidering the price , also had a bath tub , my kid enjoyed a lot . Also want to share a very bad experience which all travellers shud be awae of , pls do not rely on cab to be booked thru hotel specially if you are booking through Alex Fernandez, spoke to him and confirmed cab booking for next day to candolim , also confirmed the fare , however next day just at the time of check out mr.alex stopped picking up the call and the driver whom he had hired called and said that amount told by alex i.e 1000 rs was too less and he cannot come at that price it shud be min 1300 rs .post that we kept calling alex but he nvr picked up phone .even the hotel guy called him multiple times but he was not responding. Kindly be careful while booking cab through this hotel. This was a very bad experience at kalki resort as i was travelling with family ***** with small kid , caused a lot of inconvenience, it also spoiled our entire days schedule.
